Japan to win the World Cup? I hope he has lots of money because that looks like a direct donation to the sportsbet.io Christmas Party Cheesy Cheesy
Lol, Average of people would say the same thing. Not for Japan, it's a bit impossible in my opinion even if you have 2% faith in yourself to see Japan qualify for round of 16 for the 2022 World Cup. Spain and Germany are likely to be in 1st and 2nd place as the teams that qualify for the next round.

This is football, XI mean on each team, anything can happen.
I'm not for Japan, maybe it would be very convincing if one of Brazil, Germany, Argentina, France or Portugal.  Grin

Arsenal have indeed shown great form to date and now they are five points ahead of Manchester City. But I doubt their consistency until the end of the season. In my opinion, so far they have not been fully tested, the victory over Chelsea is not a benchmark because the Blues' condition is also declining. I will wait for Arsenal to face Manchester City, this match will prove Arsenal's true strength.
It is doubtful Arsenal can win the game if the opponent is like Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, Manchester United or something else. The reason is, the team I mentioned above is a team that is actually strong mentally and physically to compete with each other to score goals to win.

I can expect Arsenal to lose matches against top teams like the ones I mentioned above but it might be difficult to expect Arsenal to lose to any other team besides the above teams. So far Arsenal have been good, but they are not a team that will always be good when the opponent is performing well throughout the match.
1963  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stop the panic, I doubt we will see 14k or less Bitcoin on: November 17, 2022, 07:01:55 PM
In fact, panic is the main weapon often used by whales when they want to buy more valuable assets in the market, but it will only affect people who still do not understand and also lack experience in reading and seeing certain situations. So that it is so easy to release existing assets into the market without any consideration. And usually when panic arises for some people, they also often experience the fear of losing more money through the decline in the price of their assets, so they choose to sell.
Panic attacks are natural for those who don't invest with cold money, I mean it is a type of capital that has been considered exclusively for investing or trading without any other purpose. The panic of the traders was not a weapon for the popes, but it was a kind of opportunity for them to acquire assets at a discount. Panic is common in the market because people don't want to lose, but it is an advantage for others who have good financial strength to buy low.

I wouldn't necessarily blame those who panic when the market corrects, but it may not be good for those investing long term.
1964  Economy / Economics / Re: Is long-term employee retention a losing battle? on: November 17, 2022, 06:51:34 PM
Do you think companies pay their employees like that? How many companies are out there paying people so much money that people would not even consider working for another company? Not a lot, most companies pay 50% of what you should be paid, that’s the problem.
There are rules that require companies to pay appropriate wages to their employees and they must be complied with. But maybe not all companies will comply with these rules when paying salaries to employees so that there will always be an incentive to leave and change jobs among their employees.

The problem is, many employees do not receive a salary that is in accordance with the minimum wage standard set by the government. So many employees complain about this, but they have to stay in their jobs considering the difficulty of other jobs to get.

I want to ask, does it make sense for you to earn $100 - $120 per month for 156 hours of work per month?
1965  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: November 17, 2022, 06:28:07 PM
I disagree with this point haha; I think Simeone is the main problem of the Atletico side; the clubside has signed countless of top attackers and none of them is able to perform under Simeone as manager. his model of football is outdated and he needs to change his approach or be changed if Atletico Madrid wants to challenge again
But the fact is that you have to admit that Simeone has had more success than Sevilla and Athletic Bilbao and several other challengers besides Real Madrid and Barcelona, right? Simeone has won several La Liga titles, but perhaps that is never enough in the eyes of the people.

IMO, Simeone is one of the coaches who has made Laliga's top 4 even better. He is a good Argentinian coaches for Atletico Madrid so far and I don't expect him to be sacked just because this season has not been good in the Champions League. But you are entitled to have different assumptions, and so am I.
1966  Economy / Economics / Re: Is long-term employee retention a losing battle? on: November 16, 2022, 07:15:44 PM
What do you think? Are companies losing the battle for long term employee retention?
In my country, jobs are more difficult and there are very few of them than the number of graduates each year. Each of these graduates needs a job and is even willing to stand in line for years to get a job according to their educational background.

