Welcome to the board! But I'd advise anybody against handing over collateral to a new account.

Like I said what can I provide? Just name it! I will try to get it asap!
I can supply this loan, 0% interest, for 20 LTC collateral.

I can provide a 1.0 BTC loan for a term of 1 month for 120 LTC collateral. LMK.
If he had 120 ltc, why would he want that loan? It's already 1.44 btc now. Funny offer. Why would anybody want to sell LTC right now since it's rising day after day?

Why bother with escrow on a PayPal transaction? How does escrow help?
PayPal is not safe for exchange with bitcoin unless the person paying with PayPal is trusted. Escrow does not solve that problem, and if the person is already trusted enough to accept PayPal from them, then escrow does not provide anything usefull. An option within PayPal is to send as Friend/Family or Gift, which makes chargebacks more difficult without jeopardizing the status of the account. I'm going on the assumption that this is how the PayPal transaction will be sent. By offering escrow, we're effectively filtering out one type of scammer -- the ones who get the buyer to send first as F/F or Gift and then disappear once the funds are sent. That leaves the buyer with the only option of claiming a compromised account to get his money back, which can sometimes results in a perma-banned account.

Please use escrow for this to protect both parties.

I can serve as escrow for this, just LMK.

She contacted me an hour ago saying she will pay me back next week, but also requesting another smaller loan, which I do not have or can give since she did not pay back at the promised time.
She seem's trustworthy so I hope this was a bad week for her and she can repay next week.
Holy shit dude, if you don't realize you've already been scammed and will never get your money back, you have no business trying to lend in the first place.
