21  Other / Off-topic / Re: What are some disadvantages of BTC? on: October 28, 2017, 10:36:09 AM
We all know the advantages of BTC, but what are some of the disadvantages??

The advantages of bitcoin are also its disadvantages depending on the current situation of the market. Here are some of disadvantages of using bitcoin today:

1. The volatility of bitcoin is a double-edged sword, very unpredictable in its price and might result to a profit/loss on an individual;
2. Its limited supply of 21 million in the market;
3. Some counties ban the usage of bitcoin, resulting to a decrease on potential investors;
4. There are many external factors that can affect its price like the banning of ICOs in China; and
5. Its decentralized nature makes it as a perfect medium under the dark web for illegal transactions.

Those are some of my opinions regarding its disadvantages but the advantages of using bitcoin in the community supersede all of those what I stated. There may be some drawbacks from transacting bitcoin but let us not forget its endless opportunities in the community.
I agree on all what you said. It’s volatility is also disadvantage because when the price goes down it can make our money loses. And also for me, bitcoin cannot access without an internet so It is disadvantage for me and for the people who can’t buy computer or cellphone  to use on bitcoin.
22  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: When will banks start a war against bitcoin on: October 28, 2017, 10:25:03 AM
I know we are still at a start of cryptocurrencies, but bitcoin is growing with lightning speed right now and some banks already see it as a potential threat.
There has been a lot of accusations form banks, that bitcoin is perfect for money laundering and is used for supporting crime.
I think they can do a lot of harm to bitcoin market and they will eventually start with harsh campaign against it.
Do you think it will happen and when?

I think the bank will start a war against bitcoin when the people who save money on bank are continuously decreasing and turning to bitcoin. The bank will surely improve their system to match the needs of people and to make sure the security of others money. Or they will think of something that they can also get benefits
23  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Why Cash is better than Bitcoin. on: October 28, 2017, 09:06:50 AM
What are the reasons, why people use Cash or Credit Cards / ATM / Banks?

* Work offline 100%
* No fees.
* Accepted for Food Shopping & Micropayments
* 0 confermations time
* 0 exchange risks
* anyone is able to understanding of the value of payment

Either bitcoin or cash is better to use. When you want to save money and want a big profit, it is better to use bitcoin because bitcoin price fluctuates and it always increases. And if you are going to spend your money it is better to use cash because it doesn’t need confirmation when buying something. It is easy to use and not all store accepts bitcoin as term of payment.
24  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Should I invest In Bitcoin? on: October 28, 2017, 08:51:48 AM
Should I Invest In Bitcoin?
Only you can answer that but If I were you, I will invest on bitcoin because there is a big posibilty of a bigger return if you invest in bitcoin because the price of bitcoin is getting bigger and I am hoping its price will exceed than my expectation. But consider the factors on investing like the right timing and try to read and search more about investing because on as far as I know it has a big risk on investing.
25  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What to do with the people who don't like Bitcoin? on: October 28, 2017, 08:41:49 AM
What would you do when you're talking to someone but then he suddenly talks about his hatred on Bitcoin, what would you react to it?

I've never actually experienced anything like this before, I just want to be prepared when it happened to me.
I don’t encounter someone like that but I think I’ll hear him out. Hear them on why they hate it and advise him what to do or correct him/her. But if they still don’t want bitcoin then let them be. We can’t force them to like what they don’t want. Give them time to think and realize what that great opportunity they are missing.
26  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: What impresses you the most about Bitcoin? on: October 01, 2017, 02:54:47 PM
Bitcoin is really impressive. It is decentralized and no other people manipulate it. Though the transaction is transparent the user is still anonymous and Bitcoin can keep it that way and protect the privacy of the user. It can make someone get well off from their life because bitcoin can help us earn. It’s hchanjge in price is unpredictable also that also impresses me.
27  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin money? on: October 01, 2017, 02:42:56 PM
Yes, bitcoin is money. It is a type of currency. Anything you use for saving, spending, earning and exchange is money. It is a digital currency which can change the world's view in using money. Some uses of money that bitcoin do is; it can enable you to buy online products, spend, gamble and many more.
Yes, I agree with you. Bitcoin is money because it can be used to sell, or buy goods and services trough online. It is a digital currency. It can also be used as a term of payment on other businesses. In other country there is a hotel that accept bitcoin as payment. And other people are converting their bitcoins to cash to purchase things.
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Reasons why now is the time to invest in Bitcoin on: October 01, 2017, 02:34:11 PM
It would seem that Bitcoin is a volatile object of mystery, but the reality is that it (blockchain) is brand new technology that is already disrupting how we give and receive money across the globe. I can see the potential, yet also understand the risks.

Why do you think now a good time to invest in Bitcoin?
It is because bitcoin has the big potential to grow and be higher in the future. It has a bright future and the bitcoin price is growing so when you start investing now it can grow so much in a matter of time. And if you invest bitcoin now, you can be sure that you will gain big because theres nothing can stop the popularity of bitcoin and it’s price is growing even it dips down it still goes up more than it's last price. Many country has already accepting bitcoin legally so it is better to invest now.

