Bitmain has been more than fair with coupons for me, if they believe I should get one they will send it as they did with my first order and got a .4 BTC coupon and then a .02 with my second without saying much other than I'd like a coupon on the forums.
So far Bitmain has been the best supplier for hardware out their. Even some re-sellers I bought off were good but paid much higher import fees
My comments were more to aid in better serving customers as everything with bitcoins appears very time sensitive

Same thing happened to me. I had everything ready and ordered got the 1 I wanted 2 days ago, to later find out it's not shipping till the 28th. Not too happy about that. Still happy I got one not the less but wish it would have showed up in the purchase cart the expected delivery date. Not trying to complain or anything but with the site being so slow with these time sensitive buys, I had kept logged in and just refreshed the product page not seeing the main page. 2 weeks is a long time but with that being said it's not too bad like BFL and nice to have another ant coming. I suppose I should add a takeaway for Bitmain Please add expected delivery date to the checkout so if someone wants to cancel because it's 2 weeks and not 2 days, would be nice. With that being said I'm still happy with my purchase  |

Bitmain was offering a coupon for customers that bought units @2.65 BTC when Bitmain dropped the price to 2.2 BTC. I believe Bitmain did this price adjustment due to the chances of a ROI for his customers.
Bitmain has in my opinion gone above and beyond, very satisfied customer. Even shipping to Canada has been ~5days with import fee's ~30 CDN.

I will say this Bitmain ships fast and import fees were cheep. Also nice to see the coupon, but how about a S1 in stock to use it on. I just got my coupon today and it shows they are all sold out. Any chance there's one kicking around I could get so it's sent out right away before the chinese new year

Hello Bitmain, The info mail adres on the about / contact us page has a type. Nevertheless i send an e-mail to the right info and webmaster adres but no reply yet. Yesterday i ordered an antminer when they were available again. Placed the order , put 2.65 btc to the mentioned adres. When i checked in later to see if al was ok it was paid, unshipped. But the price on the website was also 2.2 BTC ! Thats a big price drop. I would like to get the difference refunded as a loyal antminer customer  " Or as proposed in the mail upgrade the order to two units and pay the difference of 1.75 BTC Also send a PM. In stock, and the order will be shipped 24~48 hours later, since we need one day to confirm the order. Hi thank you for the speedy response, but I'm looking for an estimated delivery date ie is it 2 day a week or 3 weeks. Thanks again. If they ship on monday, they generally are out for delivery on thursday (+/- 1 day). I imagine my saturday order will arrive this week Good to here I orded one tonight, would be awesome if it arives before the weekend. Thanks again everyone |

not sure with your exchange how it may take many will not show up till 6 confirmations about an hour

i don't think if mt.gox goes down it will be that big of a problem, as long as not to many users loose bitcoins if it happens. There are plenty of other exchanges and online stores that except bitcoins. There is even an exchange in Canada |
