If I could go back nga, maybe I did changed my course into IT. Younger generations can choose this course kung interesado sila sa mga ganitong bagay and technology.

It is such a great news that some Universities here are offering some blockchain courses for those who are interested about it. Another step ito para sa adoption though we are still struggling about it until now.
1922  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: BTC is bigger than the rest of the crypto market combined on: February 13, 2020, 09:37:36 AM
Its not like before anymore, many coins are on people's lips now, ripple, Ethereum and bitcoin cash are popular as well but bitcoin is still the king of value in crypto space, no coin is going to achieve what bitcoin have achieved so far

But people tend to go back to the "major coin" and that is Bitcoin. No matter how many coins investors are gladly to invest bitcoin will be the master of them all. It's because it already acquired amd achieved good reputation. There are some glitches but Bitcoin will always be on the top one. Countless times did the altcoins been compared with bitcoin with speculations that they'll gonna replace it but at the end of the day, Bitcoin will be the first choice of an investor.
1923  Economy / Economics / Re: Is Malaysia crypto friendly on: February 13, 2020, 07:04:47 AM
When it comes to the crypto friendly status, according to
- https://www.finder.com/my/global-cryptocurrency-regulations
Malaysia country is still on its improving stage when it comes to the crypto regulations. Their government is still on the proccess to legally adopt and accept bitcoin. Thus, it is not yet fully crypto friendly.

They have released a new crypto regulations in Malaysia for security purposes.  And with regards to the business who accept bitcoin payments, there is actually some restaurants who are doing this. It is the
Nasi Kerabu restaurant
from Jijah's stall.
1924  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Another wallet key lost. on: February 13, 2020, 05:32:14 AM
Well, at first i wasn't aware of that recovery phrase too but the wallet will first give some warnings/advice that we should take down the recovery phrase for this reasons. I remembered, I did not write it down before and good thing before I have decided to uninstall it, I transfered all my funds to another wallet. That should be a lesson learned for your friend, try to contact their support and ask your friend for some data confimations.
1925  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: CHINA NEED PRAYERS AND NOT BITCOIN on: February 13, 2020, 04:22:03 AM
Since some people start to talk about Donate China over Corona Virus, while the fact is that China is the Second Rich Country in the world for that they just Need Prayers to overcome Coronavirus outbreak and treat well people I think in terms of the money they can Afford

 May God help china

Well, while it is true that China need some prayers, they also need some assistance (medical assitance), medical practicioners have been exhausted from the situation. I believe, they have so much medical supplies and food supplies there and the only thing we all want is the "end of spreading" this virus. This is a serious matter, even other countries have been affected. God will provide but people will do the act. It means, we should be aware for the precautions and risk, etc.

Anyway, how come China needs bitcoin because of this corona virus?
1926  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can save some people's lives :-> on: February 13, 2020, 03:34:20 AM
In most cases like this, NCOV is spreading in mostly in crowded  places. Then it is best to have some online transactions, online merchants with bitcoin payments. Yeah, it can be a serious problem if we buy foods with infected areas it can be dangerous even with the mask on you can not avoid to think about being infected. And this online payments, online ordering will eventually lessen the worries, will save more people with this new corona virus.
KYC (Know Your Customer) service. It can be data selling, identity thief, etc. At ayaw nating mangyari yun. Though yung iba naman ay sincere for proposing KYC but it is really hard to trust here in virtual world.
1928  Economy / Gambling / Re: [NEW TRX Gambling Platform] 10 day Pre-Launch, 50 gamblers only on: February 12, 2020, 04:05:59 AM
I am really curious as how that gambling site will work. I mean everyone here will judge a platform like this. Testing stage with just 50 gamblers. And you will gonna choose that 50 gamblers by screening them, etc. How is that?

You could be more specific about your gambling platform. Correct me if Im wrong, pre launch will have only first 50 gamblers with benefits from the site before 17th feb? And then after the launching, everyone is welcome in your site. The prelaunch will be the testing stage though.
1929  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: New Long Position with Bitmex on: February 12, 2020, 02:09:06 AM
Wow, you made a good trades, buddy. You have chosen a good leverage, too. If you continued your margin trades until now, your profits is really huge since the price of btc now is $10k and your liquidation price is still far. But i don't advice you to be greedy that much.

Two days ago, I've entered long position too. Unfortunately, when majority of the traders (like me) expecting the bull run and I can see how that sideway done and many of the traders who has 20x leverage and above has been liquidated because it suddenly dropped.
Good thing I have stop loss, if not I have been liquidated too. Anyway, good job, OP.
1930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Is this time to Sell altcoins before BTC Halving on: February 12, 2020, 01:22:59 AM
Nope, why do we have to sell off our altcoins? Bitcoin halving doesn't necessarily mean it will kill altcoins in the market. They can probably grow the same or increase too. Useful altcoins shouldn't be left behind and investors is not focusing only on bitcoin, remember that. It is a wrong move to sell altcoins if they are giving some potential gains.
1931  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why exchange coins moving up.. on: February 12, 2020, 12:01:10 AM
BNB is still the one I have been holding for the past few months. Since binance exchange is doing well, the performance of BNB coin is also doing pretty good. Some other exchange coins doesn't have any value at all for some investors but they have a significant role on their own exchange. But i disagree on the part that they mostly pumped when btc's price is increasing. I have seen exchange coins that are increasing even though bitcoin is at it's bear trend.
1933  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Is BCNEx is turning to a scam Exchange? on: February 11, 2020, 08:39:17 AM
Have you ever read some feedbacks from this exchange?

