19621  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why are rich countries rich and poor countries poor? on: July 29, 2017, 06:15:23 AM
Lots of factors, like bad resources management, corruption, old ideas and more...

Corruption is one of the reason why poor countries are poor, Those who have the power are not doing their job properly, instead of helping others, these are the reasons why others are poor. Its sad for those people who have that kind of politics.

But if the corrupt politicians are being tolerated by the people, and if the voters continue to support them in the elections, then whose fault is it? Normally the people get the sort of politicians they deserve.
19622  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Save the planet or not on: July 29, 2017, 06:12:41 AM
I think we have to save the planet by making greening to avoid its global warming, global warming is happening because of the increasing number of vehicles and factories in the world, therefore all governments in this world must be firmly to do reforestation so that global warming does not happen And also not until the ice at the north pole melts.

The biggest culprit for global warming is the thermal power stations. But no one is interested in replacing them with the nuclear power plants. Also a lot of pollution can be stopped if the gasoline and diesel run vehicles use natural gas instead. But once again, no one is interested in this.
19623  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ISIS is nothing compared to U.S. cops. on: July 29, 2017, 06:10:01 AM
Cops are way worse than ISIS.

Your 5 minutes of effort got wasted by these few words. I would have believed you (at least the initial part of your argument). But once you began arguing that the American cops are worse than the ISIS, you lost the debate.
19624  Other / Politics & Society / Re: North Korea missile test shows it could reach New York, say experts on: July 29, 2017, 06:07:33 AM
The Americans have also confirmed that if the missile is launched from the eastern-most city of the DPRK (Rason, on the Russian-DPRK border), then it may be able to hit New York. So that means that all of US is under the range of the North Korean missiles now.
19625  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Village council ordered to rape 17-year-old before the 40 men and her parents. on: July 29, 2017, 06:06:06 AM
This is really pathetic. Once again proves that Pakistan and Islam are a curse to the world. Why should a girl be raped for the crimes of her brother? These people simply have no shame. She was a kid. Not even an adult.
19626  Other / Off-topic / Re: punishment for rapists on: July 28, 2017, 02:36:00 PM
Rapist should suffer more; they need to get in jail first before to their death.
I mean they need to suffer and make them a punishment inside the jail so that they experience a hell in there.

Yes I agree that they have to suffer first before killing them.  Because when they already dead then their sufferings will end.  For sure they regret that they did or committed that crime of rape.  And it is a torture for them to think what bad they become especially if the victim is of their own blood or it is an innocent one.  Then after all the sufferings, maybe they should be slowly killed.  I mean, little by little torture is enough until they die. Grin

That is why sending them to slave labor for the rest of their lives is the best solution. Once they become too weak to work, they can be shot dead. Any revenue from their labor can be used to rehabilitate the victim.
19627  Other / Politics & Society / Re: president duterde of philippines on: July 28, 2017, 02:32:52 PM
But it seems easy for the people of Mindanao when a picture on social media shows people on the park taking pictures with the soldiers and having selfie with the tanks and the police.  It is more of security feeling than the picture of Martial law before where torture and executions were made.  And yes, you are right, people there have to make a choice with living with the soldiers or living with the terrorist so basically it is better to be with soldiers.  They might not know that if they live with the terrorist they might as well become one in the future.

The soldiers can be very tough. Often, they treat the civilians with extreme suspicion. And many a times, ordinary civilians are picked up and tortured or even killed by the soldiers on the suspicion of having terrorist links. So it is not going to be easy. But as far as I am concerned, there is no other choice for president Duterte.
19628  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why do islam hates people? on: July 28, 2017, 02:30:51 PM
Theres nothing wrong with religions, evil does not exist only human beings create them in their hearts.

If there is something wrong with any particular religion, then you must be courageous to admit it. There are more than a hundred verses in the Quran, which urges the believers to wage Jihad. Either the Muslims must disown these verses, or they should admit that they are intolerant.
19629  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Drug free in the Philippines on: July 28, 2017, 02:24:54 PM
Shitty country with a shitty president and even shittier rules.

When the value of life goes so low, everyone suffers, and many families will be destroyed.

He is doing the right thing. Initially, even I was opposed to his measures. But after seeing the positive results, I am now convinced that he did the right thing. The crime rate is down there, and the people feel more safe.
19630  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Population on: July 28, 2017, 02:23:27 PM
I believe that there is no need to worry about this, because some people will soon start populating other planets and there will be no need to control the increase in the birth rate.

Ridiculous. None of the other planets are capable of sustaining human life. So the only solution is to limit the population on earth. Because, it is the only planet which can sustain any form of life in the universe.
Yeah. I believe there's no other planet that human can live other than earth.

There may be some planets, but they are thousands of light years away. It will take millions of years to travel to these planets and it is not viable to travel for such long distances. When we have such a beautiful planet in earth, why do we need to search for other planets?
19631  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Population on: July 28, 2017, 02:23:23 AM
Education would be the most effective and has no side effect of all, the community whom the cetizens are educated has less population rate.
It is most important for us to act on it for it is a crisis for now. And believe me it wont be good if it will not be stop.

