1961  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2020 NBA Season on: December 18, 2019, 02:35:25 AM
We have another game that looks the same as last night and tonight its with the Lakers as AD is out. All the money has come for the Pacers which could once again be a trap so I'm still taking the Lakers as I have been rolling with them all year and as last night proved even with a star player out it doesn't mean that the team will lose.

We don't know what will happen but I don't think Lakers will just let their streak roll like that out of them.

In terms of breaking the record of a winning streak, Milwaukee Bucks is out but I am still a fan of the Greek Freak, doesn't mean I dislike other players I am just a fan of the guy since he seems to be really taking the word of Kobe Bryant last year. Back to Lakers, I will not be betting anyone there but if I will be, obviously it will be Lakers.
1962  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Decisions for a better life on: December 15, 2019, 06:46:42 AM
Obviously it is my family.

My family raised me to take care of my money and always warned me about gambling. I am not addicted to it but I do gamble now but how I gamble is not as exciting as you may imagine. I just gamble for fun, some might say I am lying but I am. I use free satoshis I can get on gambling sites, specifically in their faucets. The only thing I am wasting is time and not money but as other people say, I also hope I could win money through it.
1963  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Real reasons to Why do you gamble? on: December 15, 2019, 02:02:24 AM
The donation part, everyone is free to do charity and we don't have to tell it to others that we're helping people with our own pockets. I don't have to tell it to everybody that I've been ever involved with charities and donations.
that is very kind of you mate, you are donating to charity?the winnings you have from gambling?yeah i have tried this once because i am a limited gambler but donating from my pocket most of the day to those homeless is a normal for me.
So with gambling, I don't have to tell it to other people that I'm into gambling. We have our differences and own reasons why we gamble. We're looking for entertainment, to have fun or earn a little for sometime.
ohh and with that we are different because i dont hide secrets from my family and friends ,they all knew knew that i gamble sometimes because i have nothing to afraid since they already know my character and have trust in me.
I don’t think that gambling makes our character bad as we are gambling to earn money and there is nothing bad in it. In my family some people don’t like gambling but they should not hate a gambler. I gamble and it makes me happy so it will be my choice either I gamble or not. Gambling gives me earning and also helps me to live happy enjoyable time.

But the greediness we had makes it bad.

Humans are so damn greedy and that is the more reason why a lot of people are getting addicted to gambling. They are saying they are having fun, it is true but they are having fun and at the same time, hoping that they could earn soms good money out of their bets. It is impossible for someone to hope they can't win and just have fun because deep inside you, you are hoping you can win.
1964  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Social experiments in the world of gambling on: December 14, 2019, 10:57:38 AM
I always say that it should set as a lesson to him.

I don't encourage people to gamble since my parents raised me to be that kind of person. If someone asks for a suggestion about what should they do after suffering from a big loss I would just tell them that don't ever gamble again. They can't accept their loss despite knowing that they have a higher probability of not winning and they can't afford to lose in it so better keep their distance on gambling. They should take responsibility for it since it is their decision.
1965  Other / Archival / Re: Is KYC benefit to crypto people or not on: December 14, 2019, 09:22:35 AM
Kyc does not benefit crypto users because they only just submitting their personal information or data to people that they didn't know in exchange of receiving their rewards, that is why a lot of people hates KYC because it is a waste of time and they could really steal your informations and used it in illegal activities. The only advantage of KYC is to avoid multiple and fraudulent accounts, so it really does not benefit us.

It is true that if you would be thinking like that, it does not benefit users.

For me, I think there is a benefit to it like for example, in this community, there are a lot of people that are using the identity of others. With many accounts in their hands, they can take part in any campaigns not knowing that those accounts are being used by one person. With KYC, they can identify those users. I think that also points out that it needs to be unfair since there are a lot of members here that only use one account.
1966  Economy / Economics / Re: Don't spend bitcoin. Not now. on: December 14, 2019, 07:34:39 AM
Right! Don't spend Bitcoin not now. Because the current price of Bitcoin is too low if you previously bought at a high price, you will now lose. If it were me, I would continue to wait until Bitcoin really recovered.

I think people already know this.

But to be honest, this is easier to say than being done. Yoy see there are a lot of investors out there that panics when these kind of dump happen and they would rather sell their BTCs than wait for the reversal. That is the reason a lot of people lost their money on Bitcoin. If you want to earn a profit, now is not the best time to spend it or sell it.
1967  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why hasn't any altcoin replaced bitcoin? on: December 14, 2019, 04:58:54 AM
To be honest, there are a lot of better altcoin than bitcoin right now.

