19741  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can someone tell me which is the most secure of the offline wallets? on: December 21, 2014, 09:59:51 PM
Just to make sure,my paper wallet is offline right ?

If you was not connecting to the net when you created it and didn't keep any backup in an online computer, then yes you can consider it a safe offline wallet.

ok thats what i thought.

you can also dedicate a desktop just run the client, nothing else(don't even browse with it), even if this is online it still pretty safe

19744  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is It Safe To Transfer Wallets Through The Internet? on: December 21, 2014, 01:33:29 PM
why transfer it? you might just create a new one and transfer the amount you need, tell your friend to transfer the amount you need
19745  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Can someone tell me which is the most secure of the offline wallets? on: December 21, 2014, 01:32:16 PM
If you're looking only to security Bitcoin Core and Armory seems to be the safest ones. But using these wallets you have to download all the blockchain and it's very annoying!

i remember that electrum is safer than armory, but i could be wrong

also it let you spend btc offline
19746  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Is there a way to earn 50$ in a month from faucets ? on: December 21, 2014, 01:31:10 PM

19748  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: My bitcoin reward keeps decreasing!? on: December 21, 2014, 01:28:14 PM
So I've been mining for about 2-3 months non-stop using 4 antminer U2's and when I first started out I was getting a little over 0.00002000 BTC , now I'm only getting 0.00001300 is there any reason? I'm using a raspberry pi as the controller hub all of my miners are at 2 giga hashes and don't really fluctuate. The only thing I could think of is my pool which is shush pool.
Please help!

this is the basic of all basic, the diff simple rised and you gain less, now the diff is declining a bit

19754  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: noob in bitcoin on: December 20, 2014, 02:44:44 PM
only two option

avd campaign

or instamine some new coin

i don't think it's good to advise trading to a newbie, so leave that alone
19755  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Zippcoin Question on: December 20, 2014, 02:43:46 PM
you could yes, here in the forum, but only with trusted member, otherwise use escrow, don't trade with other newbie without it
19756  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Does anyone keep $10k+ Worth of BTC in Coinbase/Blockchain? on: December 20, 2014, 02:42:15 PM
no too risky, better to hold them in a cold storage, like usb, or you can build a dedicated desktop only for the bitcoin client(i find it more secure than a VM to be honest)
19757  Economy / Economics / Re: Why does the IRS want bitcoins? on: December 20, 2014, 01:20:01 PM
They don't want your bitcoins, they want their USD back (taxes) from your bitcoin gain. Why tax bitcoin gain --- They need all the money they can get and will tax you to your death

but if they want your usd when you convert bitcoin in usd, than yes, they basically want your bitcoin

bitcoin should be tax free
19758  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin Atms on: December 20, 2014, 12:33:13 PM
