1981  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The psychology of stoploss on: September 25, 2021, 09:15:22 PM
Yeah this is good piece of advice actually. On the contrary it’s better to either option to use it or you just forget about it completely. Stop loss is life saver in many situations but peeps don’t make use of it in correct way. What I mean is, they will always think they can gain the profit again if the trade has stopped at loss. This means they will re-buy the asset immediately and in the hyper mood. That’s ain’t right and that’s not perfect use of stop loss. The method is used in the first place so that we can control ourselves from overtrading and also controlling the losses. But anyways it always goes to the South Pole. Lolz
Unfortunately it is not the most basic way of trading and that is why people keep forgetting about it. If anyone in the world realized that it is as simple as the buy/sell method and it is just few clicks then they would have used it as well but there are too many people who end up not using it properly and that is mainly because they do not know how to or they never tried to.

Anyone who realizes how good it is and tries it for the first time will end up using it for a long time for sure. I am not saying that people are not smart about using it, they are smart enough to use it, but they just do not check it as the first thing, after checking it, almost everyone uses it.
1982  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Blockchain and Gambling on: September 25, 2021, 08:38:02 PM
Blockchain in of itself is a pretty good system to be used, and it being used by scammers is proof enough of how good it is, since really, scammers go with the trend, they'd friggin use ANYTHING they could just so that they could profit with good ones being the priority. It's really as simple as that, they'd even use the name of some bloody random kid in the street if said name could net them millions in profit.
Scammers will find the most trendy way to scam people at all times. There are no scammer that would stop at a certain level, whatever they need to do, they will keep on doing it, as long as they know that there is some money to be made.

I have seen scammers who ended up spending a million dollars (not their own money, from investors money that they earned) in order to make even more profit. So that means, they started out with a small scam, got popular, earned a lot of money and they could have just scammed and took that money and get out, reached 50k dollars? Take it and leave and let it be a scam right? No they put everything back into marketing and turned it into something huge and then they ended up leaving with few million dollars instead of just 50k. Last I heard they were sued but not jailed, they were just waiting for the judge to decide on the punishment or something I believe.
1983  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Watford FC Main Sponsor - UFC Official Betting Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: September 25, 2021, 07:28:41 PM
Tomorrow is new stream day for Eddie, got 59 tickets this week for raffle. Btw, new Eddie's guarantee event is out, it worth to put $50 and get refund if bet loses.

We got it last week and this week it looks like the chances of winning are high too this is the most profitable offer from stake  Grin
Also don't forget to check your email every time Watford wins because there is a $250k bonus for all stake users, Watford win over Norwich bonus is out
Watford win bonus is great, they are really going all out with the Watford stuff. Don't get me wrong just being on a premier league teams sponsor is a big thing enough, it does provide a ton of money and I really love it.

However, it is definitely something that we should be focusing on when they actually give us something in return. Otherwise it is just a sponsor that gets more customers and stake is making more profit because they have more customers and it only benefits Stake and doesn't help us at all. Whereas when they do these bonuses, the first goals, the big money giveaways and all that, suddenly it becomes profitable for us as well.
1984  Economy / Gambling / Re: Roobet.com | Crypto’s Fastest Growing Casino 🦘 on: September 25, 2021, 04:25:34 PM
actually with all the issues arise in the past, people now are more concerned in checking the  TOS first before engaging in gambling specially in depositing because for years this has been the problem they are facing because of inconvenience when withdrawal comes,
actually i am also guilty on this part in the past but now ? this is  my first thing to do when  having a interest at some newly open gambling sites.
Obviously there are more and more people who are actually caring about what the ToS says because otherwise they have seen what could happen. These days ToS is not that complicated neither, if you check here or even check any other decent place, you will see that it is made to be read a lot easier as well.

