1) You should have held off with the IPO until you had this safety measure in place. It's all very well saying you are happy to do it but you are a complete unknown entity with a sketchy proposition and zero verifiable background until you actually prove who you are.
2) So you are raising 25BTC? It doesn't sound like anywhere near enough to get a website off the ground and do the required advertising to pull in paying visitors. It would get you going with a few cam girls but unless you become exceptionally popular you won't make enough in day to day tips to repay investors or to fund your own website and promote it.
3) I checked out chaterbate (purely in the course of research for this proposition) and the site and the home cam industry in general seems to be saturated. There is clearly no shortage of couples happy to suck and fuck on cam for small change. So until you get your own website I can't see you making a sufficient return for investors with this idea of paying an actress/yourself 75% then taking just 25% of the remaining tips for the business and investors. It seems most of the girls/couples scrape-by taking 100% of the tips so how will the business grow with just 10% of the tips?
You are raising around 12kUSD and paying back at 15% so you need to raise around 100kUSD on the site in tips to pay back investors. I can't see many of the couples making 100k doing cams. They might make 5-10k I would imagine before the same user base gets tired of them and they move on to the next couple.
So if you can demonstrate that you can do some amazing shows and prove you can pull in some decent tips on a daily/weekly basis your proposition might be worth investing in - but you haven't done that. You need to be pull 100k off the site over lets say 3months to generate just 10k for the business to cover - rental, electric, equipment AND the production and promotion of a popular website. Good luck but I don't see it being a viable business.
btw - do shareholders get a free pass to the shows? Just askin.
1. Well, I understand your concern. I am far from unknown on these forums or in BTC land. I do not hide my identity nor do I mean to. I will gladly give my ID to a trusted escrow to ease the minds of potential investors.
2. The website is a second phase venture. As it sits right now I am building up a brand and collecting followers and talent. I have a handful of girls (and guys) that are very interested in working with Klyemax studios. We will be using chaturbate until we achieve enough of a following to branch out on our own.. My first few shows netted 200+ followers. It is only a matter of doing shows and getting more exposure for the studio before that number grows ten fold! Followers = revenue.
3. Chaturbate is a great place to start camming. And I admit their are a lot of couples on there doing the nasty for small tips.. Where they lack though is customer pleasing, It's not just about fucking and sucking in my opinion. Lots of the potential clients want nothing more than to have a nice quick rub and tug and be gone. But many people crave to have conversation as well as watch you perform sex acts of their request. It's some sort of bond you make with your clientele that keeps them coming back.
I've run the numbers. And the studio needs to pull in 83K or so to break even for investors(considering porn is a multi billion dollar industry 83K is a paltry sum). Now if you put each show at 100-300$ and a few shows a day (or multiple shows going on at once with different cams) You soon realize that ROI is easily achievable. I am not talking about 1 girl or one couple doing shows here. I am talking about having 2-3 rooms set up and talent running shows whenever they are available. The end goal is to have a studio set up where talent can come in, Pay a small fee to rent the room for x amount of hours and provide them a safe clean place to show off their goods. Of course the studio pays them 75% of the tips / private show tips they earn and the rest is split between investors and the studio itself.
I do appreciate you bringing up your points sir, I too was leery until I started crunching numbers and it became clear this was feasible.
And Yes. Shareholders get the VIP treatment. Moderator status in the rooms. VIP status on the site when it gets launched.