I can also say that in my country many employees are willing to volunteer in government agencies for a very small salary. This is a huge advantage for the government or certain companies because they will think that there is nothing to be afraid of when many of their employees quit.

I never know who to blame even though in fact volunteer workers in government agencies are the most common choice of workers. The problem is that the government cannot humanize humans, I mean they only benefit from their workers but ignore more rights from their workers.
1967  Economy / Speculation / Re: The world is not doing well on: November 16, 2022, 07:03:45 PM
The stock market is now up slightly after the inflation data and the s&p index is also doing well. But the cryptocurrency market is still having bad times. Scams of exchanges, bankruptcies, distrust of crypto is increasing, which negatively affects the price. Different projects are having financial problems every day. I don't think crypto will recover quickly.
Crypto market conditions like now should be used by anyone who believes that crypto has a good future compared to now. Especially bitcoin, I never imagined that bitcoin would come back down to $15.5K a few days ago when last year it was $69K. So this is a good opportunity so that we are not always negative when the market goes down.

I still firmly believe in a better future for crypto, but try to avoid altcoin as much as possible as a long-term investment. So if you want to make a profit in crypto, then never doubt its good potential especially in assets that have real use cases like bitcoin.
1968  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: French Soccer League Predictions and Discussion Thread (Ligue 1) on: November 16, 2022, 06:09:16 PM
Bayern have quite performance than PSG at champion league in this season, Bayern won 6 matches and PSG only won 4 match and 2 draw have settled at 2nd position and meet with Bayern on 16 round,
It would be very interesting if this season PSG managed to bring Bayern Munich back to the Bundesliga. I don't believe PSG will be so weak compared to Bayern Munich this season even though Bayern Munich has actually proven its worth in the group stage. I think PSG's defense is well prepared to thwart Bayern Munich this season and Mbappe will destroy the arrogance of those who underestimate them so easily.

It's clear to me that no one really knows who will qualify from the last 16, and both teams currently have a chance to beat their opponents. I'm support PSG to qualify because I don't really know why Bayern Munich deserve favorites over PSG.
1969  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: November 16, 2022, 05:47:01 PM
Sevilla supporters should be happy this season if they aren't downgraded to 2ª División, given their awful performance until now. Betis, their natural contenders, have many more options to end up 4th. About Real Sociedad and Athletic de Bilbao, they have played quite well so far but, as you say, they usually start underperforming after a winning spree. What is most likely is that Atlético de Madrid will maintain their classic 3rd position at the end of the season, despite many people have lost faith in Simeone. Who else?
The season is still long and the second half of the season is expected to see several teams return to their best. Sevilla, which is currently in a very bad condition, should not make people doubt their chances of continuing to play in Laliga next season. Atletico Madrid and Simeone are in a difficult position, but I believe they can be in the top 4 until the end of the season regardless of their erratic form now.

Real Madrid and Barcelona are the main contenders for the title this season, but I really believe Real Madrid can really take the top of the table again in the second half of the season from Barcelona. I'm never worried about Barcelona's current point advantage, it's just that I really want Real Madrid to not loss points in future matches.
1970  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: November 16, 2022, 05:25:30 PM
Manchester City performance has always been consistent throughout their years in the EPL and they can also dominate the EPL by becoming Champions every season. This season, Manchester City dominance has been disrupted by Arsenal, the improvement in Arsenal performance has brought Arteta team to the top position with a five point lead from Manchester City, which is one rank below.
It's hard to imagine Manchester City losing this season because I don't think 5 points below Arsenal will be too difficult to overcome. Arsenal are good because of their improvement, but they must not let their guard down if they want to lead the table and win the title at the end of the season. This is Arsenal's main problem because maintaining consistent performance is not easy.

After all, Manchester City has been quite a successful team dominating the Premier League in its last 5 seasons. They won most of the titles but of course there is always the possibility that they can also fail. But because this team is really convincing, then I don't think they have lost anything in the league at the moment.

