Im sure that most crypto people here cannot stand not visitng his portfolio to check the value of his tokens/coins. This is what you called habit and already routine for everyone and Im sure only few here didnt do it. Maybe some here will argue but I assure you 1week is thr longest you can not check it. If I have smerit to send if someone can justify his reason I'll like ti give him to it. But probably chances are few who can give me that satisfaction on his response. Even I myself cannot stand not visit it, maybe because we are worried and that's not a bad attitude since we are thinking of our future well. Well that's only my opinion. Wanna hear yours.

I want to know that which will be more profitable in future BTC or alts? Though i am a die heart fan of BTC but for now i think alts will be more profitable than BTC. So what's your opinion? Comment please.
the future is unlimited  if for a long time, I think Bitcoin will be more profitable than Altcoins, but for the short term, I would choose Altcoin that has a good plan on their roadmap |

Not advice but just an observation that, say what they will, ETH is so undersold and as soon as bitcoin seems a bit high ETH is waiting down super low to ready to POP. Just look at ETH chart YTD and look at the trend. It speaks for itself!
Well now the price of eth seems to be doing a bit better so I would say that the price is not popping anytime soon. The problem is all of the tokens that are being build on the ethereum platform, way too many of these coins are fake and scam coins and they are putting a strain on the network. The more these tokens fail, then the more the price of eth is going to be affected. what a strain that you mean? the number of their transactions will not burden the network because nobody wants to adopt or use scam or failed tokens, so it doesn't make sense if they will be a problem for the network, scam tokens may have an effect on the price if scammers dump their ETH but the effect can be countered by market demand |

Enough of people just creating tokens just for the sole purpose of trading it in exchanges and making money after the ICO. In order for a token to survive or stand the test of time, there is need for it to have a working product or service it directly supports. This is what a lot of tokens are lacking today.
In my opinion, any token to be created should bring in something new. It must be a token that will add value to the society and not just for the purpose of trading it in exchanges and cashing out money.
If we actually want cryptocurrency to survive and appeal to the ordinary people, then we must create ONLY tokens relevant to the society's needs or solves at least a particular societal problem.
unfortunately only a few teams really prioritize that desire and we can't prohibit irrelevant projects, irrelevant projects will always appear if there is still demand therefore investor awareness is needed to kill plagiarism projects and projects that don't have products |

They launch their referral program few weeks ago. They decided to give away 100 IOST per referral and once you reach the level of 100 referrals then they gave 50,000 IOST as bonus.
I made over 100 referrals with all the precautions. Asking my friends, community, fellow colleagues and family to join under my link.
When the program ended they stated us to wait for the lock period of 30 days.
During this period they blocked my and many other accounts (as reported over the official telegram group).
When people asked for the support then straight away said that Your account can not be reviewed.
They have blocked thousands of accounts like that and showed that we did not follow the procedure or we have made some mistakes!
have you asked them to provide proof that blocked user accounts don't follow the rules? they must be able to prove it and not only provide classic reasons to block users |

I think every project done with their ico and listing on exchanges need to remember the holders the last stage price of their ice.
I observed that most investors complain about airdrop and bounty hunters, that they're the ones who dump the price always.
I think when the project team are about to announce the listing of their project on a particular exchange, if on twitter and Telegram they should attach a sentence like "Remember our ico price is $0.5"
I noticed that most airdrop and bounty hunters don't bother to know what the ico price was all they need is making something out of it.
What do you think guys?
I think it's not effective to avoid dump but it doesn't hurt to try, dump is not a mistake from bounty hunters or investors but it is a consequence for ICO projects that can't convince their community to hold their tokens, it's not easy but in fact there are many projects that can establish good relations with their communities and their tokens are not dumped when have debuted on the exchange |

I agree with you in many of them. The fact that they're under 1$ doesn't mean they are "cheap", you should see how many coins are and will be minted in total but, anyway, most of the coins you're mentioning have signs of being oversold. And about the tech you're right, I would choose ICX for the best technology because not only the idea is brilliant but they have a really great team to develop it and South Korean Government's backing  Anyone knows other top cryptos under $1 not mentioned in this thread? I think UTN is a potential coin under $1 that must be mentioned in this thread , it is an innovative new protocol and this project has an active community |

With many ICO's not selling so much of their tokens or not reaching the hard cap, many of these token's price always plummeted after entering the exchange. With the excess tokens that are not sold during the ICO are being burned, it is really possible that a fewer circulating supply of tokens will make it rarer thus it is more valuable? More valuable meaning pricier thus each holder of token will get more from what they bought? Or it is actually the opposite? What is your opinion about?

low circulating supply of tokens is good but that's not enough to make it rare, some important things must also be considered such as total supply of tokens and other things that can make it have high demand in the future |

Because most of ICOs are established on the Ethereum blockchain. There are some reasons behind it. One the major reason is the SMART CONTRACT feature which makes Ethereum blockchain best for ICOs.
I think that is not their main reason because smart contract is a feature that has been adopted by lots of blockchains today, they can use another blockchain for smart contracts if they only want it, in my view the main reason is the market, Ethereum has a big community and it can be a promising market for ICO projects to get contributions |
