1941  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What Are Reasons for 1% only in Cryptocurrency on: April 18, 2018, 06:07:43 PM
Because not everyone likes bitcoin and it is not very easy to work with it, speaking about an ordinary person who doesn't know much about the online stuffs. Even if this whole process of bitcoin seems very easy for us the ones that know how it works, for a newbie it seems like something very complicated and something where they could lose their money because they think this is to complicated to learn. For example credit cards are super easy to use because you just have to walk a few feets from your home and insert the card into the atm and select what operation you want. I think that the vast majority of people own a credit card. With bitcoin things are not that easy. You have to create a wallet, secure it then find a good exchanger to buy bitcoin from and some of them dont accept credit cards so you have to create extra accounts on different payment systems. After all of this you cannot use bitcoin anywhere to pay for what you want and there is also the possibility that your bitcoins price will drop and you lose money. So there is only a limited category of people that want to learn and understand bitcoin and that is not so big.
1942  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Day trade is more a lucky thing or skill on: April 18, 2018, 05:37:11 PM
First of all almost all you tubers do their videos just to promote some websites so that later they can earn commissions. I am not saying all of them but the majority.
From my opinion the biggest part of day trade is about skill. You have to know which coins to choose and the right time to trade them. Of course luck is also a big part of day trading but you cannot make profit forever just with luck and eventually you will start losing money if you are fixed only on being lucky.
Holding and trading are different. There are different strategies for both of them same as the profit. I am unable to tell you what to choose it is more about what you choose to be. Do you want to spend a few hours everyday for trading and are you willing to follow a sleeping program so that you can buy/sell at the right time? Or do you want to spend a few hours to choose your coins then hold them to get your profit? It is your choice
1943  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: VERGE ANNOUNCES PARTNERSHIP WITH PORNHUB!!! on: April 18, 2018, 01:07:46 PM
I think this is a good development for PornHub and also for cryptos but it is not going to change much of a thing. In order to help cryptocurrencies and specifically Verge a lot of people have to use it on P-Hub so that it creates a big impact and the price rises. Even though this is not going to change the market of cryptocurrencies a lot right now I think it is a very good thing that big companies start to trust and also use cryptocurrencies for their payments. Soon more and more will add this payment method and people will be able to buy almost anything with cryptocurrencies which is pretty cool.
1944  Economy / Economics / Re: Cryptocurrency Scammers Are Making Fortunes By Ripping Off 'Greedy' Investors on: April 18, 2018, 11:42:40 AM
For hackers this area of cryptocurrencies is very profitable because they can steal a lot of bitcoins or other coins without getting caught because cryptocurrencies are impossible to track after they are stolen.
The important thing is what they are going to do further with those bitcoins because they can either run away with them and live a very good life or return some of them to the investors or even donate them to a charity or something.
1945  Economy / Speculation / Re: Has Bitcoin reached its goal? on: April 17, 2018, 11:04:23 AM
Bitcoin is just about 10 years old and I dont think that is enough to reach it's goal. We actually dont really know what is the real goal of bitcoin but it probably is to change the world of paper money and fight against criminality and illegal activities.
(we all know it's going to be $250,000/coin by 2022)
We dont know what the price is going to be even tomorrow what about 2022. Until then bitcoin could even disappear from the market even though it seems impossible for everyone,it is possible. Bitcoin also has a price goal, set by the people and I think that is about 1.000.000$. It doesn't have to reach this price before a certain time, the goal is to reach it someday.
1946  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Thoughts on gold backed crypto? on: April 17, 2018, 10:05:56 AM
People choose gold because it is a lot safer. Bitcoin price can fall to 1000$ in just a few hours while gold price cannot fall that much even in a few months because the market is much more stable. Gold was one of the first things that people used toto buy things with and in time it has became one of the most precious metals. Gold gives you a felling of safety because it exists since the beginning of the world and everyone knows about it and think it is safe. Also you can exchange any gold metals pretty much everywhere because I didn't saw a town that doesn't have a pawn shop.
