1941  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino on: June 18, 2021, 09:53:29 PM
An exchange would indeed be helpful or just some more extra coins to deposit/withdraw such as DOGE/TRX would also be nice.
A nice feature for sure, but of course also a completely different caliber in terms of implementation, maintenance and legal requirements. Therefore, I cannot imagine that a gambling platform would also consider and/or offer exchange functionalities.
In addition, there are now many solutions on the market with which you can quickly convert your coins from, for example, ETH to BTC, sometimes in seconds and is usually very cheap.
Well, there are online casinos out there that offers the feature too. I knew some.
The point here is not really offer also an exchange site for gamblers, but to just let them choose what coin they prefer to withdraw from the withdrawal options that roobet has. IMO, it's a great feature as it saves me money from Blockchain fees.
1942  Local / Pamilihan / Re: Coins.ph Official Thread on: June 14, 2021, 06:29:52 PM

Okay din mag try sa p2p over Facebook or other platform.
1943  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ Bet online ᐉ BTC Betting ᐉ Best odds on: June 14, 2021, 05:58:52 PM
Can anyone try to record their experience on this site? You can go record while playing, your void bets and how this casino respond to your issues. They are currently running a review campaign for 1xbit. It will be a good review if it is documented. The community will judge Smiley
1944  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: HOW IMPORTANT IS STOP LOSS on: June 14, 2021, 05:37:36 PM
If a trader wanted to limit his losses to a trade or position, stop loss is very important. The trader should just have to accept its cons such as it is still possible for the market to go up after you stop loss, this on the other hand, makes you not lose all of your funds.
1945  Local / Pilipinas / Re: Ang nawawalang Resibo at ang Blockchain. on: June 14, 2021, 05:28:04 PM
<snip>

Some exchanges have already removed the listing of Monero because of such laws. And to see duelbits have added it, they sure know what they're doing and hopefully the demand for Monero would be great after adding it recently.
I doubt that it can impact the general demand of Monero on exchanges greatly
I'm not talking about the demand on exchanges, I'm talking specifically for the demand of Monero on duelbits.
<snip>
Okayy... But it what sense are you talking about? Demand on withdrawals using Monero on Duelbits? That is the only thing I can see where the concept of demand can be fitted. Maybe you're referring to the use nice some uptrend on Monero deposits on Duelbits...
1947  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: If I have $500,000$ in this token can I sell them immediately and get ETH? on: June 14, 2021, 01:50:02 PM
If I have for example $500k in coin with low market cap coin opendao (1.9m)

Can I sell it imamdietely?
https://coinmarketcap.com/currencies/open-governance-token/holders/

and get money in eth same day?
Be reminded that you your sell order can only be executed if there is a buy order of more or same value that you've input. Otherwise, it will just wait until someone buys that coin having the particular amount where you'd sell it; it will be listed on sell book of the pair. You can instantly sell it though if there's a buy order on the pair. But it does not mean that you can sell all of those coin in one time. If that coin has very low volume, it's quite safe to say that it will be not easy to sell.
1948  Economy / Gambling / Re: 1XBIT.COM ᐉ Bet online ᐉ BTC Betting ᐉ Best odds on: June 14, 2021, 12:46:12 PM
They still refuse to pay me, they told me I won infair but this is a complete lie. I told them to display all the bets in the forum here, but they ignore that.
They do that they said because they do not want to give the public those kind of information. It is for the "security". Thats what they always say.

It would be weird if this services were related to each other.
I honestly having suspicion that 1xbit is also connected to other casinos here that has negative trust. But I do not have any proof.

The exchange feature may be seen as a solution for players to be able to choose which coin to use as a withdrawal but there will definitely be an exchange fee which may add to the cost for players, in my opinion it is better to deposit using coins with low withdrawal fees, because Roobet has several coins as options so players can choose which coin to make deposit.
Personally, I prefer being able to chose what coin to withdraw from any cryptocurrency deposit I made to the casino as it allows me to choose the least transaction fee for my withdrawal. For example, I made a deposit using bitcoin, and I can choose ethereum or litecoin to withdraw those funds.
1950  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Plagiarism and Paraphrasing, different sins of equal magnitude? on: June 13, 2021, 11:53:06 PM
imo, there is no difference between plagiarism and paraphrasing. In both cases you are trying to steal someone else's effort and pass it as yours. It's more about stealing the idea than the words.
Paraphrasing is considered more offending especially when automated tools are being used. It only proves that the offender is already aware that what he is doing is wrong and he is doing it to avoid being caught.

There is a big difference between plagiarism and paraphrasing. If you copied the entire statement/phrase/paragraph if not quoted. A paraphrased statement/phrase/paragraph is still can be considered as plagiarism if it is really close to the original text.
Paraphrasing tools are not good to avoid plagiarism as most of the time the paraphrased text doesn't make sense at all.

