21  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: InflationCoin - IFLT - 80% PoS Year II - Yobit - Alipay - LocalBitcoins on: May 02, 2018, 12:57:45 PM
I love this coin and added it to my list of high staking, low entry coins.  It stakes great.  Sadly, it's going through Cryptopia limbo right now, but I guess the Yobit withdraws are working fine.
Cryptopia should be working fine as well
22  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Growers International $GRWI - Membership Platform & Cultivation Utility on: May 01, 2018, 04:47:24 AM
So I would like to clear something up really quick based on some of your comments...

Being a GRWI token holder does not mean you are a shareholder in GRWI. The GRWI token is a utility token to be used on the platforms we are building and because of that, there is no single promise of any returns, performance or dividends. This is not the stock market and our tokens are not securities. Holders are not shareholders.

If you truly want to help build value and a community then the way to do it would be to be active in the community, ask questions and provide support.

Thanks for being with us!

I cross my stock and crypto lingo sometimes, and I actually have more respect for you for catching it and saying something. When I use stock terminology such as shareholder in crypto, I don't mean it as a security. The meaning behind my statement is that I am a holder of a portion / share of the valuation of GRWI by holding, purchasing, and or utilizing GRWI tokens. Because I hodl, purchase, or utilize GRWI tokens I have a stake / investment in which I still have an expectation of some sort of neutral or positive return on my utilization. Just as is the case with the US dollar, as fiat is similar to a utility token.

Hey Legion, I mean if you agree that we have hit all of our roadmap targets and you give us credit for our progress... how is that not caring about token holder value?

The price of the coin reflects a no hype approach to development. Under promise and over deliver. We just released the updated whitepaper/roadmap and are going through a process of a swap to being able to utilize all of the smart contracts required for the upcoming platform.. When the market sees the amount of time, effort and development we have put into the project, the price of the token will correlate correctly.

Additionally, we are developing a "grow sim" type game to test different growth strategies which was never part of our initial sales pitch during the ICO... and yet additionally again we developed the first ever "eStakes" mechanism that functions similarly to traditional Proof-of-stake systems without inflating outstanding coin supply.

Instead of marketing some of these developments and hyping up the coin price just for the short term, we are waiting until we have a functional and tested product to roll out to you guys. We want to actually deliver something to token holders as opposed to vaporware promises like the majority of this crypto-space has become.

Please feel free to always voice your opinions here. They will not be moderated regardless of how negative they are, if they are negative. I am passionate about crypto and the things we are doing, so if I come off as defensive thats the only reason haha but I will be happy to break down additional developments and our strategies if you want. Please just always reach out and ask and I will be happy to answer the best I can.

There is a difference between successful growth and development and maintenance of shareholder value. Let's take HEMP Inc for example. This is a budding company with huge growth potential that has only seen the occasional pump and dump. Although they are staged to be a leader in the hemp and CBD industries, they are lagging behind in shareholder value. This is because of widespread dilution in the shares of the company. Now I've personally met with Bruce Perlowin CEO of Hemp Inc, and I do believe that one day the dilution will end, but it will likely be because of a 100:1 reverse split or something of that nature unfortunately. Which in all honesty doesn't help the common shareholder.

Let's get real for a moment though, has GRWI maintained value in any way? yes the fiat value of GRWI has rarely dipped below ICO price. but the ICO was in BTC at 20k satoshis, fluctuating during ICO from about $.85-1.05. This from a minimalist understanding of the market is appealing, but when I say maintaining shareholder value I mean the currency that the ICO was in, in this case BTC which has seen substantial falls (at times when the rest the market faired ok) of 60-70% or more of the satoshi price. By my calculation and current market value, GRWI is sitting about $1 USD below what it should be if shareholder value had been maintained rather than diluted. with a current price of about $.84 on cryptopia or 9139 satoshi. This equates to over 50% loss in shareholder value GRWI - BTC. That's not a very promising outlook from my stock and crypto knowledge.

I've noticed that GRWI isn't big into marketing and hyped up claims, and I respect that, what I don't respect is the blind look at value. Dr Charles I reiterate that I want the GRWI to prove my evaluation to be too early and make me wrong in what I see. But I also want investors to assess the risk vs reward with proper information.

I appreciate that you are willing to discuss this without moderation. As we are both very passionate about Crypto, and I will continue to HODL my GRWI bags as  I know even if the project fails and the team exit scams, that I am good enough at what I do that I will recoup my investment. I mean i watched myself take $1k turn it into $12k and deplete it back down to 900$ when I was first learning. I won't mention what I sit on now, but I am playing on house money these days, and I am much more educated now than I was when I started. Once you're making the money it's easier to continue making it. My investments have become wiser over time, and my success ratio has greatly increased. My latest take was on Bitcoin Services Inc. Oh how I love being able to arbitrage stocks that's charts correlate to crypto Wink Saw BTC falling in the late evening hours and placed my sell order prior to market open.

