1981  Economy / Exchanges / Re: [ANN] KRAKEN.COM - Exchange Now Open with USD, EUR, BTC, LTC, XRP, NMC, XDG on: April 30, 2014, 05:40:21 PM
Unfortunately for me, i initiated an usd withdrawal a few days back, then read it could take weeks or months  Huh

Now when i try to cancel it and use euros, i get an error "No change Internal error", Can you please help me change it to euros, as i'm certainly not wanting to wait months before receiving it.
Weeks or months? Does kraken.com have banking problems?
1982  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Quick Help needed on: April 30, 2014, 05:30:53 PM
The following errors are found:
Quote
Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined (learn.php:346)
It seems you forgot to include the jQuery js.
Also, you're using the "adblock" ID several times in the page - it's recommended to use classes in that situation.

Seems bitcoinfaucet.t15.org tried to implement the same method as u r suggesting. It is not working for them either. Adblockers are too smart to stop Wink
In that post, I wasn't suggesting him/her to use that method. I was just saying there were errors on his/her site.
Also, that link doesn't work - I assume you're talking about checking jQuery("#adblock").height()?

I have a question. Once I reach next level, I assume the jackpot amount is added to my balance, right? Or is it the new prize value?

It is about lottery between users, who had reached next level. At the moment there are 47 users at 1st level.
We will define winner (who will receive 0.01 BTC), when amount of users of 1st level will be 50.

Also, you forgot to say we get an extra pickaxe when we reach 1st level Smiley
Does this happen at every level? 1 more pickaxe per level?

It isn't because lvl, everyone got it.
I'm 0 lvl and got it too.
Did you get an extra pickaxe today? 6 pickaxes?

Yes, everyone have 6 now.
Well, then I upgraded to level 1 just after Btcrockk changed this Smiley
Still it's great to have more probabilities of winning. The only suggestion I have is to combine both payments (Balance+Referrals) into a single one.

Guys I need your opinion regarding hosting.I have added a poll.Make sure you vote!
OK I am going on site for this poll and vote good luck for your all updates
Good to see massive response.Still more people believe current host is good but I'm considering to move.
Which web hosting company are you considering?
Currently I'm with Fatcow.I'm considering to move to Easycloud.us managed Cloud hosting.

I'm on http://bitronictech.net/ web hosting,now.
They are cheap, they have fast servers and you can pay with bitcoin, too. Smiley
What about their support.How fast?
Actually I'm of a view that 10,000 visits daily aren't fair for a shared hosting. Still considering
I haven't asked anything their support,so i don't know how fast is the support.
Also, they have cloudflare in they control panel so you can add your website to cloudflare in only few minutes.Pretty good.

Quote
CloudFlare is a service that makes your website faster, safer, and smarter. Or in other words, CloudFlare supercharges websites. We have teamed up with Bitronic Technologies to offer this service to its customers.
EasyCloud also offers Cloudflare, the feature my current host(Fatcow lacks). So I'll try Cloud hosting.

You can use Cloudflare with almost every web hosting provider. Just register an account at http://www.cloudflare.com/ and follow the instructions.

They have an account here: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?action=profile;u=301912
If I was you, I'd try to see if I can find anyone who ordered from them.

Sorry in advance if someone has already written but 74 pages are long  Smiley.
Can you also add to the "MARKETS" dropdown menu Mintpal and other altcoins?

Tnx  Wink
If you use the Search box at the top of this page (while seeing this thread), you'll search specifically on this thread. Try it with "Mintpal" Smiley
1989  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: First Bitcoin ATM in Amsterdam on: April 30, 2014, 03:35:50 PM
I'm off to Amsterdam in mid June.

I will buy some BTC and then pay for a coffee with said BTC.