Quote from: Michella,https://www.trustpilot.com/review/bcnex.net
Bcnex.net potentially scam, withdrawal issue take more than 1 month to fixed their issue. Mostly exchange just need 1 day to fix any address or smart contract issue on their wallet. But this exchange need more than 1 month and decide to change from automatic withdrawal to manual withdrawal. Lot of their member withdrawal status pending even waiting for more than 7 days

It shouldn't turn out to be like this. A legit exchange shall reply their client to their concerns with of course fixing the issue right away. Pending withdrawals make us believe that it may be some kind of exchange scam. They should be transparent with all the updates, maintenance, etc. Better to choose established exchange, it is hard to trust some new exchange now.
1934  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Top 5 most hilarious ICOs ever on: February 11, 2020, 07:25:37 AM
I never heard of some of those ICOs before and yeah they are funny. Even dogecoins were started as a meme coin before, look at it now. It is some kind of a joke before that is building a good reputation now.

Excuse me for those other meme coins, but I am very curious how that of Jesus coin really works. As stated from the link given, the team is working for sin forgiveness. Hmn, how does it possible and to the fact that it can be connected to the blockchain. Sounds vague for me.
1935  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Leave gambling, if it destroys you. on: February 11, 2020, 05:21:19 AM
I couldn't disagree with all of the stated six elements above. But in reality, it is easier said than done.
If gambling is unhealthy anymore in your life, why continue to gamble? It's because we are fighting against our psychological urge. Some part of the brain telling that we should stop, but the other side said go on. It's a conflict between your addiction and your goal to stop.

I, myself wanted to stop gambling when I have realized some things that are inappropriate already arising within me,
  • When you wanted to deposit more, temptation to get some funds from your own salary, etc. -then think twice, it isnt healthy anymore.
  • When your world is evolving just around the gambling world 24/7 try to give space to yourself, step back and reminisce the good life before you met gambling.

Remember, there are so many reasons for us to leave gambling if we want to.
1936  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: [Information] Altsbit Exchange hacked on: February 10, 2020, 03:22:18 PM
<…> Good thing that the responsible for this mess (The group of hacker) was already arrested and admitted the said thief acts <…>
Not sure if that part of the article is correct, and there may be a language feature here. I’ve looked it up on another 10 or so sources, and none reference any arrests. One references arrests in the past in relation to the alleged hacker group, but not to the depicted events at AltsBit.

Oh yeah, thanks for the heads up. I've cleared and edit it already. Anyway, the security of such exchange is the most significant feature we are looking for here. I don't wanna judge Altsbit exchange, even the most trusted and reputable exchange who also offered some security platforms can be hacked as well.
1937  Other / Beginners & Help / [Information] Altsbit Exchange hacked on: February 10, 2020, 02:34:01 PM

1938  Economy / Speculation / Re: Top analyst warns a hard dump. on: February 10, 2020, 06:06:14 AM
One of a top analyst says BTC could face a hard dump in couple of weeks, after rallying till 9.5k this year he predicts BTC may fall again. Are the whales making a twist again?

Well I think there is no positive sign of a pump showing on the chart, guys have a look on it seems like BTC is giving opportunity to invest Grin

https://www.newsbtc.com/2020/02/05/top-analyst-predicted-bitcoin-rally-9500-warns-hard-dump/amp/

So, what can you say about the current price of bitcoin right now?
Resistance from $10,000 level was broken and it just means another possible pump will gonna perform again. Anyway, predictions will still change. No matter how strong technical analysis they are showing, there are stil so called "sideways". From my recent view (not claiming to be pro here), there will be small dumps according to my TA in short time frames but still bull run in upcoming days.
1939  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is better than your bank! on: February 10, 2020, 04:41:20 AM
I admire for you being a crypto writer. But not everyone else is open minded for new things like bitcoin. Comparing bitcoin with banks is not a suitable article (well, as for me) because both have advantages and both has a flaws. If people want to control their own money, bitcoin is there to fill what they want. But not all will give up banks.

Government will definitely not fully accept bitcoin and replace it. We can still do better things with using bitcoin and banks. If people do want the same benefits from those two, no need to choose one.
1940  Local / Others (Pilipinas) / Re: KINGDOM FILIPINA HACIENDA MONEY on: February 10, 2020, 02:04:29 AM
Its not even recognized and accepted by the BSP. And to think na they are doing some networking like paying 3,000 or 5,000 pesos to join them is also insane. Magiging komplikado ito because it is against the government.

Alam naman pala nila but they are still continuing to take the risks. Well, if no one will gonna warned this people magpapatuloy pa din ang kanilang pinaniniwalaan.
