1961  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][ICO]HoweyCoins: the only BitcoinTalk-endorsed ICO - GUARANTEED PROFIT on: May 10, 2019, 02:33:06 AM
LOL. It's funny how people are responding to it without making any research.
It's actually a real project that starts providing an instant 1% daily profit from the day you purchase it.
I being an early investor has already got back my ROI in just 100 days.
1962  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Dont be dumb gamblers on: May 10, 2019, 02:21:29 AM
My friend recently get scammed by a gambling site which he found by continuously browsing. On internet. Sorry but even he cant remember the name so i cant tell you but here's what you wouldnt do. He said he was searching about how cryptocurrency gambling work. He is much aware about bitcoin but not about using it for gambling. He find some "yellow botton" he said which offers gambling for newbies and the rest is history. Goodbye $200 . yes thats kinda bit small but should you wait that it happened to you with a bigger amount? Here's what you would do.
1. Dont click and browse non recognized site to avoid phishing.
2.. Always ask first the people on this forum whether the site is legit or not.
3. Dont put too much money on that site so if ever its really a scam, the amount it can get is minimal.
4. If it looks really legit, try some few games with few bets at first.

Being cautious costs less than not being aware at all. Dont let our greediness and dumbness takes over our financial life. Be safe people.

Search for xxx.xxx reviews.
I came to a nice looking dice site called megadice through some blogs and deposited there without a second thought. After It didn't showed up my balance, I realized it already has many red flags all around the forum and the internet. If only I had cared to google once, I would have been saved.
1963  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: CASINOS AND SPORTSBOOKS CLAIMING TO BE THE BEST on: May 09, 2019, 07:01:58 PM
Why do most crypto casinos and sports books claim to be the best ?? I know we have many user generated threads of which casinos and sportsbooks make the list but without reference to these threads who makes them the best Huh

Everyone want's more users to their site so they do advertise.
Being best is a matter of perspective. Every one of them are better in some context while fails in others.
There are some dedicated threads that compares them and tries to find what is best for whom.
This is a good reference to start with

1964  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Now FREE to JOIN] IPL 2019 Prediction Pool and discussion on: May 09, 2019, 06:55:01 PM
~snip~
Awesome. Am expecting a lot more contestants this time around since this is the World Cup that we are talking about. Just a couple of weeks to go.

This is going to be one heck of a tournament!
I do hope the same.

It's more fun when there are enough players. However, as a start this IPL 2019 Prediction Pool was not that bad at all in my opinion. I hope now cricket lovers know how to join superbru and pick their team. :-)

I see people are less interest to watch the women's T20 matches. I have watched the match today velocity was not performed well but they need to cross the 117 to get eligible for finals match.
One more thing we need to know why only 3 teams playing for this complete reason. Really awful about BCCI's caring on Women's cricket.

Not enough players and sponsors that is the reason only three teams and most of the players in it are from overseas which clearly shows women got less interest on playing cricket match.Anyway it will take time for the women to get into it who knkws there maybe a tournament for women t20 in the future.

There's no market for cricket like in India and women's cricket franchise league should be taken as an important contribution towards equality of women and private companies, BCCI as well as the government of India should be concerned about making it a success as well the whole of cricketing world should support this initiation.
1965  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Ethereum Classic or Ethereum? on: May 08, 2019, 04:04:22 PM
Am curious, and will need several opinions here, in most news out there I hear echos "Ethereum classic is a real Ethereum", how do you guys think?

As of me, I believe in strong tech, working products and services.

See here for reference ->https://twitter.com/eth_classic/status/1122533934536036353

Let's see how helpful are your opinions.

True Ethereum classic is the true chain of initial Ethereum but Ethereum has forked (several times) for good.
It's not just perceptions, simple data would prove that Ethereum is the Ethereum chain people love.
Be it in the price, usages or utilities, be it the number of tokens issued in the platform, dapps or smart contracts.
1966  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2018-2019 on: May 08, 2019, 04:01:13 PM
Surprisingly, Ajax have actually been pretty poor at home in the KO stage (1-2 vs Real, 1-1 vs Juventus). It's like they feel extra motivated playing away and also being behind in the aggregate score...Maybe things will change today, who knows.

I'm gonna back Spurs tonight. It's been over 10 years since we had an all-english CL final, I think it's time for another one  Cheesy I'm taking Spurs win @3.10. #COYS.

This are exactly my thoughts for this match and my bet for the evening. i even went with high stakes for this one. I would just add that Spurs will have Son and Sisoko today from minute 1 and in the first match they shoved they can limit Ajax play especially in the second half. English teams are usually very strong energetically at the end of the match so they have great chance if they get to 60th minute with positive result.

