I have no clue; My ccminer is connected and hashing and getting credits on all ports fine.... On skein algo but I see the coins now being generated on a test run but the hashrate isn't showing on the pool...so I think its ok to leave in my bat file. JaredKaragen try skein algo see if it shows up for you plz. Thx |

DIGIBYTE DGB add under skein algo too.  It already is.... Great I haven't noticed becase I'm working on conf files. Thx I'm going to add those other algo's in that where giving me trouble and divide my hashrate by 1000. |

Been trying to setup a config without specifying d=nnnn in the password field to let the stratum adjust the difficulty. I've found some major issues:
1. If decred is specified in the password string, e.g decred=602, without the d=nnnn it appears to be setting difficulty to 602 !
2. Decred and blakecoin algos, I've never seen a share submission below 1.000, yet the stratum starts at 0.5. This leads to poor reported hash rate and poor returns.
On a minor note, it seems stratum ups difficulty quite quickly, but doesn't drop difficulty very quickly.
So back to manually setting the difficulty in the password field (which I didn't want to do to try and keep the password string length down).
Anyone else experienced this?
Yes I have severe difficulty fluctuations .... the pool most definitely needs a difficulty adjuster like nicehash has plz add that Crackfoo. Thx |

Which is the pool's fault I think....not sure. It maybe Minercontrol not able to read the high hashrates.. not sure.
I don't use minercontrol but that seems overcomplicated. You don't want to distort the actual hashrate. The scaling
only applies to comparing profitability after normalization. Simply include the scaling factor with your normalization
of the applicable algos. Shouldn't that work?
Correction: Actually zpool is presenting the hashrate in a different scale so yes you must correct it before normalizing unless minercontrol tries to autocorrect. Yes but its the pool.....I just took out those 2 algo's for now. |

Make sure you scale correctly... *** values in mBTC/Mh/day (mBTC/Gh/day for sha256 and blake algos) The scale I have is like 4.500 24 hrs advantage so miner control picks it up as 4.5 BTC/MH/DAY so I'll have to put in my conf file not 1gh/s but 1mh/s as my hashrate .... should display .0045 or the signal put out on the pool not 4.500. But the signal the pool puts out should be received correctly but not...  Should be like nicehash.... I'll have to divide my hashrate by 1,000 then... not right Crackfoo. The pool should send out .0045 btc/gh/day not 4.500 btc/mh/day or something like that..pool is off by 1,000 times to high. Thx |

Not that I know of AngryDwarf....but right now I'm using a conf file. So what does a ccminer conf file look like, or are you using minercontrol or something? Yes MC. |

I have KBomba version of Minercontrol and his profit chart. StuffOfInterest made the original. On the MC it shows the signals rate real time and nicehash throws out a lot of high payout signals for 1 minute to get auto miners to switch there...then the price drops to real time and miner is locked there for what ever settings you have except ..... MC It calls them outliers and bypasses them. The auto pools do it once in a while but at a realistic price. yep, partially that's why i don't test anything multi-algo - it's a tricky shit. but comparing algo profitability is relatively objective Yup and in constant flux. |

well my 24h+ testruns are over and i might say those 25-30% higher profitabilities
reported on zpool are non-existent, i get very similar btc from nicehash and zpool
the same algo (qubit, quark, x11).
so in the end block % is much closer to reality than shares %, not technically but for practical calcs.
unfortunately it seems impossible to construct a formula or even a good estimate
since zpool and NH use so different approaches
Based on a recent short multi-algo test on NH, I'd say zpool far outstrips NH, but maybe that can change with supply and demand of orders. There are definitely some figures that don't seem to add up on zpool, whereas hashpower didn't seem to have the same problem. The latter pool though looks like it needs putting out of its misery at times. it's important - i didn't run multi-algo, i ran one-algo per test on both, just to see what really means if NH reports 0.15 and zpool 0.21, but actually i get almost the same amount of btc. i started that only because of those strange share % discrepancies I have KBomba version of Minercontrol and his profit chart.
