After yesterday's win against Real Sociedad with lost of Barcelona against Betis at home and Atlético Madrid against Mallorca at home Real Madrid is clearly leading table with 5 points it's very good from them and with this win now they are strong contenders for winning this year's title because all other opponents struggling, but they have 100% record at home and away games recently. As they are going to add some more attacking players in coming January transfer window this could be great for their game plan as right now many teams struggling, but they have very good time in La Liga and Champions League title race. If there was no draw result in test cricket, we would clearly obtained a result(India winning in this case). India literally wrapped up the match, but these stupid archaic rules impeded their win.
Test matches clearly need a Duckworth Lewis type of system in order to minimise draws. Draw result should only be applied in the test format in specific situations(Weather related issues etc).
After reading your old posts I was feeling you are good aware about cricket rules but after reading this one now I am feeling you have no knowledge about this, or you are really upset with this result draw because these are not new rules all applying for all teams with same level so if this match end in draw then nothing new happen because we have many matches like this ends in draw even one team was superior to win and having some good advantages. Recently we have very few draws because now after introduction of short formats now mostly batsmen playing some quick cricket and having better results, so this all is useless that we need Duckworth Lewis or anything others related to this please chill and enjoy second test which is completely controlled by India, and they will win in just three days. |

The whole premise behind fractional reserve is that banks aren't handing out real money or real coins when they approve loans or credit for their customers. They are handing out numbers on a spreadsheet only. This could work in bitcoin just fine if people don't actually withdraw their coins from the platform in to their own wallet, but rather just trust the number the platform shows them is present in their account, as they do with centralized exchanges, web wallets, and so on.
Indeed, forcing the bank or centralized service to sacrifice some of the coins they are holding with every block mined, actively encourages them to hold as little as possible in their reserves, making fractional reserve worse rather than better.
This of course all ignores the fact that you would never get consensus on a proposal to start stealing coins from people's wallets and adding them back in to block rewards.
The difference is that if you end up with all of your fiat with you, then some people would have to car thousands of dollars, some would even have to face with millions of dollars stored somewhere, you can't put that in your wallet in cash. Whereas in crypto we are talking about digital numbers, download a non-custodial wallet on your phone and pay with QR code if you want to and you are done, it is as easy as that to carry crypto. Yet, we are still seeing billions of dollars deposited into exchanges, what happens if those exchanges started to use your money to do something with it? What if there are 2 billion dollars deposited but 1.5 billion dollars left because exchange lost half a million dollars trying to do something? As long as people do not withdraw all together, they will slowly make that back as profit and will eventually equal the deposited number again. |

If the SEC keeps on refusing to approve such products by issuers on the grounds that it is uncomfortable due to the risk in an unregulated product like the news have said, then it’s going to be quite a problem, because no product is going to be approved. Because most, if not all, of the products are the same thing when it comes how the prices will be (they will keep on fluctuating up and down at all times or simply volatile). So, this is going to be a really difficult thing to pull out. Maybe they should approve it and just task the projects with clearly explaining cryptocurrency investment to potential investors, so people have knowledge of what they are about to go into. |

I would never underestimate an Italian team only because they didn't perform that well during the qualifiers. It reminds of a phase when Germany also didn't do that well during the qualifiers but then rocked the tournament. I guess in that regard Italy is similar. It is a team that can just switch gears as soon as there is clearly something on the line. Sure that was the case right now but a tournament is a different beast, and definitely a beast that Italy has proven they can handle.
This can happen because few teams in Europe have very good domestic set up which give them good advantage with many quality players, so Italy already lost last world cup, but now it's time from them to have some good in this, and surely they are going to have very tough competition against Portugal because they are also having some good players but still it is favoring Italy. I would assume that if you are taking that risk, you are also considering the fact that the moment you sell your crypto, it could end up being a lot higher as well. So, you might sell right at the moment it starts to go up. This is not something that people really want or can risk. the topic has really been here at BTT for over a year. What confused me was that there was talk of all these rockets to Mars and vaccinations that Biden came up with around February. But in general, you must agree that the project interested BTT users. Indeed, the OP has gone somewhere, and the topic is alive all the time. I mean what's not to like? They are basically doing things that would be amazing to bet on and not usual "which soccer team will win" bets. They have political stuff, they have everyday stuff, they have economics related stuff, they have elon musk to mars type of stuff, they even have bitcointalk stuff in there which is more than enough to say about how much they care about here. I get that they may not be around anymore, and maybe they are doing it very rarely but at the end of the day they are still doing something that is unique in their own way and that matters a lot. Banks offer a more secure service though not risk free, maybe that's true if we compare it to cryptocurrencies. In addition, banks are still needed by 99% more world's population to carry out daily financial transaction so it is impossible to expect crypto to replace the existence of bank. Although in future every country can have its own cryptocurrency but I think people still need bank especially those who don't agree with crypto.
They do not really "need" it, everything you could do in a bank could be done with crypto as well. Banks needs to go back to what they were all about, savings accounts and lending out money from their savings account holdings, and not multiple amounts neither, whatever they have, they should lend but that's it. If you keep on thinking banks are the way we exchange money then you have not been watching too much of what's going on with crypto, we can exchange money from one side of the world to another for a few cents in a few seconds. Sure bitcoin is not like that right now, but there are other coins like SOL or TRX that you could use to move millions of dollars to another nation. So, 99% of the world doesn't "need" it, they just don't know what else they could do and crypto is not accepted in many places just yet so they still "prefer" fiat. |

Well, the current situation is that Sri Lanka has scored a massive 328 runs for 8 wickets. And Embuldeniya has actually impressed me with how he stayed in the crease for 110 balls. De Silva played really well for his 153 runs. He basically held the SriLankan batting together.

If it was simply just because "they are having hard time paying" then they would simply close the signature campaign down and pay whoever is left and be done with it. But this is more about Lightlord himself not being online frequently enough, and that is a very different situation.
I am not saying that they have the money for it or not, I couldn't possibly know how much money this place makes, obviously not a lot but it is still a casino that should be able to allow you to withdraw without a problem and pay the campaign participants who they agreed to pay. Hence why people are mad, because they know Lightlord is true to his word but he is also very slow to do that as well. Dude paid after 10 weeks, so he is definitely legit, but he paid after 10 weeks, that is still quite a big problem.
With these all useless discussion we can't bring something positive or negative because we have no updates or information about lightlord or his projects and financial condition, but one thing is sure he is one of early adaptors and having luxury of some very big bank rolls in his casino investments which never have any issue, or he never involves in any scam or cheat mean he is legit person but sadly in his very long stay here he never had any good back up which help him in his absence and settle down things which need some quick intention from them. I don't know if ICC is willing to take that initial loss of 5 years. Napoli crippled Lazio it was too intimidating and at some point it was embarrassing. Lazio tried getting back into the game but all effort proved void.