I remember like 4 years ago (and before that) all those brand new crypto casinos from early ones to later ones all had ToS that was like a law book. It was really boring and yes sometimes I didn't read I have to confess. However when I ended up seeing all these new ones, I realized that they were actually pretty good and then I read all the new ones because it was easier.
1985  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My friend got arrested in a p2p scam on: September 25, 2021, 03:47:29 PM
Now I feel worried about whether it is truly safe to use P2P. If we fall for such a kind of scam, Though I still didn't and I always verified and 100+ order completed people plus checked his review and 100% review gained people. And I want to know if you guys have any such experience on p2p? Please share your story.
I’m not going to blame your friend for what happened, first he doesn't know who he was dealing with on the P2P exchange, so it's quite possible that anyone can fall into such problem. That is why I am always very careful with the people I deal with. Most of the people I have been buying and selling my cryptocurrency to are people that I know very well and I’m very sure of what they can do and what they cannot do.

I know a lot of P2P exchanges but I hardly make use of them,’ cause I have friends who are into Bitcoin trading and working as personal exchanges, so I usually do business with them. It’s really important to be careful when trading with anyone, because they can create problems for you.
1986  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: My Past two months bitcoin journey on: September 24, 2021, 08:48:43 PM
I have doing this from past two months now and planning it to carry on for long time as i know that my returns will be high in long run
The strategy you have used is really good. I had a friend tell me that I should be saving up at least 10% of my income in Bitcoin, which I have been doing for long now. Before I would make earnings in a month and by the end of the month I’ve spent everything I’ve gotten, so since I was advised to start making these savings it has been a really good thing for me. So, whenever I get paid I save 10% of what I was paid in Bitcoin while also hoping for the price to go up. Surprisingly I have been able to gather a lot of bitcoins by doing this.

As I started at first it seemed like it is very difficult, but with time you will be surprised how much you will be able to make from it. It’s not a must to invest huge amounts at a time, you can start little by little and build your wealth.
1987  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why men mostly into gambling on: September 24, 2021, 06:44:58 PM
It's very hard to see ladies indulge in gambling despite gambling pays most times, only men enjoy the fun in gambling. Do ladies see gambling as something hard or stressful to them? Or they do not fancy it at all.
If you are talking about physical casino then it might be varying country to country as most tier-2 and tier-3 country's are not having full freedom for women to come out and to visit casino but for the case of online gambling, we cannot have any concrete analysis on the gender ratio as most crypto gambling services allow its gamblers to remain anonymous.

But, overall we can say men are dominating in gambling industry with respect to number of gambling services being operated and number of gamblers participating right now. Moreover, I have not heard about any women gambler for winning very big amount except lotteries.
1988  Economy / Gambling / Re: FreeBitco.in-$200 FreeBTC⭐Win Lambo🔥0.2BTC DailyJackpot🏆$32,500 Wager Contest on: September 24, 2021, 08:08:16 AM
I probably wouldn't bet with Freebitco.in simply because their house edge is so high.

Sportsbooks are different but their dice game has a 5% edge which is certainly not something that you want to play over the long run.

If you just want some entertainment and don't really care about the outcome, then go for it. But the variable odds business with the sportsbook & the high house edge of other games certainly make it not worthwhile for serious players.
This is a common misconception about the 5% house edge. First of all I was talking about the betting part, which means using it as a sportsbook. Obviously other sportsbooks may offer as much as 20-30 different stuff for a single game, from regular know who will win bets to even corner amounts so yes I wouldn't say this is the best sportsbook I have played but neither does it claim to be. It is just betting with the other stuff going around it, no other sportsbook in the world offers other stuff that freebitco.in offers, so why not try it here as well.

