1921  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bull Run in Bitcoin on: February 13, 2022, 09:44:58 PM
My concrete thought here is that we may not see Bitcoin fall so badly to let's say below $20,000 ever or in a Long time, I think with the interests in Bitcoin by individuals, companies online and offline, has given Bitcoin high foundation in it price, I think the development from Bitcoin would be more than it's fall, till it becomes more of a utility than an investment, I think this would happen soon it's a matter of time, and all this would materialize.
1922  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2020/21 on: February 13, 2022, 09:26:58 PM

As it stands now you are wrong mate and you are right, you are right in the sense that you don't think the match would end as a draw, because currently it isn't playing out as a draw, also you are wrong about Barcelona scoring the tie breaker, because as it is now Barcelona are losing to espanyol 2-1. It's now becoming a normal routine that Barcelona would several matches, I really don't see how they can come back from this.
1923  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: February 13, 2022, 09:12:08 PM
@Ruchi man it really doesn't make sense dey Nigeria as big as we dey and as we dey involved into crypto-currency we no dey support our own, doing my research I know of an Alt-Coins made by two Nigerians and it's listed on coin market cap first 100 coins from the last time I checked but this could be possible because them be Nigerian wey no base for Nigeria, it's time to promote our own, but even if we one do am we go do am wisely, no be to go Chuck head for any how coin or project, as always make you fess do your research and from there would know what to do.
1924  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: ⚽ English Premier League Season: 2021/2022 on: February 13, 2022, 09:02:37 PM
I am still in shock about the match between westham and Leicester city and how the match ended, Leicester had the lead up untill additional time, westham had a corner kick and that lead to a goal, here is the interesting part, after several review it was shown that the ball hot westham goal scorer on the arm, it was reviewed again and again, my take here is why did that goal count is there any form of indiscipline on the part of the English referees.
1925  Other / Meta / Re: Satoshi Status What Is Your Thought? on: February 13, 2022, 08:04:51 PM
When I first had about crypto-currency especially Bitcoin I was curious, then when I started to do my research I was fascinated, I have always been intrigued about how this system works, I don't know who Satoshi nakamoto is, I have done my research but it still unclear if he is a one man individual or a group regardless the work and passion put into crypto-currency (Bitcoin) still amaze me and I think this entity Satoshi nakamoto should be immortalized, he has created a chance for an average man to express himself.
1926  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: February 12, 2022, 10:00:52 PM
We dey find am hard to support our own, many Nigerians dey into crypto-currency many of which they buy multiple coins here and there, this no bad ohh, infact na investment and as we all know all investment dey risky, but my point be say we no dey buy Nigerian project and e no blend at all, davido release him project after him do birthday, with the whole influencer wey this Manny get, e be like say the project self do go down to the extent him don forget am, why because we no dey value or regard our own, which make crypto-currency still struggling in Nigeria and Africa at Large.
1927  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: February 12, 2022, 09:49:57 PM
Manchester United are in a bigger crises than they were in with Ole, I think their present coach is clueless, Cristiano Ronaldo has dropped form, and some of their players off the pitch actions hasn't been proper, I think Manchester United needs to start from the scratch I don't see them making top four this season. Also I have to say it Manchester city are the champions already, they played like one and definitely it would be hard for them to slip up.
1928  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Germany League - Bundesliga Prediction Thread on: February 12, 2022, 09:43:36 PM
After yesterday Paris saint German narrowly escaped a draw due to k.Mbappe's last minute winner, German consistent champions lost to low side Bochum this would affect sporting bet around the world, anything is truly possible in football if a full Bayern Munich team could lose to Bochum 4:2 after having scored first, I think Bayern Munich underrated the lower side real much and after then took the lead through their top mask man they thought it would be another lovely day in the office.
1929  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Be a wise investor on: February 12, 2022, 09:16:02 PM
I don't think you made a clear point in this post, but from what I have understood, you are advising that people buy more coins rather than fixing their hopes, believes and prayers on one coin, also you didn't tell us how to spot a good project so as to take advantage of it. I say this if we buy in on every coin so as to make profits we would all go broke soon enough. It's always important to do your own research on the project.
1930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is it just luck on: February 12, 2022, 09:01:57 PM
Then I can tell you that you not a full time investor, I am yet to see a concrete investor that doesn't have a failure storyline. It is either you do not invest often, or you are making it up, memecoins and shitcoins are still very risky even if you were the first person to buy it, infact there aren't many shitcoins or memecoins that gave holders profits, the formula of buying early won't save you when you invest in the wrong project, so be careful on your financial advice.
1931  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Is A Better Option Than Fiat Money? on: February 12, 2022, 08:28:23 PM
Bitcoin having advantage over Fiat is like blowing a trumpet that has been blown several times here, and it's focal advantage point has always been out of the control of government, but is this fact, take for example in my country government are clamping down on crypto-currency users and it's getting really bad, the true essence of the decentralized advantage point over Fiat only occurs when you operate on it, I don't think your privacy is safe when you join an exchange that requires your KYC.
1932  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: About USDT on: February 12, 2022, 07:12:06 PM
Please correct me if I got it all wrong, audited projects are projects that have passed some security checkup right? As a newbie I kinda like investing in projects that are audited atleast so back to my question, USDT is the biggest stable coin right? When I tracked it on coinmarketcap I found out that's it passed audits through Certik and Fairyproof, why haven't this clear the rumour that USDT might fail someday? Because it's Centralised? If that's it then why DAI ( decentralized stable coin) haven't grow over USDT all this while?
