21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: +75% jump for Litecoin on: December 11, 2017, 03:26:59 PM
going back to 0.02 LTC/BTC soon.  A lot of testing on lightning network and atomic swap going on for litecoin development team.

Going back to or going up to? The correct one is going up to 0.02BTC for litecoin in near future. Chinese guys are speculating good in Assian exchanges for litecoin. The development will be the key here for LTC.
22  Economy / Economics / Re: 1Bitcoin as a gift from someone on: December 10, 2017, 04:32:27 PM
If ever i get lucky and was given a 1bitcoin from someone, i probably be like (OMG) very happy of course. Having a 1bitcoin is not a joke. Maybe i will convert  half of it and use it for our everyday needs since i have kids to take care of. A half of 1bitcoin is a lot if i cashed it. I can do so many things with the money. And of course the other half of it , i will remain it in my wallet. I will hold it for a year for me to be able to use it for investiment.

The same here dude, I would jump up to the sky because of my happiness. I know this will never happen, I was happy for second temporarly. I would hold them on my wallet for long term and would enjoy the profit.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: I have 12 Bitcoin. What should I do??? on: December 10, 2017, 04:17:53 PM
look at your experience story, from small amount and now you have 12 bitcoin is really amazing.
see from the way you manage your money i think i am not better than you. you know better how you manage your fund right now.
however, just small opinion, better you do the same like you did last time. put some money in ico and also some good altcoin. hold half of your bitcoin as back up.

12 BTC is really amazing, I'm with you. I would hold 10 bitcoins, I would place 1 BTC to ethereum and I would seperate 1 BTC for my token sale participations to multiply my budget.
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: If a friend ows you 0.1 Btc from Dec 2016 ... on: December 10, 2017, 03:52:24 PM
when lending something to someone (in this case bitcoin to a friend) you need some kind of agreement or contract, verbal or non verbal and in that you should set the terms. for example you talk about price and what the plan should be in case it went up or it went down (the risk works both ways). and then stick to it. if you had something like that, then stick to it and if not then that is your fault!

You can't make agreements or written contracts with your close friends. A close friend would have pay its debt anyway. Here is the best thing is demanding the bitcoin amount as 0.1BTC not the dollar value of the time you gave him the bitcoin.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: What happens to alternative cryptocurrencies IF Bitcoin "Bubble" breaks?(assume) on: December 10, 2017, 03:34:20 PM
hello,
If the financial bubble (assume) Bitcoin breaks down, whether the price of alternative cryptocurrencies like ETH, Ripple, LTC, etc. may be going up?
what do you think about it? here, I m not saying Bitcoin bubble as "Cryptocurrencies" Bubble,

Bitcoin is not a bubble. Crypto is not a bubble, and there won't be a any breakage here. The thing happens is crashes or price corrections that are considered as normal.
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Will Bitcoin overcome Paypal? on: December 10, 2017, 03:14:39 PM
Nope. Bitcoin and PayPal serve a different purpose as of today. Bitcoin is more like a "Store of Value", whereas PayPal is used mostly by people to buy cheap items ($1-$1000). Bitcoin fees for one transaction is too high for it to replace PayPal. Some other coin definitely will replace Bitcoin for daily transactions. It can be a coin either from PayPal itself or some other coin.

One is a plane, the other one is a ship. They're totally different things, paypal is a centralized payment company only. Bitcoin is a decentralized and free community structure. Bitcoin won't overcome paypal since this is not its duty.
27  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Which Exchange can do USD to Bitcoin Cash ? on: December 10, 2017, 03:02:34 PM
I thought signing up for Bittrex I can exchange USD to Bitcoin Cash, but instead it requires USDT.

Anyone know of an Exchange for USD to Bitcoin Cash and viceversa ?
Try kraken they have bch-usd trading pair. i would advice you to stay far away from bittrex, they've been locking accounts for no reason, their support is super slow.

I also think it's possible to perform such transaction securely on Kraken. I left Bittrex this summer because they suspended thousands of accounts without informing the owners of them.
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Turn off multi receiving addresses !!! Ledger Nano S on: December 10, 2017, 02:32:51 PM
Actually there is the solution. Ledger nao s or blockchain.info wallet give you different addresses every time you get a bitcoin payment. But the older ones are also still belonging to you.

You can try getting payment to one address only, neglect the new one. This way, you will receive your payment to only one address.
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: You want to be a millionaire? if you own 0.01 btc you already are on: December 10, 2017, 02:14:26 PM
The most important part is following: "I don't know how long it takes to get there"

Hopefully, this doesn't take too much time to get there, because we're getting older by the way. I also agree with him, holders gonna win a lot!
30  Economy / Economics / Re: Easiest way to make BTC? on: December 10, 2017, 01:26:47 PM
Yeah, what's the easiest way to make the most BTC? I remember a pal how he made some currency to 1 BTC in an evening, something with Amazon. But I guess such things are gone.

Daytrading right now but I am not that good at it. Bots? Do I have to make my own?

Easiest way? One of the easiest way to make bitcoin is done by mining. You can generate bitcoin from even it takes time to hit the maximum withdrawal. Another way is from joining in a bounty campaign. (It's not that easy I guess.)

The easiest and most accurate way is bitcoin mining clearly. It's not cheap, but if you find the starting capital of mining, the rest will be very profitable for you eventually as the time goes on.
31  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin is changing the world. on: December 10, 2017, 12:59:04 PM
For me, I can say that bitcoin is changing the world not only the world but also the people living in the world.Bitcoin change the people in the world, the way they move, the way they interact to other people, the way they participate in different activities like this and the way they live. It change the people's attitude and consciousness. They believe that bitcoin is the best way to be successful in their life. They also believe that sooner or later they will become rich.