Secondly the betting does have a high house edge but this was talked about a million times, while it does have a higher house edge, it also has free faucet, lottery, golden ticket, reward points and fun tokens all involved together along with getting interest rate to your deposited amount every day. Does the casino you gamble with 1% house edge offers any of these? I do not think so. It means yes that 5% house edge is one of the highest ever, but it also offers MUCH MORE than any other place offers.
1989  Economy / Gambling / Re: Stake.com - Watford FC Main Sponsor - UFC Official Betting Partner ⚽ 🥊 on: September 23, 2021, 08:20:49 PM
Good that the triple winnings are back and will take advantage of this by placing some bets. For the moment, looking at the match Diaz vs Lawler. Diaz returns after 6 years and is considered as the underdog, but is motivated to make it a success so I think it can be interesting to place a bet on him.
What bets are you guys making?
Triple winnings are always amazing to see but I am a little upset because Valentina, as expected, is a huge underdog and there is hardly any value even with triple winnings. I might instead make a small bet on Lauren Murphy just for fun.

Let's see what happens in the main card and I am wondering where is the IPL promotion that stake promised on their stream because it has been many days now and nothing has been posted yet in that area.

By the way, there will be a doge logo on the mat just like the last time in this week for UFC.
1990  Economy / Economics / Re: Tulip Mania 2.0 on: September 23, 2021, 06:30:49 PM
During the crash, was there a stop-loss for NFT? NO! Because that market is not like the cryptocurrency market, or the stock market/commodity market where LIQUIDITY can protect you from big losses. A price of a $1,000,000 NFT can crash to $10,000 during an economic depression.
There is no swap or exchange for NFT that puts in that type of situation, which is why there is no stop-loss. It is an asset and not a currency, there will be 21 million bitcoins, all are the same bitcoin, does the same thing, it is just one bitcoin. NFT's are all different, all worth differently, you can't have a market like that for a stop loss.

You decide on the value, the buyer and the seller decides it, and for each single individual one as well. What can you do? You can always put it for sale for a million dollars, and one day if it actually worths that then it will be bought, but that is for going up, for going down if you put it on sale for cheap then it will be sold right away and you will lose. You need to be constantly active and constantly checking the prices to decide how much it worths at that point, which many won't do.
1991  Economy / Economics / Re: Our Dear Bitcoin and its price movement. on: September 23, 2021, 01:53:58 PM
The situation like that has already taken place, the market has reached over $50,000 and dropped back to $40,000. Funny enough there are people who has predicted that before the year runs out that we are going to see the price of Bitcoin reach over $300,000, now the year is slowly coming to an end and we haven’t seen anything that will motivate us to believe that we are going to reach a price that is as close to that.

But, I believe we’re still going to have another shot and that’s $50,000 or maybe $60,000, any one of them is possible. But I am not sure of anything more than that. Then as from next year we will see what the price in the market holds for us
Truth is bitcoin will not be 300k this year. I know that there is a chance for it happening, I know that even on the last day we can't say "it won't" because technically speaking it can always go up, it depends on what happens with whales and all. However reality is that 300k looks as improbable as it gets right now.

However, a big increase is not that far away from reality, that part could definitely happen if we are lucky enough. Remember bitcoin was just 30k during January and 64k in may, so in 3-4 months it became 2x, if we are 2x from the current price that is 80k and we do have nearly 4 months left, or 3 months more likely. So a good 70k-80k is not out of question at all. I am not saying that it will happen, I am just saying that even though 300k is looking difficult, 70k to 80k is something that we could definitely see happening.
1992  Economy / Gambling / Re: 🎲BetFury.io|🔥BFG is listed on CoinGecko|⚡️Free BTC+BNB|🐒 ApeSwap partnership on: September 22, 2021, 08:38:34 PM
What I like here is that BFG team is not stopping their developments. You can receive new notifications on what's going on, which signifies that the team is in continuous innovation with their casino. Also, the hope for binance listing i believe is real. Now, only time will tell when will they hit in this exchange. So even if they are slowly dropping, this will be a good opportunity for those who want to collect their tokens at a cheaper price before they announce another major milestone in their roadmap.
They are continuously developing and more importantly in different directions. They are always doing some kind of games tournaments but what's more impressive is that they are also partnering with platforms like apeswap and listing their tokens.

