Pwede nyo po ba akong matulungan kasi po na wala ko po ang aking sim card at pinalitan ko po yung password ko sa gmail at nalimutan ko po ito hindi ko na po ma access yung account ko dahil yung 2fa at email verification ay hindi ko po ma ibybypass.

Nag tanong na po ako sa coins.ph/support kung pwede ilipat ang verified email ko sa ace.satoshi1993@gmail.com pero wala pa po silang reply sa email ko gaano po ba katagal bago sila mag respond wala naman pong laman yung aking coins.ph php wallet at BTC wallet.

Hi po! Yung limits po ay per account Smiley Kindly note din po that coins.ph accounts are personal and non-transferable. Isa lamang ang pwedeng gumamit ng account. Also, our user agreement only allows one account per person. Hope this helps!

Thanks naman dito sa thread na to malaking tulong to lalo na sa mga na lolock ang account. Sana mabilis lang ang response dito. Kasi ito na yata ang pinaka convenient way para may makausap na opisyal sa coins ph.

Nako wala na sasagot dito na taga coins.ph sobrang bihira nila sumagot sito, nagpasikat lang yata ng konti yung pem dati at bigla na din nawala kaya mas maganda sa site or app na lang talaga kayo dumeretso
kaya nga e, parang kabute na biglang sulpot at bigla ding nawala. kaya ako di ako dito nagtatanong, direkta ako sa coins.ph mismo, para madaling ma-resolba pag may problema ako, di sila gaanong active dito.

Parang may sinabi ata si pem na hindi kasi pang support itong thread kundi discussion lang kaya kung meron kang mga problema dapat mag chat ka nalang sa mismong chat support nila. Meron naman yun mapa APP ang gamit mo o di kaya desktop browser. Kanina lang nag patulong ako kasi wala yung 16 digit ng EGC cash out ko at natuwa ako kahit matagal nag reply kasi kumpleto ng steps yung binigay sakin at gumana yung tinuro sakin.

Sana magkaroon na sila ng sarili nilang call center na call o chat support para mas mabilis response.

Yes pwede pong BDO online or over the counter kaya lang via dragonpay po ito. Ang nakalagay sa app nila within 24 hours kaya hindi instant. Kung gusto mo nang instant pwede naman sa 7/11, cebuana lhuillier, m lhuillier or Gcash. Mas accesible naman sila at mas marami ding baranches sa BDO kaya pilii ka na lang sa isa sa mga yan. Chineck ko din kanina, Maintenance daw ang dragonpay kaya hindi muna advisable sa ngayon na gumamit ng banking cash ins

sir baka pede nyo pong ireconsider kasi di maverify yung account ko ang kaso the details is already been used by other account.
nahack po kasi yung verified account ko at nawalan ako ng access dun ang findings ng support pinalitan ng email add at after two months po ng nareport ko naresolve po yung case dinelete na po ng support yung account .
ang problema ko po yung account na ginagamit ko ngayun ay di na makapasa sa level two verification kaya ang ginagawa ko na lang ipinapasa ko ang mga kinita ko sa bitcoin/ethereum sa account ng kapatid ko at kinacashout nya naman through cebuana sa name ko, very hassle po kasi nakikiusao pko sa kapatid ko at nalalaman nya tuloy kung magkano ang perang kinikita ko.

Pero, we will allow users na gustong iclaim ang Bitcoin gold nila to claim their funds and send them to an external Bitcoin Gold wallet address. It seems na nagcacashin po kayo directly to your btc wallet. Currently, disabled ang option na ito. You can cash in to your peso wallet via any of our Unionbank option para may 100% fee rebate kayo. Once na natanggap na ninyo ang funds sa peso wallet, you can convert that to btc.

Nabasa ko last time na pwede mg create ng account yung below 18 basta me consent ng magulang.. kumbaga kahit student ID lang gamitin pwede?
Sa pagkakaalam ko hindi pa pwede ang student ID pwede ka naman kumuha ng brgy. clearnce ska un ang isend mu sa kanila o kaya ung postal id pwede ata makakuha un accepted un sa coinsph kaso may kamahalan nga lang un nsa 400 ata di ako sure.

- Passport
- DSWD Certificate
- School ID + Birth Certificate

Then submit an accomplished Parental Consent Form. Matatanggap ang consent form through email pagkatapos i-fill up ang ID Verification form.