Honestly I do wish the team the best of luck, I just would like to see satoshi value maintained better than it has been.
24  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Growers International $GRWI - Membership Platform & Cultivation Utility on: April 27, 2018, 01:47:51 PM
I'm not upset, I'm well within the right direction on my widening investments. But I am concerned that shareholder value is of no concern to the team at GRWI. Not once did I put the roadmap and reaching those targets into question for GRWI, and yes I will give the team credit for their progress their, however a company that doesn't concern themselves with hodler value will fail in the end. I come from a background of trading penny stocks, and I caught the green rush in 2012 and 2014. Due to my educated picks, I have had holdings in many of the more profitable pot stocks at some of their lowest prices including MCIG, MJNA (how many remember it at $.02), ACBFF, THCBF , TWMJF (less than $2 familiar?), CBIS, and more. I was watching GWPH when it was $1.40 a share. Cryptocurrency is a huge opportunity for the budding industry, and as an advocate, I guess I just expected better from GRWI. I'm not here to bash you guys or spread FUD, I'm just pointing out some facts that are concerning to me and which I feel other investors should be aware of prior to making a decision. I would rather someone choose to buy on an educated decision than a whim. I'd like the team to prove my latest assessment wrong.
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Growers International $GRWI - Membership Platform & Cultivation Utility on: April 27, 2018, 01:18:19 PM
It was announced here that GRWI was partnering with Paragon. Of course I'm aware that the whole market has been in a downtrend for the last few months, but GRWI has rarely seen it's ICO price in Satoshi since the ICO, It would qualify as a lesser performer in the group of successful ICOs . In fact GRWI is closing in on historical lows since ICO in both Satoshi and USD. DopeCoin, PotCoin, CannabisCoin, HempCoin (THC), and CannaCoin have all outperformed GRWI, since inception both in growth and maintenance of value. It doesn't take a genius to look at a chart and see this. GRWI had the better framework, but is giving all of that up to swap to an ERC20 token, and in the span of my first comment to now, GRWI is down another 1489 satoshi dropping to 7204.
DPOS was a nice concept, but the coin is dying since harvest, the buds never flourished, and daily trading volume has been decreasing since inception. If you don't like me calling you out then let's see the true potential of the team.

Oh and if my facts aren't enough to show how far off the path GRWI currently is...I hold enough coins that I could drop the price of GRWI another 20% in a single sell, and I'm no whale.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] | PARAGON | Revolutionizing the Cannabis Industry | on: April 27, 2018, 10:10:14 AM
Paragon have 12 good partnerships, like Chronobank.io and Icopromo and Iota, you can see all the other on their website !

Paragon is a shitcoin with a shady history and a class action lawsuit...they clearly bring down coins that they partner up with, like GRWI
27  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] Growers International $GRWI - Membership Platform & Cultivation Utility on: April 27, 2018, 10:08:30 AM
I had so much hope for GRWI, but the move from their own chain to an ERC20 token is a disaster at the end of the day, and the constant trend under ICO price is utterly disappointing, I should have jumped ship the moment you got on board with Paragon, but I blindly waited in hopes that it wouldn't be all bad. Guess I've been wrong as the price continues to dip further below ICO. 8693 Satoshi at the time of posting on Cryptopia, ICO on Cryptopia 20,000 Satoshi. Great job losing value team...

Publisher techbullion.com is slated to write an article about InflationCoin next week, stay tuned for more!  Cool

Look forward to this, and the future of InflationCoin. So much potential, and so undervalued. I will gladly let my holdings continue to stake.

31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Altcoin Discussion / Re: Altcoins that will make you RICH in 2018! on: April 15, 2018, 11:58:39 AM
IFLT - InflationCoin (very undervalued)
Verge (Growth potential)
XRP (Market viable / Use Case)
DragonChain (up and comer)
MANNA (Universal Basic Income Distribution)
QRL (Quantum Resistance - AKA the future Bitcoin)
GRWI (Cannabis Industry - Seed to Sale)
ETN - Electroneum (Daily Purchases)
STQ - Storiqa (Utility Token for Amazon like market)
BOS - BosCoin (random pick)

There's a lot more I would add to the list, but these are some of my personal favorites, not necessarily 2018, but 2018-2020. And yes I do hold some of them, but not all of them.

What exactly is the token migration, and if I don't do it do my QRL tokens become worthless?
33  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MANNA] Manna: Universal Basic Income + Blockchain on: April 10, 2018, 01:30:54 PM

The best advertising, this is a working product and favorable conditions. I hope developers will please us with this wish you good luck Devs.

Based on what I have seen from grantcoin and the merge to Manna, and the dev team including Brandon Venetta, this coin has a very bright future with an astounding amount of potential, slow stable, and steady growth, an expanding community, and consistent forward progress. I have watched the members grow over 4x since I got in on this project.
34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][MANNA] Manna: Universal Basic Income + Blockchain on: March 29, 2018, 10:35:40 AM
Dear Sir,

I just know that i have a lot of Grantcoin in bittrex. And tomorrow bittrex will delete grantcoin wallet. i want to withdraw it to southexchange, however as i know grantcoin already change to manna. What should i do?? I just sent my balance from bittrex to southxchange. but it seems not working. PLEASE HELP ME!!

