Well, this guy received 4 Airdrop shares today: with the addresses ending in "yGG", "yHy", "3hj", and "4VA". If you do a search in the google list, you will find that they belong to username: sienna, noelmal, and kelsey. kelsey is a Sr Member of BTCtalk since 2012!!! noelmal: Full member since may 2013!!! All the same person.
Interesting, this guy really is such a lame piece of scum. A community coin and he is blatantly shoving his fingers up at all of us by being greedy and having multiple accounts. No less a so called sr member. Bit disappointed by your last post hippietech, nerioseole has been the only reason why everyone if not most got their coins. HuH ? lol WTF ! It is not a clone, at least not a clone of the recent code. The code is obfuscated (probably proguard?) and I don't have time to dig further, but seems to be using a lot of third party libraries that we [Nxt] don't use. Uses jetty, and json-simple, but also jackson and mapdb, no H2.
The developer has definitely borrowed ideas from Nxt, but probably not much from the current implementation.
As for the speculations that it may be BCNext himself - not his style, remember the original Nxt code did not use any other libraries (even the jetty dependency was added later by CfB) and was a single file. It is more likely a good java developer who started from the original Nxt 0.4.x code like I did, but then continued his own way into a completely different implementation. But all this may have been intentional, to confuse people - so the conspiracy theories will keep going on.

That is 1.25% per month, so 62M at 1.25% = 775k coins after a month. There are 860k coins left to be minted. I did check the users that you outed on your post - so far, no proof that they are poppets - their coins haven't moved since May. The Airdrop is now completed. If you haven't received any, first check if you are running the client at 1.5.0/1.5.1 (BCC) or 1.5.2 (TALK). The client at rev 1.4.0 has been on its own blockchain for at least the last two weeks... And if you were on 1.4.0, erase that blockchain before upgrading - not the wallet.dat file, of course. If I have missed some, tell me on the forum. DO NOT CONFIRM that you have received the Airdrop - no need to add 1000 posts on the thread. There are 1.5M+ coins left in the pot. With the 250k that the five guys above should return, that makes 1.75M+. I will wait a week, to let people check if I missed them. Next week, I will transfer the balance to Poloniex, so that they can do a giveaway, to give the people that were not on the original list, a chance to get some. txid can be obtained by checking the list of adresses from the airdrop-sheet on the blockexplorer btw it really doesn't make sense to blackmail and threaten people to post public available information. just my two cents - and i really hate writing in bold, big letters, so apologies for any inconvenience caused by that.

It could look like money are "generated" by fee's, yes. But nothing is paid out from that fee in block #1, and it makes sense because there wasn't any money in the system. The same thing happens in block #94, which also has a negative block reward but never gets deducted from any account. I guess block #1 also would have had a negative block reward if moneysupply had been > 0 ? However, block #1 and block #94 doesn't have any transacted amount. Only block #2 has a transaction to SeSdxid5YnU5P5hCRfT8RFp3jAJJQtMv4u until POW mining starts at block #95 and they are all "minted". I don't understand why block#2 shows up with a fee when it's all outputted to the dev account, but perhaps the person who made the block explorer could explain? Perhaps it's a bug in the explorer to compensate for that "owed" fee from block#1? I don't think it could show negative fee's? Did anyone find any examples of that? I had previously presumed that the pre-mine was wrongly coded, that it was set as a tx fee rather than a value, and was amended. But I could be wrong in my presumption. It could well be that you are right, and the block#1 was an attempt to mint through fees, but was unsuccessful because of no coins to tax. That would explain why block#2 mints and pays out, but it doesn't explain how the payout also is a fee. But that's very often how programmers work; they test different things and when it works they might just carry on because it takes too much time to analyze every step. "If it is working, don't fix it!" The coin and blockexplorer were purposely set up that way. eg. there is no way to verify what happened to them. They may as well put up a "This address has too many transactions" messege. |
