What is normal hashrate on nscrypt compared to scrypt? Right now I have one card on 50Kh/s and one on 240 Kh/s, usually on scrypt they both are around 710Kh/s (280x cards)
You will get around 50% of the hashrate you might get with regular scrypt due to more intensive memory usage. Check your card settings! except for --nscrypt and removing --no submit stale everything is the same settings as cgminer. HW=0, i=16, @167 Kh/s, normally @345 Kh/s |

I've been solomining this coin for 5 minutes now and I found 4 blocks.They show up in my wallet for a second and then dissapear.
Is that normal?
I use this to run exeminer:
exeminer.exe --nscrypt -o 127.0.0.1:9988 -u XXXXXX -p XXXXXX --intensity 16 --gpu-engine 870 --gpu-memclock 1145 --worksize 256 --shaders 1440 --failover-only --queue=0 --scan-time=0 --expiry=1 -g 1

Most probably that blocks were orphaned ones. Due to current low difficulty orphan blocks appear frequently, but it should be normalized as the difficulty raise a little. cheers, the first one just stayed after 10 hits. I thought orphans where noted in the wallet under transaction, this is a misconception? |

Solo-mining just showed I found a block but nothing shows in wallet. How does this work anyway, is it 100% premined and you just buy of poloniex?
I don't get it, I read OP but still I don't understand how to get into the action.
If I buy from poloniex, at 0.01 and wait untill next sunday, dev will fill orderbook with the pot and it's up to me how high a sell order I put in and then hope pot-buy will hit my price?
Directly from the OP. scrypt - 0 block reward, 0 mining fees - 3 minute blocks - 12 hour retarget - 5 confirmations Yea you're a real peach pointing that out. Now how about some helpful information? |