1947  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is the world’s 6th largest currency on: April 16, 2018, 10:47:58 PM
I dont think we should compare US dollar with bitcoin because we all they are very different. Governments can and actually print newout paper dollars every day and even though the dollar is losing its value they print a lot of coins wich increases the total value of US dollar. Bitcoin has a limited supply and it is 100% impossible to make mine more than 21 million coin wich is a pretty low number if we think there are 7 billion people on this earth.
1948  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: is buying new listed coin profitable? on: April 16, 2018, 09:03:16 PM
Good Day guys, just searching for an alternative way to invest my money to,
so the question is, is buying new listed token(token that just ended ICO) to an exchange profitable? do many of you do that? would you recommend doing that? or should I buy on their ICOs?
I  would not recommend you to buy a token after it is listed to an exchanger because that is actually the worst time you could buy. If you want to invest into a project because you think it will be successful then buy your token before or during the ICO because the price goes up after the ICO ends. From my experience I saw that tokens prices increase after they are launched on one or more big exchangers. That happens because most ICOs hace only a limited supply of coins for sell or they have a limited number of people that can invest in their ICO. Lets say 10.000 people are interested to buy some tokens from an ICO that just launched but there are only 5000 places for contributors. There are over 5000 people that are still interested to buy tokens so they will pay a higher price after it is listed on exchangers so that the price of that token will go up even more. That's why it is important to invest before or during an ICO.
1949  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin will rise to $250,000 by 2022??? on: April 13, 2018, 11:34:41 PM
Who knows? Bitcoin could fall to 100$ or increase to 50.000$ even tomorrow but no one knows what is going to happen. From the past of bitcoin I think it is going to reach 250.000$ someday. A lot of experts day that day is going to be before 2022 but as I said no one could predict that. Until now there were a few people who predicted the price of bitcoin a few years ago and now they are saying the same thing but with bigger numbers. I think we should follow our present time because the future depends on our actions from everyday
1950  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: How to follow each bounties/airdrop? on: April 13, 2018, 10:53:42 PM
Well, I guess most of them are posted here on bitcointalk so you should search every hour for new thread created at bounties. There also are websites that post new bounties everyday. You could try facebook or telegram groups and follow twitter accounts. Eventually any new bounty that will appear will be posted somewhere is those places so you have to follow all of them. I dont there is a single website or group that can add really every  single bounty that appears, thats why you should take a lot at all of them
1951  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Big Companies Could Choose Btg Or Bch Or Bcd For Payment Instead Of Btc? on: April 13, 2018, 10:17:57 PM
I dont think a big company would ever choose to accept other currencies that bitcoin or ethereum for their main crypto payment method. Bitcoin is the most popular voin and I would say 99.9% of people involved with cryptocurrencies have heard and know what it is and they also trust it.
Even though the volatility of the price is very big I think they can develop a system that will solve this problem by selling their bitcoin instantly when paying with them. This way they avoid losing profits if the price falls after that.
The fees are not so big right now but I still think there is a bit of space to work with them since they are not the best we can see. I think right now it is more about the time to receive confirmations for the transactions and I hope Lightning Network will solve this problem.
1952  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Do you want China be back into Bitcoin? on: April 13, 2018, 05:45:05 PM
China will surely make a change if it will come back and allow people to trade Bitcoin because China is a big country and a big procent of the Chinese population use bitcoin. China was also the country where the most bitcoins were mined and if they come back the productivity will increase wich willbe lead to price increase.

China is probably already preparing to reintroduce bitcoin back to their country but I think they are going to take advantage of those people who use it and add extra taxes for exchangers.
1953  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Patience is the key on: April 13, 2018, 04:21:10 PM
Patience is the key in almost all investments because in order to make something work well you need time. Newbies that invest in cryptocurrencies have to understand that the market fluctuates a lot but, eventually it always go up and get you in profit doesnt matter how much the price decreased. Price of bitcoin is continuously increasing since it was created. There were a lot of bad periods in the history when price crashed with more than 60% but even after that the price increased again and it broke the records.