The results of the Man City vs Arsenal match will determine who will win the EPL this season. Arsenal, who have been waiting for this moment for a long time, will continue to struggle to maintain their position, but Man City will not allow their dominance to be disturbed, especially now that Man City has a finisher that can make Arsenal dreams fall apart.
Exactly, Arsenal need to win the match against Manchester City and make use of all other matches to stay ahead of the table. If Arsenal loses the 2 meetings against Manchester City, then I believe Arsenal's chances of winning the title will never be good again.
1971  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Cristiano Ronaldo partners with Binance on: November 15, 2022, 09:10:06 PM
it looks like Cristiano Ronaldo has just signed a partnership with Binance to have his own NFT collection starting from November 18.

https://twitter.com/Cristiano/status/1592520297290551308?t=hSxjM5-L-rlTKnYICqeEPQ&s=19
I'm not entirely sure if it will lead to great success for both parties, but maybe in other ways a partnership like this will increase the visibility of the exchange. Here Ronaldo is an artist for Binance to promote his services, but on the other hand this will also make binance get a lot of profit.

Binance is hitting strong the Footbal industry and already counts with several partnerships with many prominent players as well as Football clubs. This is good news for the industry as it brings a lot more visibility to cryptos.
The crypto industry has now even received a lot of attention from various types of sports. Not only football, I think there are many other sports that have partnered with the crypto industry. Obviously this would benefit both industries, but of course it would not be a guarantee that the project would be highly credible.
1972  Economy / Economics / Re: Has the popularity of bitcoins reduced interest of people in stocks? on: November 15, 2022, 08:57:49 PM
I don't think bitcoin's popularity has made all stock investors switch to crypto investing instead of sticking with stock investing. It may be true that some stock investors have turned to crypto investing due to its increasing popularity, but not for all of them. For anyone who thinks crypto investing is high risk, they probably won't invest immediately, especially for those who don't like high risk investments.

Bitcoin investments do not guarantee returns in x years for x dollars. But the price volatility has provided good profit for the investors, but not a few have lost because of it.
1973  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: November 15, 2022, 08:29:10 PM
In this thread, there ud a question: Who will be champion in the 2022/23 season?
17.2% have bet on Arsenal and 44.3% on Manchester City. Liverpool also have 17.2% with a total of 122 votes. So now it looks different from the predictions. And it's exciting because many see City as the champions. In the last 5 years they have won 4x and 1x Liverpool 2020. Arsenal the last time in 2004.
54/122 voters chose Manchester City as the team that will win the title this season. Arsenal and Liverpool have the same percentage, but still none of this will affect this team's chances of winning. I know this is just a really interesting prediction among bitcointalk users, so the discussion in this thread still keeps people interested regardless if they are betting on the match or not.
1974  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: La Liga (Spanish League) Prediction Thread 2022/23 on: November 15, 2022, 08:16:29 PM
Signing Robert Lewandowski from Bayern Munich is proof that Barcelona can reach the top position so far. Xavi's role as a coach has quite an important role here and can unite young players and senior players. Speaking of rivals Real Madrid, they have to wait for Karim Benzema, who must recover from a hand injury in order to get good performance as usual. Can't wait for these two teams to compete again in Laliga, but have to wait another month to see it.
To be honest, I don't like to underestimate Barcelona in any way as long as they are okay with the performance. Ideally the good should be said to be good while the bad must be said to be bad. So far Barcelona have been very good, I admit it even though Real Madrid managed to beat them in the El Clasico match. But remember, we haven't played at Barcelona and I don't think anyone can underestimate them at home.
1975  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: What is a Quality Post? on: November 13, 2022, 08:33:48 PM
As I earlier said, quality is subjective. You are free to share what you think is a quality post and it maybe included in the original post.
You are right, rating the quality of a post is very subjective so there is always a possibility that what we consider quality at this time doesn't get the same rating among all users especially those who expect something more than standard. I believe we all have different standards when it comes to judging post quality but if it's about newbie then I really feel like they need to put in 2x more effort to prove their quality.

I have an addition: Quality posts are posts that have good and strong arguments and can be accounted for.
1976  Other / Meta / Re: [PETITION] Create a "Get your funds out of exchanges" in Important Announcements on: November 13, 2022, 08:12:19 PM
And speaking of "investors" how do we put their funds at risk when the message is to keep your funds safe, in your won wallet not guarded by some wannabe 3.0 banker and his 20 roommates?
It didn't take long, some rogue journalists seemed to be able to easily create FUDs on their news pages and share them on social media. In fact, it happened many times and recently they spread FUD about FTX by making bitcoin a scapegoat.

