The game has already over, and Ghana has lost. They were defeated 3:2 by Portugal, a stronger team than them. We wouldn't say Ghana didn't give it their all in this game, but Portugal dominated in terms of possessions and shots on goal. They were the first African team to score a goal in this World Cup, but it wasn't enough to give them the victory. There is still hope for them, hope they play better in their next match to secure a win.
Very good. Portugal managed to grab 3 important points for a good start to the World Cup. It looks like this victory was predicted, but Portugal actually got strong resistance from Ghana. Maybe many say that Portugal will easily win this match because Ghana is not the seed, but in fact Portugal has to work hard to beat Ghana who also looks like they want to get maximum points. So congrats to Portugal and its supporters, I hope Portugal will be one of the two teams that qualify for the round of 16.

Unfortunately, Uruguay who was actually the favorite to win the match vs South Korea had to play out a goalless draw. Both teams have 1 point together, so it will definitely be very exciting in the next 2 matches.
1982  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Premier League Prediction Thread 2022/2023 on: November 24, 2022, 06:11:12 PM
I don't blame Manchester United for anything,  everything is just Ronaldo fault. Ronaldo is a desperate players. Ronaldo coming to Manchester United he was expecting a lot, after he could not get what he wanted he tried leaving the club by all means but he couldn't get the prefer club he wanted in the summer season.  All this time he already had misunderstandings with ten Hag because of not showing up in the preseason games. Ten Hag not giving him the chance for participating in most games was also a problem. Everything was his fault, he was trying to make decisions for the club.
Of course there are pros and cons about the Ronaldo and Manchester United situation. But I don't think now is the time to discuss it all because the decision has been achieved and it is no longer possible to change it.

Ronaldo and Manchester United have reached a mutual agreement for the good of each other, now Ronaldo just needs to find another club and Manchester United are gearing up for the challenge of this season regardless of whether they want to buy a new striker or not. About Ronaldo's new club, it looks like the rumors to Napoli are very strong, but I still want him to play for one of the Premier League teams.
1983  Economy / Speculation / Re: I hope this Bitcoin dip won't be deeper? on: November 23, 2022, 08:32:35 PM
Cant really be that able to blame on why people are really that hesitant on buying when the market is crashing on which it is really that hard for you to consider such act because you would really be that hesitating

and thinking that the price might even go down further. We are always been fan on looking for bottom price and this is why most of the time we do really lost up the opportunity on buying cheap.

People would really be starting on buying when its really increasing which is really totally absurd.Emotions does really take huge effect on the decisions you are making
with your investment due to unpredictability. There's no way that you could really tell on where it would be heading.
If your goal of buying bitcoins is for a long-term investment then you should be able to buy them today or whenever you want regardless of the price. You just need to collect your bitcoins and keep increasing your portfolio so that if the bitcoin price goes up, you will make a profit in the future. Everyone waiting for a deeper drop has a reason, but seriously I wouldn't think someone buying around $16K was a fatal mistake.

Bitcoin is only feared to fall further due to the impact of FTX or other chaos, but there is no certainty where the bottom will be this year even if $ 15.4K was hit some time ago. I could buy now or later, but usually DCA will give those who doubt the possibility of a deeper dip in the future. Buy now and do DCA, it is recommended.
1984  Economy / Speculation / Re: How fast will Bitcoin fall down? on: November 23, 2022, 07:59:23 PM
-snip-
There's actually a lot of belief about bitcoin never becoming 0 again in the future, but we can never be completely sure of that. Bitcoin is a currency built on user trust that has received many new innovations as a type of means of payment. If any bitcoin user loses faith in bitcoin, it is clear that this coin will become worthless in the future regardless of the case. However, things as bad as this are not really thought about at this time considering that bitcoin is in a period of development which is potentially the most desirable as a new type of safe currency.

