1941  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Pension funds bringing money to Bitcoin. on: March 24, 2019, 09:56:40 PM
Well.. I expect that national reserves to be composed at least in a small part of Bitcoin and/or other cryptocurrencies in the close future. So why wouldn't pension funds take the first step and invest in them? This is a great thing and I would say - a natural progress to the adoption of crypto.
1942  Economy / Speculation / Re: Is there a future for BTC anymore? on: March 24, 2019, 09:50:43 PM
Of course there is a future for BTC and cryptocurrencies in general. IMHO It has very bright future ahead. Just because we are in a prolonged consolidation period it doesn't mean that we are not going to go for a new ATH as we did before. The fundamentals and adoption are raising like crazy. I strongly believe that in the next bull market we will test $100k.
1943  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Why we shouldnt panic sell on: March 24, 2019, 07:09:13 PM
Do you know what I consider the perfect instrument to trade? Well, that's an asset you believe in long term. This way IF you're trading spot you don't need to worry too much if you have a losing trade especially if you're playing with small positions. But you should always good risk management.  If you have a set in stone stop loss you won't ever panic sell.
1944  Economy / Speculation / Re: Let's prepare for the worst on: March 24, 2019, 05:38:56 PM
If we resolve this consolidation to the downside I would look for a bottom at around $2500 and if that does not hold I think we will see price dropping below $2000, most probably to about $1800. But BTC might take a leg up from here and who knows.. maybe return to a bull market, but until we don't confirm that my bias is bearish.
1945  Economy / Speculation / Re: When Will Bitcoin Be Back To $20,000 ? on: March 24, 2019, 05:22:39 PM
I think that Bitcoin will stay in this consolidation period for at least a few months from now. So I don't see $20k this year, but probably until 2021 we will shoot for $100,000 mark. Nevertheless watch the charts! Wink The bulls can come back into the market any time.
1946  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Margin trading on: March 24, 2019, 05:04:00 PM
First you need to take into account the fact that you have unlimited loss potential if you enter a short trade. While if you have are long you have limited risk and unlimited potential. Always use stop losses if you are a trader. If you are a investor I suggest you just buy the underlying bitcoin, not margin positions. Before anything learn the trading terminal UI and how leverage works if you are using it. Practice on a demo account if possible.
1947  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is the main key of success on trading platform. on: March 24, 2019, 12:11:55 PM
Patience is not the main key of trading success. Is it an important characteristic of a trader? Definitely! But the three main components of a successful trader are technical analysis, risk management and controlling your emotions. You do need to be patient while waiting for the price to hit your "entry" area and your exit area as you planned it.
1948  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Your favorite Trading Terminal on: March 24, 2019, 09:06:49 AM
In my opinion Deribit has the best interface and functionalities. On the other part Bitmex is great because it has more modular functionalities like you can organise your trading "terminal" how you want, but it has those overload server "issues" that are a drawback for me..

Mobu a īmpărtășit o vedere de ansamblu asupra pieței Africane pe pagina lor de Twitter. Mai jos aveți cāteva statistici interesante:

1950  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Avoid losing money with bitcoins on: March 23, 2019, 04:33:13 PM
You can hedge your bitcoin value, but you need to be careful at funding. On Bitmex for example you can buy future contracts and sell spot contracts. This way you will protect your value. But you will need to pay or receive a funding fee each 8 hours which can vary. Especially if you are a newbie I don't recommend doing this. I think a crypto debit card would be the best option.
1951  Economy / Services / Re: Free programming lessons on: March 23, 2019, 04:29:00 PM
It is great to see someone who is not selfish and actually wants to offer his knowledge for free so others can benefit from it. You're an example and even if I am not currently interested in learning programming skills I want to express my gratitude. We need more people like you.  Wink

Un articol interesant īmpărtășit prin Twitter-ul Mobu. Īnlocuirea băncilor ar putea părea ca o idee care este departe de realizare, dar ar putea avea loc mai devreme decāt oamenii cred.

I can vouch for Khilone7. He is one of the Stratis community leaders and biggest contributors. I don't know why it was banned, but I am sure it was a mistake or misunderstanding. Admins please revise your decision.
1954  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin investors are coming back ! on: March 18, 2019, 06:50:51 AM
The majority of retail trader will probably get back in the markets once we enter the bull market again. That's the psychology of people. They folllow the heard. Instead of buying at cheap prices they wait until we are well above our bottom and then we get dumped again, they get liquidated, then we go up again. It requires a kind of mental flexibility in order to be a trader. Wink
1955  Economy / Economics / Re: Brexit what effects will this have on cryptocurrency? on: March 17, 2019, 10:48:55 PM
I don't see why would brexit have an effect on cryptocurrencies. There are no links between GBP and BTC. And this is not a dramatic event that would make people want to "hedge" into cryptocurrencies as they are descentralized..
1956  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you think a "winning mindset" can get you what you want while gambling? on: March 17, 2019, 10:28:55 PM
If you are playing constantly, you can't win in gambling. That is statistically proven. The casino always has an edge against you. That's how they make their money and have been so profitable along centuries! If you are a good card counter you might have an edge over the casino, but that is not practicable online as the deck is constantly shuffled.
1957  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: When will end the hype of ICO ? on: March 17, 2019, 10:19:11 PM
The hype of ICO is already fading in front of the new trend: the STOs( Security Token Offerings). Tokens backed by certain assets add more confidence to investors and also organisers need to be compliant with more legal frameworks.
1958  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin adoption: Don't just sit down, do something on: March 17, 2019, 09:09:31 PM
I'm working hard to launch my fashion online eccomerce business in my country and I will surely accept Bitcoin as a method of payment right of the launch! I also encourage all my business peers to start integrating cryptocurrencies in some way.
1959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: where do you trade your Altcoin? on: March 17, 2019, 05:15:58 PM
Don't even try to trade on HitBTC. I wanted to get rid of some low value bags in my account, sold them, but they have huge withdrawal fees. Much more than Bittrex or Binance. They are ridiculous.. asking for a few bucks for a simple withdrawal. And they also have high trading fees. They should focus on offering lower commissions if they want to even compete with the major exchanges.
1960  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Scammers are lazy on: March 17, 2019, 05:08:22 PM
Scammers are simply disgusting.. First of all I don't know how they can live with themselves as they are literally stealing from other people and profit from newbies in the crypto world.. I suppose they are either desperate, stupid or just have a very bad education, or all of these together. However we should do our best to ban and warn other people whenever we see this kind of conmans.
