1921  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which Cryptocurrency is best for long term investment? on: July 07, 2021, 03:02:38 PM
Bitcoin had always been my priority when it comes to purchasing cryptocurrencies.
Don't even need to think twice, I just do it. But, when it comes to altcoins it always gives me a difficult time to pick.
Ethereum is the next priority, but when its price goes up, I tend to doubt if I need to buy it or just go back to investing it with Bitcoin with a higher chance of profit.
After those two it's way more confusing.  Cheesy
1922  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: July 07, 2021, 11:25:15 AM
About game 1, I think that's great, I mean the Suns won the game but it's still game 1, the bucks will surely adjust and come back, I like to believe that this season will be a long one.
Indeed it is. First time I saw players still fighting even if they knew it was already a lost game.
I think they took the stars out with just 30 seconds on the clock even though the lead is as high as 13.
Playoffs should be like that too but no it didn't happen. Lead is 10+ with 1 minute they garbage it and sit their stars to avoid injuries.
This is undoubtedly the Finals, fight back until the buzzer almost sounds. Good game, I wish the Bucks do have an answer for that even in the Suns' homecourt.
1923  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who to Trust, Fiat Banks or BTC? on: July 07, 2021, 07:24:12 AM
I think we have something to agree on here.
I hate banks and I don't know why. I guess it's also base on my experience that I can't even remember anymore.
Right now when I transact it's either on fiat or digital cash. Cryptocurrency options are still not accepted at my place and I hope they will soon.
My entire life I never had a credit card, even with all the invitations that had been coming in my mailbox.
Annual fees, losing credits, and giving you a hard time how to get it back then stories from friends that dug their own grave with credits. They will let you think it gives ease to all your transactions but I don't think so.
1924  Economy / Economics / Re: Why is cryptocurrency bullish in the long-term on: July 06, 2021, 02:14:03 PM
But the cryptocurrencies we are talking about here are the memecoins right?
They ain't bullish in long term but worse they can be scam attempts that sought differently when they found the public's reactions.
Still, you can't deny the fact that they can exit anytime they want unlike with Bitcoin where it's the people who support it that needs to get out before the value goes down which is doubtful to happen unless another one will be better than it.
There are a few but it's been always Bitcoin on the frontlines. Why?  Wink
1925  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: July 06, 2021, 10:34:31 AM
Even without Giannis, their frontcourt are still formidable. The combination of Lopez and Portis seems to be working and also add Tucker as their SF which is a good defender. Giannis will not play in Game 1 but I don't think that this will be an easy win for the Suns.

Jrue Vs. CP3. Middleton Vs. Booker and Ayton Vs. Lopez Cheesy. I'm excited to watch this game tomorrow Cheesy.
The same goes for me.
Bucks managing to win without their superstar is something to be proud about by their roleplayers.
I bet Giannis is so much happy that he could leave the team knowing the bench will always step up their game if needed.
He may not look like a leader but I think he is. I think Jrue was the best trade they made from the 4-way deal.
Hello, Eric Bledsoe.
Fun fact: Eric Bledsoe played 5 years for the Suns then 3 years for the Bucks.  Cry

1926  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: July 06, 2021, 03:55:54 AM
24 hours until the Finals kicks off. Already some drama with Rachel Nichols. That should provide another layer of interest to the broadcast.  I’m curious how healthy Giannis is going to be as I think that’s going to be the key to the series. It’ll also be interesting to see if Ayton can continue his post season dominance down low against the former MVP.
She apologized so I guess that closed the issue. For them.  Grin
Politics and bully in sports anchors. "I'm a veteran, don't step on me. "

