How much can I stake with 5,000 coins?

The price of the coin has been fluctuating a lot lately. What is the point of staking if the daily price variation is higher than monthly profits? Maybe this works only for long time holders. Has anybody really made significant profits out of NETKO?

How come NTRN is not listed at chainz.crypto? We need to check the coin's wealth distribution (rich list).

For all the tech people in here. I have compiled the netkod daemon from source (command line version of the wallet), and successfully started it. I intend to use it on a headless server. However, when I issue --help, many of the commands available on the qt-wallet version are not listed, including the "get" and "send" family of commands. This is really bugging me, since it seems I'll not be able to send payments from may headless server wallet, making it totally unusable.
Also, when I issue ./netkod <command>, I either get a blank line, or the following message: Error: Cannot obtain a lock on data directory /home/pi/.netko. Netko is probably already running.
However, I cannot seem to find netkod in the running tasks list (and therefore cannot stop it).
Can someone please help me?

I know this thread is old, but could somebody enlighten me on the usage of a flashdrive to avoid sd card corruption on the pi? To me, it seems the flashdrive would be equally corrupted by the successive overwrites. Am I missing something here?

Greedyjohn, I truly appreciate your help. However, I'm afraid that link does not work, since the invitee's email need to be previously registered at Slack by the icashcoin team.

Hi, greedyjohn, I have PMed you about a slack invite. Hope to be hearing from you!

Thanks for the input, btcstakes. I have already contacted jcksteve, but still no response. Perhaps he is too busy working on the transition. That surely must demand a lot of work. Will also try to reach greddyjohn then.

Just opened my outbox to find the message attached to my slack invite request:
!!! WARNING: This user is a newbie. If you are expecting a message from a more veteran member, then this is an imposter !!!
Is this bitcointalk.org standard procedure? IMHO, this is really unfair towards newcomers. Why would it be forbidden for a newbie to send a PM message at all? The reason I want to join the slack group is that there seems to be a lack of information here regarding the new icash network, and further details on the transition. In essence, I really want to learn more about icash and be part of its growing community, but if I'm not allowed to, so be it. Maybe I can post my questions here, in hope someone answers it. But, like I just said, there hasn't been much lively activity lately herein.
So, if someone knows of an alternate way to be join the slack community, please let me know. I have tried to follow the public link at icashofficial.com, but unfortunately it has already expired.
