It will take a lot of scared sheeple to drop the price further, but if you look at the ask sum of btc china bitstamp and gox youll see there are almost no BTC to buy under 380.
This is all a ruse to get the weak hands to let go of more BTC. I think.

I think the price fluctuation is mostly due to demographic pressure... most of the existing btc are being held in europe and the usa, where there is less buying pressure because there is some early market saturation.
In china their is a large "possibly manipulated" demand for btc, but they have to wait for btc to come on the market from mining or from arbitage, in other words they need to drive the price up to pull the btc out of early buyers hands.
However you look at it, the price will be moved by the largest players, and China is the biggest whale in the room atm

china is already at 408, I am guessing there must be some difficulty getting cny back to euros or usd, or we would have seen a major price jump already.

With so few btc for sale between 230 and 300 I think we may be moving from triple digits to quadruple digits faster than from double to triple

I have been selling some at every plateau with a trigger limit sitting above the next wall so if the wall gets eaten I buy back in and lose a few percent but if the price drops I make some it's a win or win less method while btc progresses it's way to the moon...
I don't even get coach on the train though...
I'm in the baggage cart with around 70 bitcoins