People are easily swayed by FUD, so each step may have to be carefully thought out before an otherwise good idea is misinterpreted by someone else who takes advantage of the situation.
1977  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: November 13, 2022, 08:01:21 PM
Inter made Atalanta suffer more and they are now stuck outside the top 4 and luckily for them that Roma didn't win or else they would be in 7th position
Of course it is suffering, especially these 4 defeats have been felt in Atalanta's last 5 matches. As a result, the team's confidence dropped and the worst thing was that they were out of the top 4 at this time. If Roma win, of course Atalanta should be in 7th place at the moment, but luckily Roma is almost as bad as Atalanta at the moment.

Juve - Lazio will start soon and both teams need these 3 points a lot. Juve to the third place and Lazio to stay at the same level as Milan.
Meanwhile, Napoli is flying alone, with comfortable 8 points difference, they can sleep well in this international break up to the next year.
The match has started, for me Juventus are the favorites because they are playing at home. But Lazio certainly doesn't want to lose this match, and today's 3 points are really up for grabs for both teams.
1978  Economy / Reputation / Re: [FUN][In Merit] Post Count Down To Your Next Rank Here. on: November 13, 2022, 07:53:59 PM
In addition, there is already a thread in the Meta where DdmrDdmr regularly reports on all participants who are close to increasing their rank. All participants publishing here their statements about insufficient merits really look like beggars because the forum has long known everyone who may really need a few merits to increase in rank as soon as possible.
Modesty in this thread is not the predominant quality of the nominees. Grin
In short this thread got out of hand after some users actually managed to get enough merit and rank up. The OP's idea may be good, but it's hard to prevent some things from being great once people's interest increases.

I think now the OP needs to add a bit of custom rules to the thread so that the actual countdown post that is far from being ranked isn't done by some users anymore. Less than 10% - 15% to the next rating I think is good and would probably be great to consider. But I'm sure, some user are starting to notice it and I think the interest is going to drop a bit now.
1979  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Earnings via crypto network, daily - 5$? on: November 13, 2022, 07:43:10 PM
Hello, is there a way for us who are immobile (disabled in legs) to earn 5-10$ a day, with some kind of bitcoin strategy without big investments.
Earning $5-$10 per day without sufficient funds is difficult if you want to earn from trading. You may be able to make a profit from your trading strategy every day, but of course no strategy can really make a profit consistently every day because of price volatility. If you have good skills then futures trading looks great to you, but it's not the best advice one can think of.

If anyone knows, write in the inbox. Thank you for your cooperation, and I wish everyone a lot of success!
No, that's not a good idea. Now you have to be careful with incoming PMs who offer you any kind of investment. There are a lot of people who want your money, so if you want to get a good idea then discuss it openly.
1980  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: November 13, 2022, 07:33:06 PM
As far as I am concerned, Onana, the goalkeeper of Inter, was the real MVP of this match for Inter. He was able to stop some of the opponents' most dangerous shots. Otherwise, Inter could have conceded a lot of goals in this match if he hadn't been playing well. In spite of this, one thing that I have observed is that both teams have some big problems in terms of their defenses. Both teams were unable to effectively defend from set pieces from the start of the game. Eventually, it was a win for Inter. I must say that the victory for the team was well fought and it was a victory that they deserved. As a result, Inter is currently ranked fourth in the table.
It was a very difficult victory for Inter because Atalanta also didn't look like they would just give up without fighting to the end. However, Inter's victory was a pain for Atalanta, who are actually in their worst phase this season. They have lost a lot of points in their last 5 matches in which Atalanta suffered 4 defeats and managed only one win.

Even Inter also don't need to be too satisfied with their success in winning and being in the top 4 because in fact Juventus still has the possibility to overtake them if they win against Lazio. It is clear that this will be a very tough match because Lazio does not want to let its chances of staying in the top 4 get any worse. Lazio is a good team, so Juventus seems to have to be extra careful and fight to win this match.