Giannis with no structural damage or whatsoever but he is still on the doubtful list even with that status.
He is not forcing it, I like that. He may want to get out in a full healthy position rather than hurting himself again and losing everything.
All he can do now is trust his teammates. Boost them on the sidelines. (he looks really healthy while cheering for the team)  Cheesy
1927  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: What do you think about Baby Doge? on: July 06, 2021, 01:09:32 AM
Oh for crying out loud, these memecoins are like mushrooms, and then Elon Musk again.
When will it ever stop?
I am more worried about the money being divided again. Some small bitcoin investors withdrawing and putting it in a different coin would give them millions of it in amount unlike 0.1 in BTC.
If this never stops and ends up as scams then cryptocurrencies will be near their end days.
1928  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: July 05, 2021, 04:21:26 PM
Well, Game 1 is a game where they will see what the opponent of both teams can do and with that they will adjust coming into the next game.
Their season matchup was a close game so yes it will be a game of just trying to feel each other with a little aggressiveness.
Jae Crowder will be locked with Middleton, I believe he is one of their best defender in the Suns' roster so they'll put him in Bucks' best player.
Booker will have some time to rest if they'll make him defend Tucker but they will have to be cautious about it if offensive rebounds are soaring with Booker not winning against him.
I am looking forward to the adjustments that will be made for each game. We will see how good these coaches are after a loss.
1929  Economy / Currency exchange / Re: Points to note when trading OTC. on: July 05, 2021, 01:40:33 PM
I don't know if this is really a problem about taking out the "anxiety" of your customers or it is an advertising technique.
Which one?
Dealing with people in physical terms ain't easy plus the problem of volatility.
If we agreed at "n" rate then the price fluctuates will it still be the same as "n"?
What if you are on the losing part of the deal? Will you change the contract that was already made?
That's why we have local exchanges now to deal with those problems. Your business sounds fishy though like a black market, might as well put more details.
1930  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Not list token any exchange but sell? on: July 05, 2021, 07:10:03 AM
You will need to patiently wait for them to be listed. If you are lucky enough they will be successful and can afford to be in an exchange like Binance, Okex, or Kucoin. The value of that coin you supported will have a spike in value in a short time.

Try asking their team. Most of them have a discord channel or a telegram group.
Just look at the rules first since some of them don't want to talk about bounties in their main channels, try asking to be redirected to a group where your questions will be answered.
1931  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: July 05, 2021, 02:33:01 AM
Voted for the Phoenix Suns.
There's something about the chemistry of this team. They don't need to fill their roster with stars, one or two is enough to control the pace of the game and they can win with big leads.
I may bet for them until the end of this series if I don't see the Bucks having any small chance of winning.
But who will gain the first win will always be a mystery.  Cheesy Suns won in their season meeting ending at OT with just 1 point lead.

Choice #1: Subscribe to some of the top Bitcoin/crypto news sites that Fatunad listed. (Faster option that would probably get you faster news, but this will clutter up your email)

Choice #2: Just be active on Reddit r/Bitcoin[1] and r/Cryptocurrency[2]. (News will spread not as fast but still decently fast)

[2] https://reddit.com/r/cryptocurrency
Choice 3, Bitcointalk.  Grin
Some members here are really fast creating threads about recent news. Just press "Show unread posts since last visit." and somehow it will show you some recently created threads. Yeah, I mostly get my news here and just re-check it with some bigger platforms like Coindesk. It's sad but it's true.  Grin
1933  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: July 04, 2021, 12:26:40 PM
He is not even in a minute restriction, the coach is great but in that game, he made a bad decision. Getting too desperate is not good, instead of trusting the healthy players, he force to play Young, of course, as a coach he has the say, he could have sit Trae Young when he saw Trae Young was messing on the floor.
Coach's always had the final decision to take him out or not but this time I don't think the coach was followed.
There's a possibility that Trae forced himself to play the game thinking it might be the last game of the Hawks.
Should've done the same as Giannis, it's simple "trust your teammates".
They wouldn't have reached the ECF without them so they can somehow get through it and win the game if he only trusted them.
Turnovers + missed shots 4/17 FG and 0-6 3pt = destruction.  Grin I don't blame all on him but he did most of the damage for 35 minutes.
1934  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: July 04, 2021, 07:33:48 AM
Another sets of strategy will surely shows up coming this game 6, but since Bucks managed to win it last time they've met the chance that coach will try to repeat it out and see if how the Hawks will adjust countering the plays,
See? Told you.  Grin
There are shadows of what happened in Game 5 like the alley-oop to Lopez from Jrue but mostly was Jrue making the play himself or Middleton.
Hawks became too focus with Portis Jr. and Lopez it became a scramble when Bucks Coach Mike Budenholzer found a way to change it.
Jrue can freely shoot outside shots and also Middleton. That 3rd quarter was like a practice game to them throwing the ball everywhere and putting it down. When the lead bloated to 20 I knew it is over.
Hawks will have difficulties coming back with Trae playing at his worst.
1935  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Monero: A good long-term investment? on: July 04, 2021, 05:33:44 AM
I'm wondering why hasn't Monero taken off yet? Do you think government regulations have affected Monero's ability to go higher in price? If not, then what could be the reason? Is Monero a good long-term investment? Or are there better choices on the market (besides Bitcoin and Ethereum)? Your input will be greatly appreciated. Thank you. Smiley
I have the same wonders. It's like they are battling a fight that is invisible. It's a good project and it has taken its flight before but there is just no hype for it "again".
From year to year, there will be another platform that pops out of the blue and they are more recognized than the old coins who had the better project already. They just needed that bump of support.
IMO, Monero is a good investment choice but after buying it a little help might matter to drag it back up again.
1936  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: NBA 2020-2021 betting on: July 03, 2021, 07:55:55 PM
The odds keeps increasing for the Bucks to win, ML is currently @ 2.20 and the Spread is +1.5, So I'd agree that there is a chance that Young might play, but he definitely wouldn't be at his best, would he ?