Since your are a newbie allow me to clearify you, a project passing audit either by certik or any other Auditing companies doesn't guarantee it wouldn't fail, some projects are ready to go for auditing and still have plans to be a scam project, as for USDT and it failing I doubt if anyone can fully confirm that, but for now I think it's a solid stable coin that I believe in, but I don't know if it would be here forever.
1933  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: February 11, 2022, 09:47:58 PM
Really what's the big deal in Paris saint German's team line up, to be honest, they have world-class players who has left their prime and some younger ones who aren't developing as fast as the game into the scene, so I aren't surprised to see than draw today's game, I think PSG should work on the format they use in buying players, the team is spending much on buying players and also heavy weekly wages but not better than they were seasons ago now.
1934  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: February 11, 2022, 09:15:11 PM

My brother, those people weh you think say get those jobs easily like that no be so. Go and investigate, you go see say connection join the matter. But them no go tell you the truth. No be this same Nigeria weh person weh study Religion or Food and Nutrition deh work for bank while those weh study related courses for banking sector no get the same job for the same interview. I mean second class upper graduates o.
Brother don't underestimate the power of hard work, yes I no see our country no to dey try for it's citizens but they get people who got jobs due to their hard work and consistent attitude, even in crypto you have to work hard and also smart to that's how the world works, no place all over the world is perfect, life isn't fair, so if it gives you little you make something out for your self.
1935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Grand Theft Auto (GTA) Eying NFT!!! on: February 11, 2022, 08:54:37 PM
Big franchise, celebrities, sport men and women, musicians and even billionaire business people are all trying to have a taste of NFT, this is good for the publicity, promotion and continuity of NFT, but it's bad for those who are just climbing the ladder even with awesome ideas, the NFT terrane has gone crazy and big money are thrown in and out of it, although I believe the fuzz would die down, but as of now I think we would see more franchise coming into Nft not only the owners of Grand theft Auto.
1936  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What wouy you improve about Bitcoin if you had the chance ? on: February 11, 2022, 08:27:59 PM
In as much as my private key gives me full control of my funds and it grants me access to sign a transaction if it gets misplaced then I'm doom for life. What if there was an improvement on this maybe a way of recovering back ones private key if it gets misplaced even if it would take a proof of work alogrithm or even a more tudious process but having a chance to get back lost wallets in cases of carelessness or maybe hazardous damage since it's not advisable to store private keys online nor would it possible for everyone to memorize this combined alpha-numeric values of SHA256 alogrithm
Then it's beats the idea of Bitcoin been decentralized, from the moment you curiously want to know about Bitcoin you should be aware of its dangers, and also be ready to sharpen your awareness, it's really in your hands, I believe there are different safe measures you can take to protect your private keys and the chances of you losing them becomes very thin, my only concern is the Bitcoin can be gone in the case of the passing away of the holder.
1937  Local / Nigeria (Naija) / Re: Nigeria (Naija) on: February 10, 2022, 08:40:42 PM
And many more people still deh believe government to give them job after them graduate. I just deh laugh them weh never realise say job no deh for Nigeria. Just find wetin you fit do for yourself na wetin deh now. Nobody supposed deh look certificate to engage themselves for any job. Even okada riders now sef some be graduates. I wish say these people go know about bitcoin and join us for this online move to benefit themselves too.
The economy is bad though very bad, but no discourage other people's believe, I think I don see some even for our country wey get better job, they went to school studied a good course came out and had the believe and it work for them, I no gbadu our government one bit, but I always respect other people's believe, if you work hard and believe something go work out even if everyone dey complain e fit sure for you.
1938  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2021/2022 on: February 10, 2022, 08:29:54 PM
Is it to little too late for Liverpool in terms of catching up on Manchester city? Well I think so because from what Manchester city is playing they are focusing more on winning games and are taking it one match at a time, regardless Liverpool would give it there all and they are currently winning Leicester city. Leicester city hasn't impressed this season at all, maybe the board should put a bit of pressure on their coach I think he is getting too relaxed right now. Good seeing Gunner in the lead, o really appreciate their style of play this season.
1939  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: School Students learning bitcoin basics in Slovakia.. on: February 10, 2022, 07:55:18 PM
Catching them very young, one of my greatest mentor Gaius the first African to invest in Crypto and now lectures crypto all around the world would say. I think this initiative is welcomed and kids would get Early knowledge about crypto-currency, more reasons to believe the future is bright for Crypto-currency, and it's even amazing that slowly government are allowing people make their choices in crypto, I really wish I had someone to teach me earlier about crypto-currency I believe I would be better than I am now.
1940  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Anyone using the following crypto wallets? on: February 09, 2022, 08:18:52 PM
I have never heard of those other wallets you just mentioned, my trick in surviving in crypto-currency remains don't get too greedy. Firstly I would like to know, why do you want to move away from trust wallet, you really didn't mention a tangible reason, I also use trust wallet I haven't had any issues with it, to me it's really a private wallet and has great utilities, I haven't used any of the other ones you mentioned but I can say trust wallet is very good.