Ajax is a 4 times champions league champions. Where is Tottenham? English team scores only in their own home ground.
People may argue, it's not the same team but neither are any.
It's a rare event for ajax to play with tottenham but the energetic youth team of ajax would have a clear advantage over the English team playing away from home.
1967  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Using Bitcoins Formula And Blockchain, What Currency Do You Create? on: May 08, 2019, 01:42:24 AM
If you could make any economy/token/currency token what would you make? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o63R3-cpraw

1. One with decentralized voting built into it, so we can vote on issues rather voting people to vote for us. (unlimited jobs created for when robots take over, universal basic income)
2. One where the tx fees go to support global projects (garbage, hospitals, self sustaining farms, back up housing for the people in natural disasters, food for the working class, gas for the working class and the decentralized voting allows us the people to say where our taxes go)
3. One with a fairly distributed supply though file sharing verification (weather it be equal hashing power to all users on the network or duration dispensed into unique address verified by picture and fingerprint or we could even do blood, via file sharing / and populations if don`t unite)
4. One with a built in exchange p2p trading(these banks getting "hacked" then getting bailed out by other banks or governments need to stop)
5. One that people would not trade for the current fiat because it is the new fiat
6. One that does leave our future generations enslaved because we mined it all before them (we all should start the race equally no matter if we are born later in life, bitcoin is a 100% premine (I know it is not premined to us) to anyone being born after 2025 pretty much and watch the ending of huntercoin on youtube the simulation of what happens) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7TLFyK_3Pk
7. One that is not another mans money supply, but everyone creates the supply so it is everyone's (I mean we all back the current system with our work and time)
8. One that is not so harsh on the environment and power usage but instead uses the power to good use and does not create waste  https://youtu.be/K8kua5B5K3I?t=285(literal a non shit coin)
9. One that the united nations united to become the "united nation" to create because they are the people to do this and make it work slowly I mean they got unlimited funds already. (and no one needs to give up anything they already own)
10. One that can also share a wifi network (like the red pill thing from defcon) with its own satellites/wifi running it on each device running the wallet.
11. One that is not prone to 51% attacks (china should not have 81% of the hashing power) but the rule of 50.00000000000000000000000000000000000000001% rules in the public polls for voting.
12. One this is not prone to duplicate addresses in the future
13. One that is much faster
14. One I would look forward to earning when I woke up
15. I would not need another One

It should be mined by everyone at a fair rate I don`t care if it is pow or pos or through duration/time. equal hashing power, equal timed(duration gained), equal starting supply, Whatever works.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y7TLFyK_3Pk (how voting, distribution and p2p exchanges can be done)
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bowyBKPt15U (how everyone could make their own coin) in 3 clicks

Joe makes a supply of 1000 of Joecoin
Mike (I) makes a supply of 1000 Mikecoin

When Mike obtains Joe coin it turns into Mikecoin
When Joe obtains Mike coin its turns into Joecoin

Both verify using file sharing

Let`s us trade.

also worthy to note:
I have two workers for me, 1 duration token = 1 hour (collected via universal basic income) 1 hour = 10$ (if you feel the need to convert into fiat or the country's base wage) One worker I pay 10$ because they are new or 1 token an hour One worker I pay 20$ because they are experienced or 2 tokens an hour in one hour the first worker earns 1 token in one hour the second worked earns 2 tokens.

I could sell a good chair for 1 hour, I could sell a average chair for 30 minutes, I could sell a used chair missing a leg for 10 seconds or .01 of a token

https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=5135915.0 refer to this post for more information.

We could have base income (welfare) you get this because we fucked up the system so bad if everyone were to go to nature and live peaceful we would run out of food supply real quick, basic needs water, food and shelter is what this would cover.

We could have active voter income (instead of paying people to make up our mind, we get to vote on issues presented by anyone in the colony)
100 people in the gym Joe wants to play Basketball, Sally wants to play Soccer, we elected them in as representatives for us. 98 of us want to play dodgeball, now we are stuck with one of the first two options.

We could have worker income (and different rates for what the people want to pay out of taxes for people to do things) and those people vote on who does them via trust and good reviews on the people executing them.

Anyone could still enterprise, no one needs to give up what they already have or what they will have in the future, a soft reset to the system instead of a total shutdown. No one needs to die, no one needs to give up what they earned.