One thing I would like to see in the near future is a more smooth sports betting experience, I was betting today and the layout is a little difficult to understand especially for live events. A few changes and it should be good, specifically the navigation to different sports.

But overall, really impressed with the progress and continued innovation.
1993  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: time to add your bag on: September 21, 2021, 06:48:33 PM
today the price of cryptocurrency (including Bitcoin) is correcting again and I suggest you don't panic sell, but now is an opportunity for us to buy cryptocurrency that we want at a low price, so don't miss this opportunity or you will regret it when the market starts to recover and increasing again, because I believe the correction that happened this year will not be as severe as in previous years, so market conditions will definitely recover quickly and will make you get profit in the near future.
I have added some more BNB and with the drop finally I am in range where I believe I will profit very soon. I started buying at 40 bucks and that was a good move, however the higher it got the more I bought and I bought a lot during that 500-600 period, which is why it took me above 400 dollars on average, nearly to 500 levels, which is why I wasn't profiting too much. Today I bought some more BNB and it dropped me closer to 400 levels again.

Let's see what the future holds but I feel like this will become a good period where everyone remembers greatly (the people who bought during this period) because even the near future looks like a good price, let alone the longer future.
1994  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Get married in the blockchain? on: September 21, 2021, 04:36:51 PM
The approximate process is that you use your address to add your wife's address to his contract, and then use your wife's address to add your address to the contract.(gas fee=$150*2)

So u got married in the blockchain.

Finally, an nft with the address of you and your wife is generated.
That’s quite funny, but I know that people can do anything just to make money, even the last thing that you would have expected. I have seen a news about couple that wedded on blockchain, so I’m not really surprised seeing a news like this as well. Since NFTs came out, there has been a lot of things being sold on these platforms and a lot of people have taken advantage of it to do as it pleases them. If you can play with their marriage like this, then I guess they might as well break up and sell it on blockchain, Just like Dave said.
Yeah, at the same time I just wonder how the innovations will enable people to take over something crazy in coming years. At the beginning, NFT itself sounds like something impractical to have in real lie but when more people are ready to adopt, then I made my mind up and now for these kind of blockchain based innovation also, I guess we need to get practiced to.

For all these kinds of things, signing a message using a crypto addy must be the beginning and over the cross thinking from devs and crypto enthusiastic, now we are getting these kind of crazy things in real life itself.
1995  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Understand trading on: September 20, 2021, 07:25:08 PM
Not only understand, but precision is also very necessary because in this case... we are playing with risk.
Yeah, this is the reason pro traders are always suggesting about practicing with least capital to gain real-time experience so that it can be more precise while trading. I agree trading is a kind of playing with the risks but people who are skilled enough might be finding it more easier than we could assume about it. Anything could not be possible from the day one itself but practicing and keep on learning will make anyone to be a professional trader over the course of time.

Honestly I'm not into active trading in crypto space right now because I am comfortable with my long-term holding which is getting me good profits to support my living rather than looking for anything from active trading of cryptos.
1996  Economy / Economics / Re: What’s the nature of currency? on: September 20, 2021, 06:47:26 PM
Just everyone agreeing that this piece of paper we pass around has some sort of value and the more you have these, the more powerful you are on the societal ladder. When you put it this way, things stop making sense and currency is revealed for what it is. be it shared agreement or shared delusion however, we can all agree that without money we'd still be banging sticks on rocks til now.
Power doesn't just justify the usage of a currency, but it enforces it and values it as well. No matter which nation you are living in right now, the most powerful politicians decide how much your currency will worth, they could make it awesome or they could make it horrible, all they have to do is rule the nation properly.