Price volatility is another thing that is normal, but the impact of various other crypto issues can always affect the price of bitcoin. This means that bitcoin can go down and up at any time as long as there are fundamentals that influence it.
1985  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Italian League Prediction Thread (Serie A) on: November 23, 2022, 07:30:36 PM
Napoli don't have to worry much about the world cup and their players because they don't bring many of them compared to other teams and above all they are not players who can influence the championship so Napoli can rest assured
Napoli are much safer from possible injuries as not many of their players have been involved in the World Cup, but there is always a reason why this team will lose form after a month's break at this World Cup. At the moment no one doubts Napoli because they managed to prove something in a very great way. Napoli are unbeaten so far and have become the strongest team thanks to their good performances.

But there's no telling if they'll be able to sustain this form once the league restarts, it's a tough question to answer now. So there is always the possibility of Napoli falling short this season, even though at the moment they have a very advantageous gap to their rivals.
1986  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 23, 2022, 07:16:53 PM
Arabs stopped Argentina, Japanese stopped Germans and anyone would be completely shocked by the results of these two fights. Who would have thought that two non-seeded teams like Saudi Arabia and Japan would be able to beat Argentina and Germany in almost the same scenario?

I really think that the results of World Cup matches are very difficult to predict before the match. I'm not sure Saudi Arabia and Japan will qualify from the group stage, but whatever I doubt at the moment is always possible to go wrong and both teams qualify. Japan might qualify if they manage to win either of the next two matches, but I'm not sure if Costa Rica will actually be as bad as they were today. Argentina on the other hand may find it very difficult to win match against Poland as well as Mexico but it is always possible to expect Argentina to qualify for the last 16.

Unsurprisingly, this sort of thing should be very familiar in the crypto market regardless of the current reason.
Drops can be interpreted as something normal for the price of bitcoin, and you shouldn't be surprised about it even though we are currently at a big discount. There are many reasons today why prices are falling and these have probably been discussed at any time in the space.

But you are lucky, you have sold all your bitcoin in 2021, that should have made you very profitable. You can buy them again and top up your bitcoin wallet for future investments. It's a cycle that won't come as a surprise if you know how the crypto market works.

In this case I think the user has deleted a lots of posts either it might be for changing hands or something else.
You might be right about the reason, he deleted his post which made his rank drop to Jr member because his activity points loss. After all, deleting a post is not a reason to suspect a user has changed hands, I think this kind of thing can still be done by every user in this forum as long as they think the post is not important.

Also I don't see bpip noting this account changed its email and password recently so any suspicion of the account changing hands at this point is very unlikely. About account above, I think he's still the same user without too much suspicion about it on my part. But if he cheats on you, then he should face the consequences.
1989  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 20, 2022, 10:38:32 AM
france will have to play the entire tournament without its world class striker Karim Benzema. the striker from spanish cl-winner real madrid had to stop a running session at the national team's first training session in qatar on saturday because of "stabbing pain".
now the confirmation: an injury to the left thigh ends K. Benzema's dream of the world cup title...
He could still win the Qatar World Cup title if France actually manages to overcome all the hoops during the event. But everyone started doubting France as they lost some of their key players who were previously expected to play well throughout the event. Therefore, France is currently not favorite team for me and even some players are expected to play well.

Of course the injury to the French player will be welcomed by other competitors, meaning that France's strength has fallen due to this injury and this should be one of the most profitable things for their competitors.

OP, we have to stay optimistic about the future and the great thing about your current attitude is that you have plans for the future. We never fully know what the future holds either for ourselves or about this very volatile crypto future. However, optimism about a good future is something you can look forward to and will be complete if you are willing to invest in it.

I never expected anything particularly big, but I did hope for something useful for the future. Obviously financial improvements are expected for everyone, and I also hope that my investment so far in crypto actually pays off for my future. There's no big goal, but it's something that will pay off in the future.

No matter what, Bitcoin remains the leader, and if we talk about what has been or will be, it always remains the center of attention for those who own it.
You are right, and this optimistic attitude must be maintained. The future for bitcoin is still very bright and will continue to grow as a useful asset and currency, so we shouldn't doubt it any more even if it's currently fallen in price a lot since its last ATH.

