Между заемщиком и платформой будет заключен электронный договор, свидетельствующий о том, что заемщик осознано берет заём. При этом договора будут различаться в зависимости от юрисдикции заемщика, условий работы арбитражей в данной юрисдикции.
Поверьте, не все заемщики берут кредит с целью его не возврата. Для этого и создана система рейтинга на платформе, который и будет определенным индикатором надежности и порядочности заемщика.
При инвестировании в определенную кредитную заявку инвестор всегда видит юрисдикцию и наличие партнеров-арбитражей платформы в данной юрисдикции. Инвестор сам принимает решение, инвестировать в какую-либо заявку или нет.
Немного о тактике процесса. В случае наступления просрочки, инвесторам возмещается определенный процент покрытия неоплаченного тела кредита. Далее платформа работает с арбитражами, арбитражи, в свою очередь, работают с недобросовестным заемщиком в рамках законодательства юрисдикции заемщика.
Инвестор частично защищен страховым фондом. Не бывает инвестиций без риска.
Платформа защищает себя формированием страхового фонда от каждого выданного кредита на платформе + работа с арбитражами.

Заемщик не защищен от колебания курса. Каждый заемщик, принимая решение о получение кредита, действует осознано и понимает все риски, в том числе и риск изменения валютных курсов. Для этого на платформе представлены несколько валют, как фиатных, так и крипто.