I doubt that it can impact the general demand of Monero on exchanges greatly, maybe slightly if whales on Duelbits chose to play using Monero.
I did not expected that they will choose Monero over other Altcoin there.
1952  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why some millionaires hate Bitcoin? on: June 13, 2021, 05:04:47 PM
In my own personal opinion, I think this just are almost applied to those people that hides something i.e. their money are just came from their corruption. I think if the money that they have are in crypto, like bitcoin, it will really be hard for them to commit such correction since transactions on blockchain is public.

And I think, not every millionaires/ rich people doesn't like bitcoin.
1953  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What prevents someone from "giving" themselves more Bitcoin? on: June 13, 2021, 04:27:46 PM
Hi, I've heard about Bitcoin for ages now and I understand the massive potential it has. I'd like to say I understand its features such as the blockchain technology and the ability to mine more, but I must admit I have much to learn.

My question is in the title. It may sound really stupid and I know that there certainly is a way to prevent someone giving themselves more bitcoin, but let's say I have a cold wallet with 1 bitcoin on it. Could someone somehow change the code in a way and make it into 2 bitcoin? Like to me it just seems like a number that represents the number of bitcoin you have.

Thank you for bearing with my stupid question, but it's been bugging me for a bit.
If hackers was able to gain control maybe at least half of the mining process of a certain block, from what I've read, they can form those included transaction and create forks which real tx aren't reflected, through that they can double spend bitcoin.
Got the idea here: https://www.epiqglobal.com/en-us/thinking/blog/blockchain-can-be-hacked

OMG, that nick didn't spotted ever and he managed to wager up to $98million dollars (maybe he has unhide his nick now). Now he wagered more than $100million dollars and become the only one account which reached Diamond 4 rank on rollbit. Congratulation to wager so huge amount like that. Wonder how much rollbit have earned from only 2 those user wagered
Yeah no doubt that he is that user that reached Diamond 4. Honestly I thought Rollbit Boss is the highest rank... Isn't thr title "Rollbit Boss" the highest rank? I'm confused about the ranking here. But hell yeah, first time seing someone beating that number 1 user sitting there for a very long time.

Setting  your own speed of transaction is a good idea especially those gamblers who are in need of money right away but there's a lot of things to be consider for this one. If the gambling site offers a fixed rate, I'm sure that's a collective withdrawal where they need to wait for other players withdrawals. Most probably on a common gambling site, they based the fees on the market congestion and rate, we cannot do anything about it.
Yep. I don't know if it is really fixed but I do think they have a system or they manually changes the fee per byte of the withdrawal transactions if major changes happened to the mempool, like there are lots of traffic so they will increase the fee. I can't tell very well since all of my withdrawals always arrive to my wallet after few minutes.
Mas ok talaga maginvest direct dito sa market instead of dealing to any suspicious deal, laging magiingat mga kababayan.

Maraming sources of information on how to define scam kung naging resourceful lng mga tao at nag research sigurado di sila mabibiktima gaya ng scam schemes na kagaya ke Xian.
'Diba recently nag labas ng statement si Xian Gaza through Facebook about dyan sa issue? Parang nautakan nya talaga ang Philippine SEC. Pero seems like na scam na talaga nang tuluyan ang mga investors ng Xian Coin nya. I wonder kung totoong may nakapag trade/cash out na ng Xian coin to other crypto.

What if the site set their withdrawal fee high just to make the transaction faster? Well that could create trouble since many gamblers doesn't like to pay such huge fees for their withdrawal thats why I agree that we can choose to set our fees depends on the speed we want since this one could save us money for each transaction we made. But don't set in the lowest amount since you can experience a long time delays of confirmation so better go with normal to avoid further problems.
I believe most online casinos nowaday sets the transaction fee on the medium or sometimes for others to high transaction fee as fixed transaction fee for the user's withdrawal. They're doing it because they think users do not want a very long wait of confirmation for their withdrawal. Even so, I think it is much preferable if users can set their own transaction speed for their withdrawals.
1958  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com Honey potting to get high rollers...giving a deal and removing the on: June 12, 2021, 11:01:16 PM
Seems like the OP is desperate. Maybe because he lost a lot of money haha. Bad for you if that's the case. Base from your posting history, you're making false accusations about big casinos, I think it's some sort of "revenge" because you've lost your money from playing there.
1959  Local / Altcoins (Pilipinas) / Re: Pi Coin: for Future or another scam? on: June 12, 2021, 07:02:26 PM
Hello!
1960  Economy / Gambling / Re: Rollbit.com | Crypto's Most Rewarding Casino 👑 on: June 12, 2021, 05:49:35 PM
trust
How do you measure "trust," are:
- Curacao license = +trust
- Lots of paid shills = +trust
- Lots of paid guard dogs = +trust
- Lots of paid reviews = +trust

or

- Functional website with good UI, great user experience, instant deposit/withdrawal = +trust.
<snip>
I share the same idea except one that pertains to lots of paid shills for the website. Personally if a site has lots of it, it makes me somehow feel some distrust toward their service as those shills mostly aren't speaks the truth, and are only focus to make the site look very good.