I want to keep Qatar team ahead in this match. I also know that Qatar is not a strong team. But I don't think the Ecuador team is strong either. However, Ecuador will try to draw the match. They have drawn in the last three matches. They also managed to draw against a big team like Japan. However, Ecuador lost 4-3 in their last match against Qatar. But the match was held in 2018. My prediction for the upcoming match is either a draw or a win for Qatar.
The new drama is being widely discussed about Qatar, there are accusations that Qatar bribed Ecuador so they could beat Qatar in the opening match. I don't know exactly what it looks like, but it might make some gamblers change their minds.

If you are sure about a Qatar draw or win then it will be more fun if you get one of these on your bet slip. I will have doubts in this fight, but it looks like Qatar will answer my doubts with a good result, meaning I am confident in their victory.
1992  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Biggest reason why you dont make profit first on: November 19, 2022, 08:17:37 PM
Experience will indeed affect psychology and how we trade, but psychology is also influenced by complex circumstances that will put pressure on making good decisions or not. Regarding believing in change, everyone has their own control and not everyone can control it properly. Professional people may be better able to keep their psychology stable, but for those who are beginners it will be very difficult to maintain psychological stability. As much as possible you have to stay calm and stick to the strategy that has been made and don't panic too much.
Still it is not easy to maintain this psychology in today's highly volatile market. Just look at how many people panic in the market due to FTX or other issues, it will affect traders even if they are experienced. There is a lot of doubt about the market based on a lot of analysis coming back to find another low, but these are just predictions based on analysis done by people who may turn out to be right or wrong if the trend changes.

Some assumptions say now is the best time to buy in, while others will go out and stay calm waiting for the FTX drama and whatnot to wrap up. The situation will only get worse if this panic about the market continues, and now it's up to them what to do.
1993  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: So many good news but Market and coins don't go up on: November 19, 2022, 08:03:11 PM
In our daily lives and in our neighborhood we understand that bad news flies more than good news.
Someone might give birth and no one will be aware in the neighborhood but immediately a neighbour dies the information will go around and people will murn.
That is how it works in nature even here in the cryptocurrency industry. Whenever there is a bad news in the industry it will affect the market drastically but for a good news to overturn the market, the weight of the news need to be very heavy. I doubt that such a news that will overpowere FTX bankruptcy will suffice this time around. Our hope is just the 2024 halving
I didn't expect FTX to have such a severe impact on the crypto industry that it would cause the bitcoin price to maintain a bearish trend. The industry is only getting better with more adoption, but it's clear the ride isn't going to be as smooth as one might hope. If FTX doesn't fail, then there's always a chance that other news will impact the market. But if you are really positive about crypto, then this has to be the best moment to enter the market.

After all, halvings may not be the only savior for the market, but there are always many other things that will be able to move investors or traders into the market.

All the love has come for Brazil (4.40) and Argentina (6.50) .. but can we really rule out FRANCE? @8s
It's hard to expect France to win the title twice in a row after they won it in 2018. In 2022 many people believe Brazil or Argentina will win the title, but what's wrong if someone believes France can also and they bet on them.

They're really good, I agree, but they've been getting their aging forwards to carry the battle for far too long, and midfield now is nowhere as good as their missing stars. Finalists maybe, but more Christmas party donations? =D
Lol, I believe your last point may be true in the end. But nothing seems to stop these guys from having fun.

Are any of you sure about England?  Cheesy
1995  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stop the panic, I doubt we will see 14k or less Bitcoin on: November 18, 2022, 09:28:12 PM
I don't understand the physiology of traders. They do not want to sell when the price is near all time high and do not want to buy when the price is 76% low at its all time high. The chances of going down further from here are slim and it is possible that bitcoin may start another good run after some accumulation at the current levels. The FTX incident is not a small one and we cannot expect the market to rise instantly after this incident. I think bitcoin may test 14k -15K levels one more time to hunt all the stop levels before moving up again.
Yes, that's because they are not in the same group or with the same ideas and thoughts. Many will wait for lower prices, but I don't think selling now is the most appropriate option. It is a period of accumulation that will help traders buy more bitcoins than in the previous year with the same amount of capital. I don't know exactly why they have to sell, but if they want to make a profit then they have to sell at a high price.