I agree with you, Education must be one of the main priority resolve overpopulation. Government must act now and control overpopulated by educating the people what will happen if they can't control it but I must say overpopulation is hard to control because we are in differenct situation and aspect of life. Family planning is the one of the best plan to control birth rate but it still depend on the couple whether will follow it. We only have finite resources and we need to proper control of it.

Religion is the root cause for over-population, not the lack of education. I have seen ultra-conservative Muslims and Christians having a dozen children each, and most of them were having above average education levels.
19632  Other / Politics & Society / Re: ISIS is nothing compared to U.S. cops. on: July 28, 2017, 02:21:20 AM
Ive just remembered the quote "Only the Sith put everything in the absolute."
One or some cases - not a reason for panic and hatred of the police.

That's right. Even in the United States, there are around 800,000 cops on active duty. The actions of a few should not be used to discredit the entire police department. Without them, it will be impossible to maintain the law and order.
19633  Other / Politics & Society / Re: LGBT ARMADA IN RAQQA (SYRIA) EXIST OR NO? HOMOSEXUAL VS ISIS :O on: July 28, 2017, 02:11:46 AM
I don't think such a battalion can exist. Everything that I have ever read about Islam states that homosexuality is bad, illegal and punishable. So this is just fake news.

Islamic nations have the highest levels of homosexual sex in the world. Check "bacha bazi" system which is very common in Afghanistan and Pakistan. It is not considered unislamic for adult men (mostly middle aged and elderly) to have sex with boys of 10-12 years of age. Even in India, a lot of Muslims practice this type of sex (although here it is illegal).

19634  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Cryptocurrency to feed the poor? on: July 28, 2017, 02:07:52 AM
It was already done indirectly via bitcoin in a form of donations to create wells and food supply in Africa. I heard that from the Joe Rogan Experience podcast, Joe himself donated some bitcoin.
The point is finishing with poverty, which is impossible. They are just  giving them some food that will last a short time, then what happens? They are back to the same place.

The ideal solution is to provide everyone with jobs, so that they can earn money themselves. But the problem is that not all of them want to work. They want to survive on the handouts. So this problem will exist forever.
19635  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Venezuelan war against a dictator. on: July 28, 2017, 02:06:06 AM
Maduro was a huge disappointment. He has none of the capabilities that Hugo Chavez had. Hugo Chavez had rescued millions of Venezuelans from the poverty. But Maduro threw them back to that position once more.
19636  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Will President Trump build the wall? on: July 28, 2017, 01:48:44 AM
I do not think he will be building anything in the end and even if he does, he sure as hell won't be getting mexico to pay for it  Tongue

Trump is a very intelligent and shrewd businessman. He has put Mexico in a very tough spot. If he levies a duty on the Mexican products, then there is no other option for the Mexicans but to pay for it. Else, the products can't be imported in to the United States and the manufacturing units will close down. Millions of people will lose their jobs.
19637  Other / Politics & Society / Re: 54yo woman attacked by somali migrant for walking her dogs on: July 28, 2017, 01:46:16 AM
Seems those in East Germany have the same sentiments as those in Central and Eastern Europe. Well, regardless, it seems opposition is increasing in other places as well. Many in the local government units in Italy are already complaining. I also saw residents in one town in France build a wall around an old hotel that was planned to be turned to an immigrant center. Weird that I mostly see those stuff in RT. You'd never see this reported on CNN or BBC. Heck, even al-Jazeera is more likely to report about these.

France and Italy are having long established right-wing movements, and therefore it is not surprising. But the case with nations such as Germany and Sweden are different. Even center-right parties such as the AfD and Sweden Democrats are being accused as "Neo-Nazis" by the mainstream media, and people are very reluctant to openly support them.
19638  Other / Off-topic / Re: Is science a religion? on: July 28, 2017, 01:42:17 AM
I would say that science is anti-religion. Whenever and wherever the knowledge of science spreads, the hold of the religion becomes weak. That is why the religious leaders are so much against science.
19639  Other / Off-topic / Re: Should I Go To College ??? on: July 28, 2017, 01:39:24 AM
Of course, degree is very important on landing a good job.
But you must be comfortable in choosing your degree.
Education is important - nobody can take that away from you.

Going to a college is not just beneficial for getting a future job. It has many other advantages as well. You will get the opportunity to interact with students and teachers from a wide variety of backgrounds, and you will get more opportunity to try your luck with arts and sports. Even if you fail to graduate from the college, the experiences that you gain may become valuable later in the life.
19640  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Drug free in the Philippines on: July 28, 2017, 01:37:12 AM
Does violence as a solution ever really work?  In the short term, perhaps it will lessen drug trafficking.  But the cartels will adapt to the new environment.  The risk of selling drugs will increase and so will the price.  The cartel will need to become militarized and start buying off the cops.  Perhaps the next Escobar will pop up and play chess with the government while the pawns continue to die.

Yes. What happened in Mexico can happen in the Philippines as well, especially if the cops are corrupt. And I assume that they are corrupt, after studying the abduction and murder of that South Korean businessman (Jee Ick-Joo).