The problem is inflation. The value of the token may remain same but it's value against another currency would decrease if everyone has the token and they get it for free. You may get a chair for 1 hour initially, after all people doing the same and no one making the chair, the price of chair would increase.
It might not make people richer than other but it would certainly make some people poorer than they used to be.
1968  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2018-2019 on: May 08, 2019, 01:09:53 AM

The shirt says it all!

Who thought Barca would be packing after that comfortable 3 goal cushion they got in the first leg....and with a rested barca team , this is unbelievable! These guys had a rested team, they should have delivered but unfortunately they didn't... they have themselves to blame.

Liverpool are likely to do a double this time around....only AJAX and MAN CITY stand in their way.

Who would have thought they'd return 4-0 to make it to the finals.
But I'm happy for them. Liverpool played great. They are having a good season after a long time and they are certainly the favorite for championship trophy.

This is why English football is always the center of attention. Liverpool has competed with a plethora of teams and are good at playing home. Camp nau was certainly a surprise, liverpool isn't used to. Barcelona on the other hands has no real competitors in it's league.

DC have less chance. CSK is always weak against MI. For your info, CSK probably last won against MI in 2010, if I am correct.
I can bet they will play better on next match against DC/SRH and win.
It was the betting that was worse for CSK today. There batsmen were not playing up to theh mark.

Okay so, if CSK manage the final then according to you MI will be the champion? Please don't coz I had a outright bet for CSK to win LOL
Withdraw your bet if possible with a little incentives. At least history says MI will win against CSK and I have seen this for a lot of times. And you can't deny too that MI still far better team than CSK only without the captaincy.

As said it happened that MI has beaten CSK easily and are in the finals . But do expect CSK to bounce back and be in finals . Somehow both this team only are lifting the trophy . It would be better if some other team win this time the IPL.

MI is certainly the best performing team this year. CSK had had it's days. I do believe DC or if they won, SRH could defeat CSK to reach the finals. I believe the finals would be a new and interesting combination of Mumbai vs Delhi.

Delhi and Chennai would be a good match to watch. In their last game, CSK had a large victory with the batting lineup of Delhi collapsing against the CSK bowling attack. Delhi's team might be good it's not dependable and as balanced as of CSK.
1970  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: XVG is a scam ? on: May 07, 2019, 02:12:07 AM
hi guys do u think XVG is scam ?
a few months ago XVG price was 220 sat
and now 120 sat and i guess it can fall more
a lot of investors bought at +200 sat and they
are in big lost now u think devs are selling
their coins ?

Fall in price doesn't make a coin scam. There might be several reasons for a coin to fail to gain a price.
You just needs to keep patience and diverse your funds in a number of legit coin.
XVG is a popular privacy focused coin. They might gain again someday in future.
1971  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Reasons Crypto Players Skip Casinos with KYC on: May 07, 2019, 01:31:38 AM
“Know your customer,” “know your client,” or simply KYC is a procedure carried out by a business to verify the identity of its potential and existing customers. This is done to avoid putting the business at risk of being used by fraudulent individuals for illegal activities like money-laundering.

Additionally, the procedure is one way of protecting the interest of the customers, usually in case of loss of account or fund forfeiture.
In the online betting industry, all the reputable casinos you know do the KYC in compliance with the gaming-related laws within the jurisdictions they target. They are required to get their players’ personal information like name, age, address, and sometimes banking details. They even ask the players to present copies of their valid IDs just to ensure there will be no fraud.

While some cryptocurrency players find KYC beneficial and well-intentioned, others see it as a menace to online betting. Here's why: 4 Reasons Crypto Players Skip Casinos with KYC

One of the reasons why people choose crypto casinos inspite of traditional online ones is the anonymity. If a crypto casino asks for your KYC, why not just give it to the traditional one as they provide much more options.
1972  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Now FREE to JOIN] IPL 2019 Prediction Pool and discussion on: May 06, 2019, 05:12:00 PM
Here is my prediction for the playoffs and finals:

Qualifier 1: MI vs CSK: MI win, since CSK is not in great form
Eliminator: DC vs SRH: Win for DC
Qualifier 2: DC vs CSK: Win for DC

Finals: DC vs MI: MI wins the tournament.