Well in my opinion, bitcoin has truly changed the world in the investment perspective due to the opportunities being offered at a very convenient manner. Compared to any other investments being provided, bitcoin truly has the most potential of yielding large amounts of profit in the shortest time possible. Not to mention, its decentralized nature makes tax imposition irrelevant, thus making your profits even bigger. Soon, the world will slowly evolve, making payments digitalized and expect bitcoin to be one of the alternate modes of payment in the far future.
Bitcoin not only changes the world also changes the life style of peoples live.  Many people who are trading on Bitcoin. They are becomes millionaire now. In this way the Bitcoin changes the world and peoples life style completely. As Bitcoin is digital decentralized currency. It changes the way of business, shopping online and also travel through which Bitcoin is accepted now. In short Bitcoin is rules over the world.

Not many of them dude, only a few of them, I bet on this. This is not a game everyone turns into millionaires. For example if you have thousands of a coin which will make 100x in the future, yes, you'll be a millionaire.
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: I have 250 ETH, Hold or SELL? on: December 09, 2017, 11:36:52 PM
If I have 250 ETH I will hold it for another year. I think the price will increase much more in 2018. Only if there will be some very interesting ICO I would invest some of the ETH. For example the ICO of Power Ledger in the past.
It seems 2018 is going to be a great year for bitcoin but we are not sure if the same could be said about alts, I think we have seen just the beginning of what it is going to happen in the next year with the recent surge in price, this means that if alts want to have a great year they will need to move faster than bitcoin and at this point that is looking as something really difficult to do.

ETH is not a regulat altcoins, it's different. I believe ETH can rise like bitcoin in 2018 and that's why we need to trust it. They need to solve network slowness problem, and that's it.
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin or Ethereum: Which is the Future Cryptocurrency on: December 04, 2017, 07:21:13 PM
Actually Bitcoin and Ethereum is look like brother & sister in my eyes. This is very difficult to express importance in separately both of coin.
Bitcoin is so much favorite for all crypro lover that's why Bitcoin is my first choice.

For an invstment bitcoin is more liquid compared to ethereum, but ethereum's smart contracts are great for business companies based on blockchain. That's why I'm neutral in this comparison.
34  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: McDonalds to accept Bitcoin by 2018 on: December 04, 2017, 07:03:11 PM
.0002 btc please. Fees are .0003. Bitcoin will not be very popular with cheap purchases due to high fees.

Just what I was thinking. A few days back, I paid $12 for a single transaction. Imagine paying that much for a burger, which normally costs $2. McDonald's is not crazy to accept this much transaction fee.

Without fee upgrade, there is nothing to do with bitcoin in food patments or daily usage. Basically, the fee could be easily more expensive than the product you want to buy. This is a problem.
35  Economy / Speculation / Re: For all Europeans: BTC 10000 euro on: December 03, 2017, 02:17:31 PM
We talked very much about $10k border in bitcoin but we missed 10k euro limit in bitcoin. So good news on the way, congrats to the holders for this achievement in europe. Hope we can see even higher prices.
36  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The Best Time to Become a Trader on: December 03, 2017, 01:29:16 PM
Whenever you want, you can join in Cryptocurrency. However, before trading, you must equip your knowledge, laws and skill.

If they mean the date, it was probably 2016 to start in trading. If they mean specific periods, the fluctuation times are the best time to become a trader. The prices moves fast and making money is easy there.
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: BTG going down, many bad rumors, what to think ? on: December 03, 2017, 12:13:38 AM
Maybe look at it now, going down? Bitcoin is able to hit 10.000$ on days and it will still be going up so is it going down in your opinion?

I personally never expect something from BTG. It came to me as a free coin and I cashed it out on my exchange account to get valuable bitcoin and USDT so that I can buy something much better than BTG thing.
38  Economy / Economics / Re: short term investment or long term invesetment on: December 02, 2017, 11:32:07 PM
It depends on the currency as well as the time when we decide to invest in the long term. Because the value of each currency changes from hour to minute, long-term or short-term investment depends on a number of factors. For Bitcoin, I recommend long-term investment because in the future it will increase very high but most people lose patience and sell it in a short time.

For professional traders, short term and day trade is better in order not to lose time. More amateur traders prefer to make trades in long term like holding specific assets etc.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Buy altcoins or not? on: December 02, 2017, 11:10:30 PM
Should we invest in altcoins?and why?which is better altcoins or equity shares?

I think you should investigate first. if you want to be involved in crypto and bitcoin, you should have enough knowledge. until you will never hesitate to buy or be involved in it. I think personally, now is a good time to buy altcoin with relatively cheap prices. and I can wait a few months later.

The only reason for me to buy altcoins is to have something different than bitcoin. Going all in with bitcoin didn't look logical to me and I decided to get altcoins too.
40  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Start with Bitcoin or Ethereum on: December 02, 2017, 10:57:41 PM
Why not Both? BTC and ETH each of them is good features and option which makes them sustainable. Bitcoin being the first coin and kind of primary crypto currency, try to focus more on Bitcoin. Also don't forget about Ethereum as it might be a slow moving and stable, but it will also provide result of worthy amount.
Also why do you want to limit yourself to this two only, better diversify more and if you think long term, I believe you will get more coins to invest to get greater returns.

I remembered how I started for the first time. I bought 0.1 btc and 1.5 eth at that time. I think this was important to have both to minimize the risk.
