21  Economy / Economics / Re: Is there a place in the world you could live like a king via sig campaigns? on: June 13, 2022, 07:14:43 PM
I saw a report a few days ago about Burundi, where the average salary of workers varies between 10 and 15 dollars a month (that's for a whole family). I believe that with the money you earn here you can live like a king there and that shows the huge difference in income inequality between countries.

22  Local / Brasil / Re: BITCOIN OU OURO ? on: June 13, 2022, 07:01:59 PM

https://livecoins.com.br/o-que-a-queda-do-bitcoin-tem-em-comum-com-acoes-de-grandes-empresas-no-mercado-atual/

23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Portfolio for longterm investment on: June 12, 2022, 08:38:11 PM
There are a lot of old, reliable coins that people like to carry for the long term, but few of them have any significant toggle in value, so for the long term, the only ones I would recommend would be BTC and Eth, other than that, I think complicated and risky to bet on any other altcoin.
24  Economy / Economics / Re: Covid omicron version 2.0 monkeypox coming and markets on: June 12, 2022, 08:34:10 PM
Monkeypox does not have the same attributes as COVID, so you'll be mistaken if you think the markets will react the same way it did with COVID. It only began circulating because the media what's their hysteria driven headlines.

Most people are wise to the con that was COVID-19 lockdown strategies. Countries can't afford to lockdown nor do normal citizens believe the economy should be shut down for a disease that only effects a minority of people severely. Monkeypox seems to be spread through sexual contact as well, so lockdowns wouldn't even be appropriate.
The world world is in mess. Due to COVID - the things are not stable yet. Then came another war. The Russia and Ukraine. Then this monkeypox.
What has happened to this world. This is a serious chaos - now the after affect of COVID - people are facing so much inflations all around the world.
I'm a little worried about smallpox, in my country we only have 1 case cataloged yet, but we must have several infected walking the streets just like it was with covid. In addition, we are experiencing a new wave here in Brazil, the prices of several things are increasing every day and our president does not care about the crisis that is settling in after covid.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: 30% of billionaires directly or indirectly invest in cryptocurrencies on: June 10, 2022, 08:12:34 PM
Exactly, most millionaires and billionaires protect themselves and take risks by diversifying their investments, so if any bet goes wrong or goes right, they are protected by having diversified, this is basic for anyone who invests.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Luna 2.0 keeps falling on: June 10, 2022, 08:08:01 PM
If the failure of the first Luna didn’t open investors eyes to leave the project I don’t know what will, the dev and team behind Luna really has a lot to go and learn, I believe if they had any chance to resuscitate Luna they should give it there optimum priority and that can only come when they accept to let there stablecoin UST go. Creating a new coin and still having same atmosphere would not chance anything to there favour and any investor still taking a chance at them has to accept the outcome.
Greed moves the world, not to mention that there are many investors with very high losses who cannot get out of the project and this still keeps the hope of a “possible” rise.

30  Economy / Economics / Re: Pay in rubles or have your gas shut off by April on: May 15, 2022, 06:24:35 PM
Putin has threatened so called unfriendly states to pay in rubles or have its gas supply shut off. It has said it doesn't buy things for free and so isn't going to charitable with its energy.
Europe has kicked against this with Germany saying its being blackmailed by this move. What other choice does Europe has with Russia alone selling about 40% of energy to the world.

No matter what they say in the end you will see that they are buying oil and gas from Russia by rubble, whether openly or secretly.  Because they have no choice but to do so.  Europe imports 40% of its oil and gas from Russia.  Europe will have to spend a lot of time looking for alternative routes and will have to pay higher prices than could be bought from Russia. I wouldn't call selling oil and gas in rubles a blackmail because if everything can be bought with USD then why not rubble?  The USD is a country's currency, the ruble is also a country's currency .
They had hundreds of years to generate an alternative to Russian gas and they didn't. All this complacency has produced results and Europe will have to lend an arm to avoid a collapse.
31  Other / Politics & Society / Re: Why Russia isn't using it's full force in Ukraine ? tactically .. on: May 15, 2022, 06:15:27 PM
Because it doesn't make sense for them to use so many resources against a country like Ukraine. It would be like killing a cockroach with a bazooka, it makes no sense.
32  Economy / Economics / Re: One nation one currency... on: May 01, 2022, 06:33:49 PM
We can't expect the World to get united and form an one nation, one currency policy. Just think of a country, it can be any country around the world. From one country it have got evolved as a separate one. This has happened as a result of power and keeping humans as slaves. So, an one nation one currency is a failed one. If people are united, then instead of money there will be exchange of commodities. If money is used surely then the problem begins.
I understand your point of view, however, we could create an entity that would control the issuance, distribution and maintenance of that currency. I think it would solve most of the problems with this proposal.

34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Don't trade using instinct on: October 28, 2021, 10:34:49 PM
True, if we trade only relying on instinct then we will lose a lot of money, these few days I'm serious about learning and understanding various complementary trading techniques such as chart analysis, and trying with small values can prove to be profitable. In addition to understanding analysis, experience is the most important thing for a successful trader.
Exactly, using only the extinct one can cause great damages. I really like to invest my money in fractions, 50% in "safe" investments, 10% in bets (meme coin, etc) and 40% in currencies that have a potential future. It's a good tactic and prevents you from losing everything.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Next 10X-100X ALTCOIN at the latter half of 2021 ? on: October 27, 2021, 09:05:09 PM
Based on my research results, the altcoins that can reach 10-100x in 2021 are as follows:

1. ARPA
2. SHIB
3. AMP
4. CHZ
5. SRM

The five altcoins above are altcoins that have a very high potential to explode and skyrocket on coinmarketcap now. it's just a matter of time for all five to at least reach x10
I bought a few dollars of shib and already made almost 100% on top of the initial value, I'm really impressed with her increasing climbs. My next acquisition will be ARPA and VET, I believe they can make a profit in the short term.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Proof that airdrops never work ... on: October 27, 2021, 08:51:16 PM
Usually they ask to fulfill about 5 to 6 tasks, but the payment is always small, I've done several airdrops here on the forum and few of them went over 1 dollar, and it's very difficult to find any that compensate.
37  Economy / Economics / Re: Ways to avoid being scammed!!! on: October 27, 2021, 08:48:03 PM
When I look for a new project, the first thing I look at is the team, whether the team participates in events or comes out in public to show their face. Usually the people behind the scams always use a fake or random photo.
That's why you have to do a research carefully before investing/interacting with certain sites/projects. They can use other people profile pictures and people in here would just believe it without even do a research. I would recommend people to check the website and whitepaper if any for your own sake. It contains crucial information about projects/sites that you are currently "promoting"
It is always recommended to check the white paper but it is very easy to create a fake wp, they usually pay third parties to write it. That's why I usually go after the team, the events they participate in, the lives, the publications, where they worked or their real experiences.
38  Economy / Economics / Re: Ways to avoid being scammed!!! on: October 26, 2021, 03:43:40 PM
To avoid scams we have to research projects or coin offers that look promising, lots of devs. the pump just a moment ago the coin dropped and died so we must always be vigilant, the easiest thing to avoid scams is to always check in many sources about the ICO project that we will participate in, if in doubt it is better to leave.

39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Hotbit exchange, is it safe and good to trade here? on: October 26, 2021, 03:40:27 PM
I have an account on it and have never had any problems. Also, the times I needed help, they responded via email very quickly. About tokens, you have to create some filter because many that enter there are scams.