30  Economy / Economics / Re: Best way for steady income on: September 22, 2017, 05:29:57 AM
I think the best way is to continue joining on different signature campaigns. Though it takes a month, the payment is worth it. And also there are campaigns that pays weekly so you can join there. Just continue posting a constructive post regularly.
Or find another source of income rather than bitcoin.

31  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do when prices are falling on: September 22, 2017, 04:46:31 AM
Hello. I have a folio of BTC, ETH, NEO and some alts. I've been watching at Bitcoin since 2015 but bought only at this summer (and the last move was quite bad, I bought some BTC for $4600). I try to study, watch vids, read forum and twitters. Chris Dunn has a vid on the topic but nothing really specific. I'm interested in some ideas about what to do when prices are falling.  Sell alts and hold bitcoin? Short? (and if yes, so the next question is how to learn how to short?).
I think it is better to do nothing when that happens, just hold.  There’s no need to panic because falling of the price really happens but every time it fall it rise up again as always. And when it rise up again then decide if you are going to sell it.
32  Economy / Economics / Re: How long could bitcoin last? on: September 21, 2017, 03:15:15 PM
No one knows when bitcoin will last.  And it will not crash to the extent that will make the bitcoin end. Though there are many hindrances that are keep on happening and because of the increasing number of users, bitcoin still manages to survive and be on top. Bitcoin existence is good and beneficial  for everyone so it will not be last easily.it will take a long time to end.
33  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin is Becoming a Global Currency on: September 21, 2017, 10:18:27 AM
It has a possibility to happen. We know that bitcoin is at the top on all currencies. And the people that are accepting are still increasing and its value is continuously growing. Though it will face many challenges and hindrances in the future but still I think it will be world currency, it will only takes time to happen.
34  Economy / Economics / Re: Money above all things, Yes or no ? on: September 21, 2017, 10:01:56 AM
I can see that people nowadays are busy searching on money and everything depends on money. People nowadays never go to church just because they would rather earn money rather than praise God. Others do not pay respect to elders  because they earn money for them or richer than them. Well for you, is money above all things ?
Money is not above all things. Although money can change everyone. You are saying that money is not above you, it can be shown on you actions. People can do bad things that they really don’t want to do because of money.  All people need money to live. But money should be only second to god. God created everything. Surviving every day is because we have God that helps us.
35  Other / Off-topic / Re: Young people should go all in on bitcoin on: September 21, 2017, 09:51:35 AM
Forget about everything else and just put everything on bitcoin. You are living with your parents, they pay everything for you, you got nothing to lose. If I was living with my parents, I would save everything and buy bitcoin monthly. If BTC doesn't keep rising you can still reach the 21 BTC holder group, then save this and retire in 10 years when the price makes you a millionaire.

Go all in on regret later. You are on a privileged position to profit from high risk high reward moves. No risk no win, and BTC is the best long term high risk bet.
I can do that but if I go all in bitcoin I think it is not a good idea for me because I am still studying. When I’m going all in bitcoin I should learn and practice more time management because I can’t risk my future because of bitcoin. It can surely help me in my financial needs for the expenses on school on the things that I can provide myself and not from my parent.
36  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin can not replace fiat on: September 21, 2017, 09:25:34 AM
Yes, it cannot replace fiat money because nowadays people are still using fiat money rather than bitcoin even though the bitcoin is already popular on many country. Still many people are not adjusted to bitcoin because when buying a foods or materials it is still easy to use fiat than to transact online with just small fees to pay. And also a kid or  old person prefer fiat than bitcoin.
37  Economy / Economics / Re: bitcoin provide income on line? on: September 21, 2017, 08:55:32 AM
many of my friends did not work but a lot of money away was great when compared, to me that is still working in the factory, I was confused from where producer obtained from bitcoin?
People can provide income online, and one is bitcoin. To earn it you can work on a signature campaign or translation etc. It is a good source of extra income and you can work here in bitcoin and you can have a stable job also because it cannot get in your way because in bitcoin you  are free on what time you are going to work.

So ayun nga nagtanong ako tapos sabi nya magsign in ako sa bitcointalk.org. Malaki ang naitulong nito sa maraming tao ayun sa mga nababasa ko sa mga threads kaya naenganyo ako sumali.
40  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you set up limits for yourself? on: September 13, 2017, 04:11:36 PM
Hi guys!
We all know that gambling is not only a fun but also potential danger. So are you limiting yourself somehow when gambling? DO you use casino's instruments to prevent you spending more money?
Or do you just limit yourself by setting a certain amount of money to spend? Or you don't limit yourself at all?
Thanks for sharing!
Cheers,
Yours OshiHugo, Oshi.io CM
Yes, we all know that gambling really has a potential danger and every time we do gambling it always has a big risk regarding your money. It is better to set up limits like how much to spend, or how much time to spend and only what day to gamble.