Share ko lang experience ko..di pa naman final since 4 days palang at 2 chat message palang..pero kinakabahan nako ako kasi walang response totally mula chat at mukhang mawawala ung $140+ o 7000+ php ng ganun nalang...Ang scenario kc ang sabi ng Coins.ph inistop na nila ung VCC kasi ung provider di na magaaccept ng VCC sa labas ng europe at ang pangako ng Coins.ph na ibabalik nila sa PHP wallet ang lahat ng pera nasa VCC sa Octuber 1 pero October 4 na wala padin at kailangan ko ung pera...medyo abala nadin kasi..

Panu magsend ng ticket sa Coins.ph meron ba sila now? Di ko kasi sila matawagan kasi asa Dubai ako.

Kayo may VCC sa Coins.ph may same experience din b kyo ganito now?  Undecided

Just want to share with you guys a terrible experience of a friend of mine who also use Coins.ph. He has an available balance 500,000 pesos in his PhP wallet. My friend received an email from Coins.ph stating that they cannot continue to support him on their platform. Coins.ph did not elaborate the exact reason. My friend now wants to cashout all his money but Coins.ph wants a notarized request for account termination and withdrawal of funds plus valid ids. So if you guys plan to keep you money Coins.ph, think about it, as this may happen to you. I have a screen shot of the email that Coins.ph sent to my friend and I asked his permission to post his negative experience with this company.

Typically we disable online cash-outs for accounts when we suspect that the account was involved in fraud, or other activity that violates our terms of service (gambling, illegal investment scheme, etc). Another common reason is if we are concerned an account is subject to unauthorized access.

As mentioned, your friend can still cash-out the funds by submitting a written request.  The reason for this is that we need to document that they requested for the funds to be taken out of the account, and ensure we are sending the funds to the rightful owner.

Kung underage ka pa sir ay baka hindi ka nila priority kaya ang tagal bago maverify ang account mo. Pero pwede ka namang maverify pero sa patents ang gagamitin mo ganun din naman yun eh hiramin mo lang iD at paselfie ka sa kanila may mga gumagawa niyan yung mga under age kaya nakakacashout sila kay coins.ph . Hindi naman masama kung sa magulang mo gamitin mo kamag anak mo naman yun eh.

Hi... Using coins.ph website, is there a way para mag automatically log out when closing the website? Or let's say may certain time na inactive, like sa mga online banking accounts?

Minsan kasi naco-close ko ang website without signing out, and then kahit after a day pa bago ako ulet mag bukas, still, signed in pa din ako.
Wala ata silang ganong feature sa ngayon. Pero mas mabuting sa app ka nalang magsign-in kasi everytime na umaalis ka, nalolock sya at kailangan mo ilagay ang pin mo everytime ioopen mo. PIN lang kailangan, wala ng sign-in credentials like email at password di gaya sa website, just in case you don't know.
Pero, to be safe, logout mo everytime aalis ka.

Mukha ngang wala pa. Pero sana magkaroon, for security ng accounts naten. Yes, nag oopen din ako sa sa app nila, mas prefer ko nga sya actually, pero pag office hours kasi sa desktop ako nakakapag open. Ganun na nga lang, i-a-assure ko n nalog out ko.. Thank you 😊

Pero kung di mo pa din maiwasan na sa website magbukas ng iyong coins.ph wallet, dun ka magopen ng coins sa incognito mode. Nasubukan ko na magbukas in incognito mode kapag nagclose ka ng website automatic sign out yun. Pero better pa din sa android phones kasi pwede mong ilock at the same time madali lang mag log out.

may problema ata yung pag bili ng load sa coins.ph wallet nag try din kase ako bumili ng load kahapon pa pero ayawpumasok yung load at na rerefund lang yung balance sa coins wallet ko until now ganun padin , baka naman maintenance pa ngayon yung buy load service nila?  di ko pa na try mag tanong sa costumer support nila.

Nag Email ako sa coins.ph kanina lang and yes meron sila problema sa connection ngayon sa service provider nila at kasalukuyan inaayos kaya iilan lang na transactions ang napaprocess nila kaya yung ibang bumibili ng load na rerefund sa peso wallet nila yung binayad nila. Wait nyo lang mag uupdate daw sila pag pag pwede na ulit gamitin.
Pero, parang sa globe at tm lang yata ang problema kasi nakakapagload naman ako sa smart. Kahapon nagload ako ng globe, ayaw pumasaok, tapos kanina ulit, ayaw din. Pero nung smart na niloadan ko, okay naman sya, pumasok naman.
