I have seen a lot of stranges things on the ole Internet, but I've never seen anyone post a picture of margarine before.

Don't see the relevancy...

...I guess that post represents some sort of margarine of error .

I can't believe it's not butter.

Why do you guys both discredit what I publish,  then at the same time start commenting and discussing it?

Are you seeing words in my post that I'm not seeing?

It would explain so much.

I'm discussing hawks now. Remember the old Anime show something like "Sky Hawks" where they wore what seemed like shitty halloween costumes and jumped around like speed racer, talking too fast? That's what I think of everytime I see your name greyhawk. Someone jumping around like speed racer and talking too fast. Next thing we know we'll find a dead child and chimp in your trunk. Interesting note, "hawk" is an expression in Korea that means basically "holy shit".

헉.

Why would you tell me that. I know that. You're my alt after all.  Huh

I was talking about your other username, Matt Wright.

Oh, that one. Yeah, I'm inconsistent with that one. Gotta hand it to you.

Guess who looks like an idiot? Here's a clue, take a look in a mirror.

How's your ASIC doing?

Correct me if I'm wrong, but I'm fairly sure manufacturers design our computers to run 100% non stop.

No, they don't. They design for "typical use".

For those who don't like link bait from authors to their own "articles". (It always bothered me a bit that Roger Wehb aka "The Founder" would always link to his own blog posts, announcing them in the second person as if they were news items he just discovered. Really Roger, it's creepy. Cut it out.)

No, no, let him do it. It's useful to remind me to never trust him or anything he writes.

Please avoid the proxy word in the domain or url (it gets blocked by many firewalls).

How to spot new members without looking at their post count or signup date, number 718:
Refers to bitcoin address in signature with a "witty" remark that loose change should be sent there.

Nah, I still do that. Worked out pretty well so far too.

I select the real reality.

Well, philosophically people have been search for this "real" reality for thousands of years. Haven't found it yet.  Wink
1973  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You're all terrorists.... on: June 07, 2013, 03:04:54 PM

Bitcoin will not be stopped now, the idea is out and governments who don't like it know it won't be stopped.

Let's assume for a second here a government let's say the US would want to stop bitcoin.

What makes you think Bitcoin doesn't die a horrible death as soon as the heads and mouths of bitcoin get invited to a free vacation in Guantanamo for supporting terrorists? Think Ver, Versennes, Andresen, Karpeles, etc. etc. You think Bitcoin keeps going on when the movers and shakers are removed? "But but others will take their place!" Yes, they will. On the waterboard.

How much will 5GH/s get me? I was expecting around $700 per month.

By the time you receive it? Maybe 30 bucks a month.

1980  Other / Off-topic / Re: will this be a form of piramid scheme? on: June 07, 2013, 01:24:53 PM
It's pretty much a pyramid scheme: http://manurevah.com/blah/en/blog/Zurker---Making-Pyramids-Appear-Flat

Cue a thousand *coiners going: "A pyramid scheme? Where can I sign up for that?"
Guess some people quickly fall for various schemes.

Not so much "fall for", but *coiners have a history of overestimating their own abilities expecting to ride the pyramid on top, then invariably drowning when the whole thing inevitably sinks. See pirate, miningunited, etc. etc. etc.