I think the first reason is that Bitcoin is the first so it really had a headstart. Another thing is that there are a lot of supporters of it. When you say cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin will be the first one that will pop to people's mind, altcoin can't compete with that. We're not even talking about its value.
1968  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How did you start trading? on: December 14, 2019, 02:20:08 AM
I wanted to earn extra income money other from my job and wanted to earn more on my own , i search some ways to do it and got into trading from then to today i constantly learning and making little little money , and now my goal is to become full time trader

Unlike you, I knew trading for a long time now.

Though I knew them, I don't actually do it since I don't have that much money to start it. I also don't know that in that time, cryptocurrencies are already a thing and if I did knew earlier, I would be able to start and know more about it. I started trading something that I am not proud of but it is fun since I talk to people that I want to be.
1969  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Long Term VS Daily Trading on: December 12, 2019, 11:29:34 AM
I think Daily Trading is good because you can make some profit every day by trading Daily. You will benefit a lot. If you are trading long term it should be kept on hold. And if you trade daily, you will get some profit every day. You can make small trades to do daily wiring.

How is daily trading a good thing?

I mean it is great for some but I don't think it is a great thing all in all. Just imagine making a trade every day following the most volatile price in the industry. I don't recommend daily trading or day to day trading, I am not siding with the long term since you don't know what will happen so it is better to be alert and be vigilant, just keep on looking for the movements on the price chart.
1970  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Dump - The Worst Thing on: December 12, 2019, 10:56:17 AM
Well based on top traders always invest in bitcoin and it is the most good coins of all so its a big problem for them if bitcoin dumps it will be a huge loss for those holders.

Big Problem? How is that a problem?

I mean it is worrying when it dumps but it is not a problem since it is volatile, it is natural for it to dump. No one can predict what will happen, all we can do now is just to analyze the price chart and based on that, we make our investment. If it dumps, then let's not be salty about it, let's make it another way to earn by investing again if we can.
1971  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Much Money You Need To Win To Stop gambling, Is This Possible. on: December 12, 2019, 07:23:24 AM
I think there isn't a word that will say enough for humans because once we can get as much money as we can, we still trying to search for more money. We will never be satisfied even if we already become a millionaire. There will always a hunger inside us and make us get more and more. We will stop to search the money if we died and that will make us satisfied. We are such greed, and if we say that 10 billion are enough for us to stop gamble, that will not stop us from making more money.
Indeed. There is no such word that will say enough for everybody because they will still look for other things to cure their satisfaction, that is why it concludes that even a huge amount of money will not stop a person to gamble, as long he/she is still having fun making a huge amount of profit in gambling.

We are human and it is natural for us to be so greedy.

There are a lot of rich people in our world and I don't think people are satisfied that they are already rich, they are still wanting more, that is the same with gamblers. As long as there are gamblers out there, gambling will continue to flourish and there will always be risks and losers. Winners are not that easy to come by since even they've won at that time, they can still be lost in the near future. For me, there is not enough money for us greedy people to stop gambling.
1972  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Gambling with Fiat or Crypto? on: December 12, 2019, 06:17:45 AM
i would like to gambling with crypto, because your earning can change anytime if the crypto going up,
so my favourite betting is bitcoin ofcourse Cheesy

That is not always the case.

You know how volatile Bitcoin and cryptocurrencies right? And you are gambling too so you are not just risking your cryptos in gambling but also you are dealing with its volatility. I am not saying that cryptocurrencies are the worst to use in online casinos but it is that you should know that you are risking your cryptocurrencies in gambling, and always remember that you are gambling so losing them is not that far.
1973  Economy / Economics / Re: How many bitcoin is enough? on: December 11, 2019, 10:25:41 AM
why only 0.5? I think we should aim to collect bitcoin as much as possible before the price of bitcoin will be very expensive. if you can't get it for free, maybe if you have money or savings it's better to buy it when the price is low. I also do that if it's true that the price of bitcoin drops lower.

Yeah, I agree.

Bitcoin's been giving us a good profit for a long time now and I don't think 0.5 will be enough. As they say, no riches will ever satisfy a greedy person. I am not saying that we are all greedy here, I am saying that as an investor, our instinct doesn't stick with a lower profit, we aim or goal for a bigger or larger profit, maybe 6-7 Bitcoins, maybe 100 if I am good enough.
1974  Economy / Economics / Re: Crypto Taxation on: December 11, 2019, 07:18:43 AM
Currently, governments can only tax cryptocurrency exchanges and users in those trading networks. Apart from the exchanges they manage, there's no other way to collect taxes. If they want to collect taxes on Crypto users, they need more specific and complete rules

And I don't want that.