That said, I'm sticking with the Bucks to end the series tonight, whether or not Trae Young plays.

Bucks ML @ 2.20
News one hour ago.
Giannis Antetokounmpo out, Trae Young questionable for Game 6
It looks like they will try to let Trae play and won't let this chance for a championship slip. They are almost there but they need to tie for a Game 7. But, if they will force him/or Trae forced them, I am betting it will be limited minutes. Hawks management would not want to risk straining it too much causing him a year in rest.

I'm Bucks ML @2.08.
Good luck.
1937  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: July 03, 2021, 03:05:58 PM
Hawks have the advantage, it's just right that they are the favorites in this game.

Trae Young is still questionable, but I have e feeling that he will play.
https://www.cbssports.com/nba/news/trae-young-injury-update-hawks-star-guard-questionable-for-game-6-of-eastern-finals-with-bone-bruise-in-foot/

Getting an early odds now is good, you only get -2.5 Hawks, you can't get it when Trae young will play.
Oh right, because he has a higher probability to play the game.
Also, it was because of the homecourt advantage, they are considering it right now ever since they let fans watch the game.
You can't even hear the refs whistle when they are all shouting.
It's just a little bit of spread difference at +3.5. I'll stick with the Bucks, I was thinking of a change in strategy and they'll use Middleton again while they are busy with Lopez after his great night.
1938  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2021 NBA Season on: July 03, 2021, 11:07:09 AM
^ Yeah I would wish some players weren't injured BUT IT'S REALLY PART OF THE GAME. He could just choose to retire but he still play because there's still money in it and that's a fact. If Lakers would have made it to the Finals while he's resting, I bet he wouldn't be on twitter complaining about injuries. He'll probably say something proud about battle scars.
It is. Lebron making a fuss over it could just be an exaggeration of what he is seeing.
Sure they are fatigued but it ain't like soccer/football players where they keep on running on the field for almost 2 hours.
They have their time-out too and there's halftime and then there is also the referee's review which takes a year (sarcastic) before they finalized the decision. Conclusion: it's not that tiring when you think about millions of dollars paid for a year. If I have that kind of salary, damn I'll play for a 5th quarter if they add it.  Grin
The absence of Giannis is a good motivation for the Bucks that they need to step up and adjust. Even with Trae Young probably will play on Game 6, I'm sure the Bucks will now seal the series and take the Eastern Conference Champion.
It's true and I wish that confidence never fades away. They have good roleplayers, they just need minutes to prove it.
Portis did for the Bucks, Cam Reddish for the Hawks.

1939  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Some BSC influencers you follow for price signals? on: July 03, 2021, 08:09:13 AM
Any twitter/tiktok/instagram influencers you follow to get insights or find knew tokens worth buying?

Not those with fake followers and retweets but legit sphere of influence.
If there is then enlist me too.  Cheesy
I don't actually believe influencers in social media, most of them are paid enough to do such things.
This ain't like a shoe company where basketball players are being paid to endorse the product or do it for commercials.
These are cryptocurrencies where you invest and you are risking your money for something you don't physically have.

I'd look for a page where a lot of people are gathering, that should be your target and not just 1 or a couple of influencer.

Injuries. Lebron James was the highlight when injuries were being discussed.
It's him who broke the ice about it on Twitter regarding how many stars are being injured due to fatigue that was caused by NBA rushing the games.

Shaquille O'Neal though had also something to say about all these tweets.
Quote
"When you’re living in a world where 40 million people have been laid off and I’m making $200 million, you won’t get no complaining from me," O’Neal, a former Lakers star himself, told CNBC on Tuesday. "I’d play back to back to back to back to back."

"but me personally, I don’t complain and make excuses, because real people are working their tail off and all we gotta do is train two hours a day and then play a game for two hours at night and make a lot of money ... So my thought process is a little different."

Suddenly, it changed my mind. 2 hours of training and 2 hours of game time for $200 million? Okay, I'm on Shaq's side.
Who's side are you?