I will take a picture at the shop, and also review the coffee.  Grin

Thanks for making these machines, hope to see a two way before i arrive.
So you can also pay with BTC at this Café? Great Smiley
1990  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Verotel adds Bitcoin on: April 30, 2014, 12:51:33 PM
Glad to hear that another site started accepting bitcoins as a payment money for their service. Every new site that accepts bitcoins  makes bitcoin stronger and stronger in the market, so good news.
Verotel is not another site. It's a payment service provider - this means many merchants will have access to Bitcoins Smiley
1991  Economy / Marketplace / Re: [ANN] DailyFreeBits.com - Your most generous Bitcoin Faucet! Amazing Earnings on: April 30, 2014, 12:20:53 PM

1992  Economy / Service Discussion / Re: 【BTC38】Reveal cold wallet address to verify exchange balance on: April 30, 2014, 11:34:36 AM
I can see 796.com is proving that they control the address, but http://www.btc38.com is not...
1993  Economy / Gambling / Re: Would you be interested in investing in BitBandit.eu? on: April 30, 2014, 11:28:54 AM
So, would you invest in something like that and in what range?
What percent of profits would you be willing to share?
What is BitBandit.eu's profit % right now?
1994  Economy / Exchanges / Re: hitBTC.com - super fast and stable BTC/LTC/USD/EUR exchange on: April 30, 2014, 11:15:03 AM
Great Smiley Will it be possible to receive the money equivalent instead of the prize itself?

Dear poordeveloper,

Sure, the winners will be awarded a prize:
a pre-order coupon for Oculus Rift virtual reality headset
or
its cash equivalent in USD or BTC.

The funds will credited to the winners' "hitbtc" account and will be available for payout in a conventional way.

Please get familiar with the Participation rules here: https://demo.hitbtc.com/challenge.

Thank you for choosing our service,
The "hitbtc" team

Awesome! I hope you don't mind if I ask you another question. Smiley
Do I need to be verified to win and receive the prize in BTC?

Also, I assume there's a limit of 1 account per person, right? I mean, you say:
Quote
Every user of the trading house is eligible to participate in the competition only once;

Thanks in advance.
1995  Economy / Service Announcements / Re: BITEASY.com | Fast Blockchain Explorer | TESTNET | REST API | WEBSOCKETS API | on: April 30, 2014, 10:52:30 AM
There seems to be a bug.  Sometimes Firefox is very stubborn with wanting to use a cached transaction list of my address.  Just now I had to clear my cache just to get it to work properly and view updated data.  I believe there is a way to ensure that the browser loads a fresh version every time without digging through the visitors cache... you may want to ask your dev team about that.

edit: this could be cloudflare doing this, but I didn't take the time to check if you're using them..
Yes, they use Cloudflare. However, even with Cloudflare, you can send custom cache headers.
1996  Economy / Micro Earnings / Re: QoinPro.com - Sign-up and get Free BTC, LTC, FTC every 24 hours automatically on: April 30, 2014, 10:43:08 AM
How much do they pay per coin per day?
0.00000001 BTC
0.00003270 FTC
0.53427585 TIPS
0.03286636 IFC
0.00000043 LTC

i have 430 total referrals and 253 Lv.1 referral, joined 3 months ago and only manage to collect 0.00016646 BTC Grin Undecided

So I guess it's not worth it, then. Thanks for sharing the list though - I'd have had to signup just to learn about this Smiley
People might say "well, you don't even have to login" but come on... that many referrals, and very active (253 Lv.1 as you say) and after 3 months your earnings are 0.00016646 BTC.
And you are lucky (because you have many referrals) Smiley
1997  Other / Beginners & Help / Re: Lost 150 BTC from this address on: April 30, 2014, 10:37:41 AM
It seems there are lots of Blockchain.info phishing attacks these days. Could that be the cause? Did you have that address' private key stored in Blockchain.info?
If so, do you use Google to visit Blockchain.info? (search for the site and click the result - that makes phishing very easy, scammers buy Google Ads)

If you don't but still had the private key on Blockchain.info, maybe you used the same password on other websites.

moved to new type of captcha. Hope you'll enjoy it!
Awesome! Much easier, and also a new revenue source for the website Smiley

Another wallet you might consider adding:

http://carbonwallet.com/ ( https://github.com/carbonwallet/carbonwallet.github.io )

Also https://github.com/bkchain/bkchain.org (I think the wallet is based on carbonwallet)

I'll let you know when I find more services Smiley
