Congrats on completing Round 2 of the pre sale!
I love the blockchain usage but not sure I understand how ParagonCoins will be used outside of the physical spaces. It says you will create a marketplace, but says you connect to dispensaries, so will it allow online transactions to buy cannabis? Would the buyer still have to go in person to pick it up?

Anyone else having trouble accessing their site? DDOS?
Hopefully everything comes back up soon - glad to see the high level of interest in this project.

https://medium.com/@kickico/how-they-tried-to-hack-our-ico-d348659dc4This blog post about the attempted hacks/phishing/DDOS of the ICO is very interesting. I love the insight from the CEO on what happened, what steps were taken to prevent and deal with issues, as well as a recap of what to do for future ICOs or ICO investors. These type of community interactions really give you a sense of the company. Love seeing this

Thank you for the link on the smart contract audit. Interesting information and reassuring to see not only that there were no major security issues but also that you are taking those steps necessary for your ICO.

Read the blog update that the 'hidden cap' will be reduced from 200k ETH (I agree with the reasoning you presented behind the reduction).
Will the updated cap be posted in that same blog or noted on the ICO page? Will it remain hidden? I saw that you will announce when it is close.. where should we monitor for that announcement?
Still debating about jumping in for a bit more, so I don't want to wait too long.

Love the strategy of building an app to make the whole process seamless. Although I am not fortunate enough to live in an area where cannabis is legal, I can imagine that there is a level of uncertainty for many people who need it medically and are concerned about social stigmas or processes when it comes to actually going out to get it.
I don't quite understand the extra need for the coworking spaces and physical buildings.. seems like a nice concept but is the only reason for it mostly to use the tokens for payments in person?
Other than those in-person payments, what are the tokens used for? I looked through the website and might have missed that piece of info.
Overall, great presentation (and nice celeb bonus) in an area that is obviously ripe for growth.

Lots of good stuff about this platform.. after more research I am happy to invest.
Clear vision, problem, and solution has been outlined in the white paper. It is an area that is logical for crypto (not just applying crypto to any random industry they can) and the initial product is already developed.
Improving ICOs is obviously very important to the long-term health of crypto and this takes a big step towards doing that (without needing to get governments involved!)
Looking forward to continuing to research and learn more (while considering upping my investment)

Congrats on reaching the primary goal -
Doing my research on this project now to look at investing. I greatly appreciate you have a product and clear vision. The team appears to be strong as well (continuing my research and working my way through the rest of the white paper)

Love the concept of Real Estate crowdfunding and combining with smart contracts is such a logical step forward. Nice job putting this together, it looks very promising.
Interested to see what sort of local real estate issues they face in different regions, but even if it is restricted, there is still a great opportunity to allow smaller investors from around the world invest in markets they otherwise would not have access to.
Will be keeping an eye on this project. Cheers

Read through quite a bit of the thread - looks like you are well-organized and prepared.
The demo is a major selling point here. Having a working product, especially in our current environment, shows you have put in an investment up front and explains clearly the goal of the project.
A couple questions/concerns for you - forgive me if I missed the answers:
1. Do you have LinkedIn profiles for your founders? Particularly interested in your marketing and sales team since coordination of agreements with gas stations, travel agencies, etc. is a large scale sales project.
2. I have seen you mentioned WiFi sharing as a large industry already, but this is an area that many users will be nervous about. Connecting to unknown networks or offering up your own network without having an understanding of how to properly set up security is putting not only the computers on the network at risk but also opening up your connection to potentially illegal activity. Why would a 'regular user' want to take that risk? When a regular person connects to public WiFi at a Starbucks (for example) they have a feeling of security due to the way those networks are configured.
Overall, the concept is nice and you have a demo which is a huge plus, but looking to understand how you are going to overcome security concerns to gain traction with a less technical userbase.

Competition can only be a good thing for this environment. The more innovators we have creating blockchain-based real world products, the better the end results will be.
Although there are a few similar projects, it is a solid plan and there can (and should) be more than 1 or 2 players.
Looking forward to seeing the development

Bought some EQT to hold and watch for the Q4 Public Release.. Interested to see where this goes

|
|
Buy some in smaller chunks before and after Aug 1 to cost average.. it reduces the potential for a huge jump in value but reduces your risk. If you set up an automatic investment (like on Coinbase) then you can just let it ride. Helps take the guesswork out of when to buy.