However let's face the reality, people are ignorant and if the politicians do the 100% perfect method of ruling then they would lose the next elections for sure, I have seen truly good politicians, which is a very unique and rare thing, yet they ended up getting criticize beyond measure because what they are doing is spending money on people who need it, instead of back to tax payers who paid the most taxes. Long story short any nation could have a very strong currency, even if you empose it on another nation like Japan did, all it depends on how you want to manage it.

As a gambler myself, I have zero interest in watching streamers gamble since I don't find it particularly entertaining and consider it a collosal waste of time. I do understand why many gamblers are drawn towards these streams though.

Personally, I enjoy watching short clips of big wins on gambling sites since it reassures me of the fact that gambling isn't a complete waste of time and energy.
I am not saying every gambler watch gambling streams, I am just saying that every stream viewer who watches gambling streams are gamblers. Sure, there could be a few that doesn't gamble at all and just watches, but mostly they are gamblers. So, there are millions upon millions of gamblers like you and me who do not watch the gambling streams, that part I agree with you but that wasn't what I indented to so, do you imagine a person who is totally against gambling suddenly start watching gambling streams? So that means mostly it is gamblers that watch it.

This is why targeted marketing is perfect in gambling streams, pay them some money, even if not directly just deposit some money to their account and they can lose all of that money but it would be a good stream that earns them money so they would profit anyway, which is why I believe it is totally win-win-win for everyone.
1998  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin going to $53k or down to $48k? (Bullish Scenario) on: September 20, 2021, 12:30:52 PM
Hopefully, in the last stretch of the year, even if there's some kind of FUD and manipulation behind, the price will continue as predicted, a cool 6 digits before the end of the year. And it will only shows that bitcoin is resilient and unstoppable.
Yeah, I am not having any different speculation than you. Because, bitcoin has showed its power like you have mentioned many times in the past like defeating all the fuds and government driven regulations. So, this time cannot be an exception in any manner still I do feel that there is something unknown selling force dragging down the markets around $50k for more time than usual.

I feel like some bigger institutions (or even governments like El Salvador) might be manipulating the market to remain under $50k levels to make the rest of world to believe something technically so that they may catch some good entry levels which may be lower than $40k levels also.
1999  Economy / Speculation / Re: Why do you watch crypto chart pattern on: September 20, 2021, 10:02:31 AM
Interestingly, these patterns appear to be technical patterns such as pennants and flags, which indicate a high likelihood of important moves ahead once cryptos break out from them.
What is your point? Have you ever spotted any non-technical pattern in bitcoin markets? Bitcoin market is nothing short of any other markets like forex or stocks; bitcoin market is having similar massive volumes in major exchanges hence when a market is having good volume then it will definitely obey all the technicals of trading.

A convincing break to the upside increases the chances of a re-test of the prior highs in April, while a bearish breakdown would increase the chances of a re-test of the $30,000 support level.
Yeah, this is how bitcoin market is being trading since I started watching it from 2013. Do your technical analysis have anything new to surprise this community? I mean that we are all expecting about reaching $100k before end of this year and there could be less possibilities for going back to break $28k again but if your chart patterns get anything new to support these or to oppose, then we are all glad to have them.
2000  Economy / Speculation / Re: Btc $100k prediction by eoy on: September 20, 2021, 09:14:59 AM
People have been predicting bitcoin to hit $100K+ by the eoy and with 3.5 months left, we're nowhere close.
3.5 months must be more than enough time period for bitcoin market to double and to reach your dream target levels (please remember by 2017 December, bitcoin took only 2 weeks of time to double from 10k levels to 19.4k levels). So, anything could be possible here in bitcoin markets and you never need to be depressed just because of sideways movement of market right now.

I guess it's still safe to say $100k is achievable by the end of the year. Though there are still a lot factors that could make it less possible.
But I am always believe into FOMO which must be very powerful factor to subside all other negative reasons. I was expecting more stronger bull run due to El Salvador adoption but it seems institutions and whales are active to catch lower price levels which must be the one of the prime reason why we are still having sideways  movements.
