WTT token of ICO never release to anyone This is a LIE. Batch 1 and Batch 2 tokens have been issued. Batch 1 and Batch 2 are few token and it's been issued by now more of 2 month ago So, you acknowledge that your OP is a lie. Some ICO buyers have gotten their tokens. Whether it was two months ago or not has nothing to do with the statement you made. I'm spoke of a miner that i have bought at 31 may 2017 and yet not is up&running MAY 2017 !!! you understand? ? You know thing is a GANTT? a roadmap? I don't think I am the one having a hard time understanding. Perhaps you don't know what the word "scam" means. You should be careful when using non-native languages.

there is something you guys can do, just send complain on them so SEC will deal with them
The SEC regulates security instruments, like stocks. Some coins are security instruments, because the coin is just a speculative instrument that carries a significant risk of loss of investment. Some coins, like WTT, are not securities because they have an actual purpose besides being speculative instruments. Therefor, the SEC does not care about WTT, imo. Why? Because anyone buying WTT is led to believe that their purpose is one of two things: 1) to get discounted space at their facility and 2) to rent out to other people for a profit. #1 is like a Sam's club membership. You pay a fee. You get some credentials (an ID in the case of Sam's, a token in the case of WTT). And you use the credentials for access and discounts. #2 is like a house. You buy a house and then rent it out to other people for a profit. Neither of these is considered a "security" because the profit from the investment are not expected to be generated soley through the efforts of the third party. You are actively involved in the use of your token and you play a role in any profit they might make for you. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SEC_v._W._J._Howey_Co. https://www.cuttingedgecapital.com/what-is-a-security-and-why-does-it-matter/So... complain away; poor victim.

WTT token of ICO never release to anyone
This is a LIE. Batch 1 and Batch 2 tokens have been issued. People are renting out their tokens AS WE SPEAK. I understand you are upset that you're tokens are not issued yet because there is a delay. But what you are saying here is completely false. And seriously everyone, if you have ever been involved in a tech project, a couple month delay is far from unusual. It is not ideal. It does often reflect a mistake in planning. But it is also completely normal and perhaps even the defacto standard. If you're the type to over react and panic and not able to sit through a few months, then seriously, any sort of investing, beyond day-trading, is just not for you. Last thing: Giga watt has acknowledged their mistake and offered you (and everyone else who bought a miner) free shipping to send your miner to any place you ask. You can send it to another facility. Or you can send it to your home. They made a mistake. They have been fairly transparent about it (just a little slow to announce). They are offering to send the miner to you. And they are working 24-7 to get more pods up. What else would you have them do? They cannot circumvent the inspectors.

When I go to my "votes" tab it is empty. How do token holders vote? (or maybe I don't have enough tokens to vote?) nevermind. the link is right there in your post

Does anyone know if pods 3 and 4 had their concrete poured yesterday, per the timeline?
The timeline is only updated once week usually. As you can see, 3 Pods have been built (and completed) so far and 9 more are under construction. One Pods construction time is around 8 weeks, but inspections could take more time and can't be well managed. But since the first Pods have been approved, the other ones should theoretically be in a sprint mode. That is the reason, why it is expected that the ones under construction should be ready in December/January. A lot of words to say "I don't know"

What is the best place to get the info on the next swaps? And when?
I emailed and asked this exact question. They just told me that more are coming soon and to basically just wait. They did not provide a list of upcoming swaps.

I don't understand this. How are they your client and are they part of the ICOBox that you want to sell? Do they have to pay you in order for you to make them be part of an ICOBox?
Companies wanting to do an ICO can hire icobox to do it (or parts of it) for them. They are clients. Icobox also offers free ICO services to companies who are voted on by ICOS token holders. The selected one's are clients too.

It looks like pods 3, 4, and 5 are on concurrent time lines. So they might not be finished linearly one at a time. But they might be finished like, 3 pods at a time.

Where did you get that information from? Unfortunately I can't find anything......
Gigawatt is communicating via email (not that often) and via their supported messengers at the moment. I didn't get the latest email about pod 1 and 2 being done. But I can see the update on their timeline.

Awesome to see progress. I have tokens in batch 3 and 4 and look forward to getting them.
A part of the batch 3 tokens will be released in the next few weeks. The rest of batch 3 and batch 4 are currently planned to be released in December, when further Pods go online. But this is an estimation and those where wrong most of the time in the past. So you could also expect Januar or February easily. December -> best case. That is a little discouraging. My hope is that they learn a lot and make a lot of connections along the way so it gets easier with each pod. For example, we don't expect them to have any unexpected UL issues with the power supplies next time, as they've already (hopefully) mastered that obstacle.

There was an official confirmation of Gigawatts CEO yesterday that inspections have passed for the first Pod and that they are going to bring miners up for Batch 1 and 2 token holders in the next 2 weeks. So it seems that we have real progress in the project now.
Awesome to see progress. I have tokens in batch 3 and 4 and look forward to getting them.

I emailed to ask about more inter project token swaps and they said there are more coming soon.

congrats! so, what about listings, guys?
I talked in telegram, support said they are not interested on exchange listing for now. Is this still the case or or there plans to list the tokens at any point? Thanks. Just exchange your ICOS for one of their inter swap tokens if you want to trade on exchanges.

So, there is a different token for each vertical? The ACE token is for tennis and the GOAL token will be for football. Is that correct?
Does this mean that TokenStars will release many different tokens? Why not just use a single token for all of the different verticals?
Yes, we believe, this is the best part of the offer We will launch multiple verticals one by one, but you can get “an early-bird ticket” to get 40% bonus now (by buying ACE token) and exchange ACE tokens later via the index token (STAR) into any other vertical (it can be football, poker, actors or any other vertical which you prefer). Can I buy STAR directly? Will that 40% bonus be offered for each token, or is it just for ACE since it is the first one? What stops me from converting back and forth between ACE and GOAL (via STAR) and getting 40% each time? Is that allowed? Thanks.

If this was a scam the devs would be long gone. They would not be working with government regulators to get their buildings approved. In fact, there wouldn't be any buildings. Things might not be going as well as we all hoped. But to call it a scam is ridiculous.
I get messages all the time from people wanting to buy my wtt off-exchange. They are already worth 2x-3x what I paid for them based on the offers I am getting. There are many people who are already renting out their tokens (look through this thread to find screen shots and other proof).
I am also anxious to get rich. But I am wise enough to know that is a ridiculous expectation. You'll need much more patience than you are demonstrating, if you want to be successful with any serious investing, especially crypto. Don't panic. Good luck.

why not WTT buy the equipment,i buy WTT tokens on exchanges and i pay to WTT their tokens to mine ?
Because Giga Watt is not a cloud mining operation. They provide hosting for miners. That would be like asking an Italian restaurant why they don't serve Japanese food. If you do not need hosting for your miners, then Giga Watt is probably not what you need. Not sure why that would make you dislike them though. If you do not need hosting, don't use a hosting provider. can i do that ?
No, not with giga Watt. If you want cloud mining, there are several services available for you to choose from.

Anybody received their S9 from end of August batch ?
I got two S9's from the Aug16 - Aug21 batch directly from Bitmain. Maybe I was an early order in the batch, but mine shipped from China on Aug 15. They got to my city on Aug 18 (Phoenix, USA). I didn't get my hands on them til about Aug 21 though due to the UPS deliverer coming to my house when I was at work.
