Maybe what we need is a convincing win coming from Mark to let us change our stance against him. Of course, we are not a hater, perhaps Manny or Nonito has raise the bar so high for PH boxers to follow. And so far we haven't seen that statement win from Magsayo although he has been a champion in his own right. So this a deal breaker for him, if he is the underdog and then win impressively, then his name will be in the radar moving forward.
Hmm, that was too much to ask for me. Magsayo doesn't need to convince anyone as long as he wins in a fair fight and we can see him doing his hard effort. He is not fighting to impress people and shows a convincing win. As far as my knowledge about that is concerned, Kiefer Ravena can manage to play at the "whole" PBA All-Filipino Cup Conference that's why even though there's a new contract offered to him in Japan B-league, he can still help NLEX this upcoming conference on their rally. NLEX has no choice though as they are not even active in the trading market if there's a possibility to totally trade Ravena. Even Coach Yeng is interested in keeping him for the team. We can call it disrespectful if, in the middle of the conference, he left out for the team just to accept the new offer to play in Japan. Yeah, sounds special, and seems K. Ravena is overrated to me but that's what the agreement they have signed up. That would be good if K. Ravena could finish the whole All-Filipino conference, at least he can help the team on their campaign for the whole conference and won't leave in the middle of the conference. For me, this kind of agreement is okay, win-win situation for both NLEX and Keifer as we all knew that after Ravena is done in Japan, his experience is an asset that he can use in NLEX while the latter has the rights of the cager until his contract is finished with them. Just like the Eastern Conference Finals series, I hope this one will continue up to game 7 as well. This is the match we should be watching in the NBA finals you cannot ask for more than this one because it is the return of the Warriors to the NBA finals along with the return of Thompson to the team.
Game 7 might not likely happen "based" on what everyone is thinking. I honestly, don't even think the same but who knows after all. But as usual, analysis prior to Game 1 is based on past performance and team status. Eventually, if the Celtics will able to pull some win on other games, those analysis and speculations will be changed while the Finals is progressing. Let's see what will happen with tonight's result. I'm expecting a Warriors dominance in Game 1 but it doesn't mean the Celtics will not be able to bounce back in the later games. |

Celtics have a more complete squad in the East but their bench is not as good as GSW. There is also no doubt that Warriors have more "firepower" but it's not like they can enter the court and start dropping three points in an instant. They have to get into rhythmn first and that's something the Celtics defense can exploit.
I have to agree with this. Since the first round of the playoffs, the Warriors bench are noticeably adjusting to the series. Honestly, we will see much of their potential if Steph and Klay will be out since they won't need to set up plays with these 2 like they always did and will just focus on their usual offensive play. Of course, don't take that seriously.  We see how these bench players rally in a big deficit against Dallas Mavericks. Entering behind 28 points in the 4th Quarter and manage to bring it down to 8. That was a dangerous bench in the entire league lol. With what they show during that game, they will surely be able to repeat that in their future games. |

I agree with you on that, I think that the Celtics are just overrated, they play the last 2 series in game 7, so they are not really that good because they can't dominate a match-up. This is just my personal opinion though, I just don't see the inexperienced Celtics will beat the experienced Warriors team.
Awtz. You just discredit what the Boston Celtics did saying they are not good and overrated. Do you really watch the playoffs and just look at the Final score? Defeating the heavily favored Brooklyn Nets in the first round Defeating the defending champion Milwaukee Bucks in the ECSF Defeating the top seed in the Eastern Conference Miami Heat in the ECF Against the Warriors, they are really the underdog but they are not overrated. That's not what overrated means as overall as Warriors are really the favored to win the Championship. I don't understand why the Celtics are considered overrated.  |

Yes, that was one of the reasons and that was stated on the news. Other reasons are already mentioned by the OP. Poor families are not mostly that got heavily affected but people on the mid-range standards. Those poor are already poor and can't sustain e-sabong betting compare to the middle class which has a fixed source of income. Those missing people up to now mostly came from well-off families. It was a good decision to take a three to win the game at that moment but he made it tough for himself. He took it too quickly even if he's already tired and his teammates weren't set to help in rebound if he misses. It wasn't even a long three but he almost airballed that one. He could have made one more pass for a little breather and look for a screen.
There are lots of "what if" bro. What if he nailed it? That wrong decision will turn into a good decision, right? The play won't be wrong in the eyes of others since Butler made it. Actually, even some fans may be upset about the decision, it will be a different story if that 3 went it. The Heat was rallying throughout the game and that was exhausting. Instead of fully blaming Jimmy Butler, blame his other teammates that only wake up in the final minutes like Oladipo and Lowry. If only these guys are red-hot early, Butler won't take much of the load to narrow down the lead. |

As one of the commentators said after that surprise shot, if he is able to shoot that ball, he will be a hero and it's a different story. It's just that Butler didn't nail it. Many question his action because, before that play, all points made by Jimmy Butler were almost attacking in the paint regardless of how many Celtics are trying to stop him. On that supposed clutch shot, he can attack the rim but choose a game-winning shot. Still, great effort for them to make a rally and almost win the game. They are down by 12 points in the last 3 minutes. What a rally they did. There are lots of "what if" in that play that's why people should not really question what Butler did. |