Guaranteed workaround would be to download the grantcoin wallet prior to manna launch and send coins to grantcoin desktop wallet. From there download the manna wallet and transfer the wallet.dat from grantcoin to manna, and your wallet should update automatically. I'm not sure if sending directly to manna wallet would work from the exchange.

Wow, looking more and more like Storiqa was a flop....guaranteed buy back shop rate at 10x what it has been trading at...if it doesn't come up soon, that rate will never be seen.

As legion_miracle mentioned, many extraordinarily wealthy and/or well-known individuals are openly supporting UBI. While the early-adopters are forward-thinking and altruistic, other extremely wealthy individuals will eventually realize that an ever increasing wealth disparity between the ultra-rich and everyone else is not indefinitely sustainable. History has proven time and time again, that large numbers of people who are hungry, oppressed, exploited, and feel that they have nothing left to lose will eventually rebel. The rich are often targeted and their families attacked and forced to flee or are killed, and their homes looted and ransacked when those rebellions occur. From a practical standpoint, even those who currently despise the thought of “handouts” (UBI) - it is much easier to placate the masses with basic income than face future rebellions that may end in violent overthrow. In short, UBI helps keep people relatively happy, fed, clothed and housed, which in-turn allows the very rich to remain in power and enjoy their lifestyle without the threat of civil unrest.

Additionally, there are already small UBI experiments either underway or planned. The Finnish government randomly selected 2,000 unemployed Finns from across the country for a trial testing universal basic income. It started in January of 2017 and will run through the end of 2018. Many news outlets are tracking the successes and failures. I am confident that many other governments are closely watching as well.

If it can be shown that people can attain higher education, or start new businesses, or simply become less stressed or less prone to violence while receiving UBI then that will provide another big boost.  Challenges and growing pains will certainly arise out of the UBI movement, and adoption will come much sooner in some countries than in others, but when implemented correctly it seems the best solution for many of the people-related challenges we face globally.

Thanks, both of you guys brought up some interesting points and i actually had no idea how many powerful people actually support the UBI model.  Blockchain is in fact a perfect technology for this, on that I most certainly agree.  I suppose my next question would have to be, why MANNA? and why not some other project with bigger backing?  What's to stop Zuckerberg creating his own blockchain based UBI?  Manna may be the first mover on this, but realistically if anyone that powerful moves in, Manna would be almost automatically 2nd to it.

Also is there a place where I can speak to the people behind MANNA anywhere?

Why Manna? Well the obvious first answer would be that they are a first mover as you have mentioned, but I don't think this is by any stretch the best answer. The rebranding from Grantcoin to Manna was a big move that in my opinion was very well done, and looks amazing. However i think the biggest factor that puts Manna as a frontrunner is the continual growth. If you look at the Grantcoin / Manna history you will see a steady growth in use, value and registrations. The last couple cycles for Manna distribution have seen over 20,000 participants. This I believe places Manna as one of, if not the largest UBI platform to date. On top of that, Manna is not restricted to a small region as other UBI social experiments have been, giving them a heads up advantage of data on a more global scale.

I'm not saying that Manna will be the frontrunner, but they are certainly positioned well to achieve it. I strongly believe in the platform, and the development team. I have personally had the opportunity to speak with Brandon Venetta, and I could tell there was some true passion for success from the Manna team.

Storiqa listed on CoinMarketCap...however, this doesn't look good, wondering if when they showed a shop buyback rate of $0.03 USD, if they forgot a zero...current market price is $0.00261 according to CMC....hope this one shines it's true light and starts swinging. Let's hope for a better exchange listing soon.
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: InflationCoin - IFLT - 80% PoS Year II - Yobit - Alipay - LocalBitcoins on: March 14, 2018, 11:52:24 AM
Good to see how few things for this coin is coming along. I have been staking this coin for couple of months now and must admit that it has been a smooth journey so far. I have had no issues at all and have been staking with any hiccups. I would say that if everyone holds their coin and less coins are available in the market, this will affect the price in a positive manner and we all can benefit from it. Would also love to see some new improvement plans and roadmaps to take this to next level.

Do we have an active Dev around this project?

Yes, DarkStar is rather active on this project, although Discord is more active than here.
40  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: InflationCoin - IFLT - 80% PoS Year II - Yobit - Alipay - LocalBitcoins on: March 13, 2018, 11:41:36 AM
Hi,
I am new to inflation coin. I have been staking about 5 million coins since 26 Feb 2018, and still no reward. It shows reward due in about 18hrs - it has been around the 18 to24hrs area for 3 days. However, It sometimes goes to 1 day or 2 days.

Is it normal to wait so long for the first stake reward? Can someone give more info regarding staking times? Thanks

The more coins you hold staking, the more frequent the rewards. The estimated time to stake in all staking wallets that I have seen or used is completely inaccurate, and should never be followed. I know I get reasonable frequency on my holdings.