It is not that I don't want to help my country but sometimes, there are those times that you think that they are getting too much.

Cryptocurrencies are great since they are decentralized. That is the reason why a lot of people want to use it since it is anonymous, the government will never track our records or transactions. It is also a way for some people to avoid taxes. I think it is also efficient for us to earn money without any government or other people knowing that we are earning money. I don't want people to know something like that.
1975  Economy / Economics / Re: Countries testing digital assets in 2020 on: December 08, 2019, 08:44:45 AM
I was also very surprised that China is not in list but after reading too many posts about this now feeling they are already too much ahead so they not need to be in this list but still op missing few countries those now understanding this technology and its effects which are helping to create too many good ways for humanity as Germany, New Zealand already giving too many soft policies for this crypto world hopefully we will have some more in near future.
China, Russia, and Japan will be the countries that have the best blockchain technology,
I don't know about the United States, it seems like they have no interest here

Don't say that as they made it.

These countries are developing the said technology. China as the leading country on these developments are making a noise on the internet and I hope other countries will join in on this as well. Blockchain technology doesn't always sit on cryptocurrencies, it can be used to other things as well.
1976  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best Bitcoin gifts for Christmas? on: December 08, 2019, 04:33:30 AM
I will go with cryptocurrencies and tees.

I think a mining rig, graphic cards and a book about Bitcoin is a bit of a stretch since I know most of the people I will be giving a gift that relates to cryptocurrency knows it all and even though I know they like to mine but I don't have that money to buy them one. I guess tees or some cryptocurrencies will be enough.
1977  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: In the next decade, BTC and digital currencies will “fully” replace fiat? on: December 07, 2019, 10:25:36 AM
I always will not, and I will stick to that.

We all know that these cryptocurrencies are a great thing in the future since we would be able to transact money anonymously and the government will not be able to track us but the thing here is that they are also the ones that will make the decision hence ending up in my opinion that it will not happen since they will not allow it. They may be able to create their own cryptocurrencies since we are going to that but I don't think it will fully replace fiat and I don't think that banks will be useless in that time too.
1978  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Excessive confidence in cryptocurrency trading. on: December 07, 2019, 09:34:39 AM
Some traders and investors think that when trading with crypto currency, one must be bold and confident and make quick decisions. Is excessive confidence in cryptocurrency trading better than doubt and fear, or is it a big drawback?
To be honest, I don't understand what kind of confidence we're talking about. If these traders mean to buy cryptocurrency confidently, without analyzing the market at all, then I do not agree with their point of view. I believe that cryptocurrency trading should be conducted as carefully as mine clearance in a minefield.

What confidence are you thinking?

I am taught that all of the things that are too much is bad.

Confidence is a good thing but being over-confident is not. There are a lot of people that are so over-confident and almost all of them fell from those great heights. I just hope they learned their lesson from that. The market we are dealing with is unpredictable, that is why we should not be over-confident since that will be our downfall.
1979  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading on: December 07, 2019, 08:06:44 AM
Before you enter the world of crypto trading, you must first learn how to trade. Choose the good exchange and nominal capital to be used. I think that if you are new to the world of crypto trading, you should use a small capital, do not use a large capital, because the risk of loss will be big anyway. So you really learn directly on the exchange with a minimum of capital and you can learn how to trade on YouTube, that's a lot of it.

I think trading is not the first step.

The one you are trading, it is not that easy to learn

There are a lot of cryptocurrencies out there and if you focused on your trading rather than on the cryptocurrencies you are trading, you will obviously lose a lot of money. Better study first what you are dealing with, since you will be entering crypto trading, obviously you are familiar with trading so I don't think that is a problem, not the first thing you should deal with.
1980  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Altcoins or Bitcoin? on: December 07, 2019, 07:35:49 AM
I should have kept everything in Bitcoin but some projects made me fascinated about them and put part of my BTC into them and hodling them all now. Hopefully, they will grow with time and my investments will yield. If there was an option to go back then I would never give away my bitcoin for alts.

Don't be disappointed.

This market is unpredictable, and that is also the reason why a lot of people want to gamble with it.

Without the decenralization, without the volatility, I don't think these cryptocurrencies will be popular. With the sudden pumps, sudden dumps that most of the people wait so they can reinvest. For me, it is better to have options so I don't need to pick one, I just need to manage correctly my altcoins and my bitcoin. I'll choose both.