I too have a similar prediction. I want MI to play with DC in the finals but wants DC to win the trophy.
MI has already won it and DC would be a new entry among the champions. DC this year has a good team and luck has favored them as well.
1973  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Never regret anything on: May 06, 2019, 04:38:26 PM
In crypto currency, Never regret anything.
No point in looking back and saying “only if I had done that.”  Or if only I had sold earlier, instead
Realize you made the best decision in good faith, for every reason that made sense or did not make sense  at that time.
Now it is time to let it go.
Focus on here and now.
That’s where success lives in crypto currency

Yes, but the thing you should never miss is to learn from your mistakes.  If you can't learn from your own mistakes and repeat the mistakes again and again, then you should realize trading is not your thing. Either just stick with holding or stay away from crypto.
1974  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: [ANN] Earncryptointerest.com - Earn the most interest for your crypto on: May 04, 2019, 09:36:26 AM
Hi there,

we just started earncryptointerest.com. The site helps finding the best crypto interest offer.

You select your country and the crypto you want to deposit and get a list of offers which shows the APR you can get.

Feedback is of course welcome!

Thanks for the info. I was looking for such information for quite a long. Didn't knew about the coinlend service.
Automating the margin lending sure would be a great way to achieve more.
The site is simple and cool. Still you could add some graphics and text to it.
1975  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: HOW TO KNOW THE IDENTITY OF ALL ICO SCAMMERS on: May 04, 2019, 09:20:19 AM
I woke up this morning and just wondering how i can be of assistance in this race of making the ICO clean, because ICO is not what is bad, the scam being done is what is making ICO bad.

So let us pick it from this point, a scammer draft a whitepaper to get people's attention, innocent investors pays money to the scammers through Ethereum address, the scammer gets the transfer into his own wallet, he then transfers it to another wallet on a local exchange that will convert it to FIAT and transfer it to the scammer's traditional account.

What if we trace it from here, at least the account was transferred to a wallet, Local exchanges should be able to scan through their database to see the bank the scammer transferred the money to when he requested for withdrawal, at least investors knows the address they transferred the money to, which can be disclosed to exchanges to use for further research.

To make my point clearer, let me use an example, MR JOHH has ETH in is abc123 wallet, i asked MR JOHN to transfer money to my account from his address, the token from MR JOHN abc123 wallet landed in my wallet address abc700, and then i transferred it to the wallet address of my local exchange abc800 which is LUNO to chnage to FIAT and transfer to my account, LUNO should be able to trace my details to my bank since they have my KYC done already and since the receiving bank too has the details. i.e abc123 to abc700 to abc800 to scammer bank, bank to be contacted throug legal means to disclose the scammer information for authority to use.

And there's not just single currency involved. They do convert it into different currencies specially through instant exchanges that doesn't require an account like shapeshift and convert them online into other form of digital fiat currencies. They would avoid bank as much as possible and for larger sums would use offshore tax heavens to whiten the money.
1976  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Building an P2P gambling thread on bitcointalk on: May 04, 2019, 09:17:18 AM
Hey I am interested in building a P2P gambling thread on bitcointalk but as my merit is not good I need a sr member help.If you can help we can share the revenue what we will get from the thread

P2P gambling would be a fun. And as you said, it would get much attraction if an experienced and trusted member started it and act as an escrow.
There should be a provably fair method to reveal the outcome. Though it would be a slow process, there much fun in dealing with real person.
1977  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Which one is favourite bounty in 2019?? on: May 04, 2019, 07:58:56 AM
I'm now with Bitvest bounty and I'm happy with it.
I don't have to wait till the ICO ends, I can withdraw from it whenever I want.
I get paid every week in my bitcoin wallet and spend it instantly anywhere.
Thought the initial payment are low, regular users get increased payments.
The campaign still have some slots left for users in it's Tier E.
1978  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Are there any casinos that have a 0% house edge? on: May 04, 2019, 07:39:06 AM
No casino can provide a 0% house edge forever. The house edge is the profit tool for casinos.
Most of the casino provides around 1% of house edge in most games. There are some casinos providing lower.
999dice is a popular dice site that operates in just 0.1% house edge.
1979  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Best decentralized social network based on Blockchain tech? on: May 04, 2019, 01:58:16 AM
Steemit claims to be a dapp on steem blockchain. But the company has a wide control over the contents and accounts and at some point multiple users were hacked and steem tokens stolen. Whatever way they may be on blockchain, they are not satisfying anything people could aspect from a blockchain based social network.
1980  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [Now FREE to JOIN] IPL 2019 Prediction Pool and discussion on: May 03, 2019, 05:57:51 PM
Finally good job by Sam Curran for Punjab. Mainly last over was fantastic. At last Punjab able to achieve 183 runs. And now I think winning chance is fifty fifty. If KKR will loss wicket early then can lost the match.

As predicted, it's an easy win for Kolkata Knight Riders. Punjab never were in a competition.
With the win of Knight Riders, the formation of top 4 is going to be even more difficult to predict specially for the fourth place.