1954  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin back to 8k$!! Is this recovery or a trap? on: April 13, 2018, 10:34:34 AM
I think it is a recovery but we have to wait until next week to see what is going on. This weekend will decide either this was just a pump so that people will fall in trap or the price is really recovering and it is on the good track going up to that 10.000$ barrier.

The price stays pretty stable at 8000$ and doesnt show any signs that it would go down but we can't know what is going to happen since we can't control the market. We dont know who is behind this pump but he surely has a plan for the future. The only thing we can do is wait and check the price every hour for changes.
1955  Economy / Economics / Re: The HODL strategy is not actual on: April 12, 2018, 09:12:38 PM
I dont think the problem is that people dont belive in bitcoin. The problem is that a lot of new people are investing in bitcoin without having much knowledge about how to manage their bitcoin in this kind of situation when the the price crashes. So they invest in december when the price is 19.000$ because other popular, mostly, newbies recommend them to do so and after 1 month the price crashes and go down to 15.000$. From here a lot of people start selling their bitcoin because thwy dont want to lose more money. When the price goes below 10.000$ most of them sell their bitcoins thinking it is the end of it.
1956  Economy / Speculation / Re: Seeing Green on: April 12, 2018, 04:37:51 PM
Today was just a good day and the bitcoin increased with 1200$ but unfortunately it was a just a quick pump and now it is going down to the same value as yesterday,6800$
1957  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Scam in the name of BITCOIN on: April 12, 2018, 01:20:39 PM
No wonder why people are always talking about PHilippines banning bitcoin and cryptocurrencies.

People lose money because they are foolish and greedy. They want to make a big profit in just a few days wich is possible but it happens only 1 out of 100 times so the risk is very high. I never understood how people can belive in this scams. They promise to give you a 10% daily profit or so wich is an incredible profit even for big companies like Google or Amazon. The best thing to do is to never invest in this kind of websites even if I know some people that know how they work and make a profit everytime because they know where to invest and when to stop.
1958  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: ETH worth buying now or wait? on: April 10, 2018, 11:54:44 PM
Buy now because the price already went down to much and I dont think things can continue this way. The market already started to increase slowly and that is just the beginning of some good times wich we all are waiting for. I expect bitcoin to hit around 25.000$ this year so probably ethereum will also go up to over 1500$ wich is a great. The first period of the year was a bad one so I guess what comes next is a very good period where the market will stop this bleeding and increase to new values that were never seen before.
1959  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Is bounty campaign or airdrop is good or investment is better ? on: April 10, 2018, 10:39:59 PM
From the beginning I will say this question is just stupid because the answer is kind of obvious. Bounty campaigns and aidrops are things that you have to work for. You etiher have to make posts on forums, do different things like following, sharing, liking on social media or promoting the ICO through different ways life facebook, youtube or forums. Investing in ICO's is a totally different thing because here it is obviously not free but you dont have to put any work in. You just have to invest your own money then manage what are you going to do with those coins you are going to receive for your money.

So this two options are totally different and depends by every person. Someone would like to have have different coins in his wallets but he doesnt have any money so he has to work for them through bounties and airdrops while another person could not have time to work for this coins but he has money so he buys them directly. The result will be the same,of course if we are talking about the same ICO,but one person has to pay with his time and work while the other person has to pay with his money.
1960  Economy / Economics / Re: its not about how much you invested, its when you should invest? on: April 10, 2018, 04:13:46 PM
Hehe,is true what you are saying but another very important thing is to know what to do in this kind of situations. Like you just said it is not the same thing if you would have invested in January or nor in April because the results would probably be very different, even though you dont know what is going to happen in the future with bitcoin. Someone who invested in January and doesnt know how the market of Bitcoin works will probably sell all his bitcoin when the price dropped under less than 10.000$(if he bought at over 15.0000$) and that is a pretty stupid thing to do because he also has the option to keep his bitcoin and wait for the price to go up again and get his money invested back. But because he doesnt know that and he is afraid he sells everything and then never invest again in cryptocurrencies.