I'd be waiting for some dips with DCA, meaning now would also be a good time to buy rather than just waiting for something to be dicey. Another drop is something we can't say for sure, so it might be worth considering buying at this moment.

This guy is in for watching a few games next week!

If this lands, he'll collect about $183,000 in ETH..   Shocked Shocked
Not sure what the guy was expecting, but it was the most likely choice based on the team ratings. But still, in my opinion the victory will not be easy because basically matches between national teams like this are very unpredictable.

What should he do then? HODL?   Cool Cool
Maybe, he will wait for 2025. Lol
1997  Economy / Speculation / Re: Generational Buying Period is On-Going on: November 18, 2022, 08:58:20 PM
The majority will still wait for the price to be even lower, because agendas have been circulating on the forum for months that it simply has to happen that the bottom is formed as close as possible to $10 000. And regardless, this crash couldn't have happened at a worse time, because inflation is such that very few people can afford to invest in Bitcoin or anything else because they don't have enough for basic life needs.
I agree this is the most dominant reason why people will wait, again the crypto market is currently experiencing a bit of loss of confidence due to some big projects failing like the two cases of Terra and FTX recently. This has made a lot of people out there wary of crypto even though it is recovering gradually.

Fortunately, people have a very short-term memory, which means that in 6 months, things might get better, and as the halving approaches, the economic situation might be better than today, which will encourage a new wave of investments in Bitcoin.
True, but if the aftershocks are deeper then I believe 6 months is too short to get much faith in crypto again. Maybe a little longer, but who knows. Fortunately, the halving is getting closer, it will create a better mood for crypto among its traders and investors.
1998  Economy / Speculation / Re: Stop the panic, I doubt we will see 14k or less Bitcoin on: November 18, 2022, 08:41:02 PM
The current market condition always makes me worry if I will drop again, this is a difficult choice or hold, I already intend to sell since the price of dropping below $ 30k, but I am patient because I hope the price can return to $ 35k or more, this Maybe it is my last wait and if the price does not change until early December then I will sell.
There is a possibility that you will regret the decision after you sell, but you have the right to decide whatever is best for you and your financial condition.

I tend to advise you to hold your bitcoin long term instead of selling during this downturn.
Remember, right now the market is not doing well but the market will recover. You won't lose bitcoin by holding them, but you will lose bitcoin and lose if you sell them during a downturn.

Japan to win the World Cup? I hope he has lots of money because that looks like a direct donation to the sportsbet.io Christmas Party Cheesy Cheesy
Lol, Average of people would say the same thing. Not for Japan, it's a bit impossible in my opinion even if you have 2% faith in yourself to see Japan qualify for round of 16 for the 2022 World Cup. Spain and Germany are likely to be in 1st and 2nd place as the teams that qualify for the next round.

This is football, XI mean on each team, anything can happen.
I'm not for Japan, maybe it would be very convincing if one of Brazil, Germany, Argentina, France or Portugal.  Grin

Arsenal have indeed shown great form to date and now they are five points ahead of Manchester City. But I doubt their consistency until the end of the season. In my opinion, so far they have not been fully tested, the victory over Chelsea is not a benchmark because the Blues' condition is also declining. I will wait for Arsenal to face Manchester City, this match will prove Arsenal's true strength.
It is doubtful Arsenal can win the game if the opponent is like Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea, Manchester United or something else. The reason is, the team I mentioned above is a team that is actually strong mentally and physically to compete with each other to score goals to win.

I can expect Arsenal to lose matches against top teams like the ones I mentioned above but it might be difficult to expect Arsenal to lose to any other team besides the above teams. So far Arsenal have been good, but they are not a team that will always be good when the opponent is performing well throughout the match.
