How do i set power draw on different asic models of the same algoritm? For example S9, S11, S17?

Hi, im missing two payments Ignition coin, acording to You those were paid over 20h ago, nothin on blockchain or wallet, my wallet - idf5aKbCTZKEQLq5yXLTjkeEeYWAGTm6Zo and still didnt get coins after about one month on mZoyTj1JzyaJ1g2qWB1Bgsei6ApuVukQUg

this time i got this erroe on miner that i already run script before:
Undefined errors occured fetching voltage settings from miner: sh: /config/sv: Permission denied
Aborting.
|
|
|
And how do i run script on multiple L3's at the same time ? :>
|
|
|
Well that updated version works every time exactly 15mins to the second. Then it suddenly stops.
|
|
|
.. Thanks for testing the script and reporting back. Never seen that error here. But I see that we're trying to sleep a negative number of seconds because your ssh connection take longer than 15s each, which makes the computer say "No" in a very Little Brittain like manner. Will work around this and push an update later today and post here when it is fixed. I guess that's the reason it never finishes and therefor never really does its job of lowering the voltage. Have you ever seen it finishing with lines like the following or does it always drop out with an error? ... = Running since: 8495s, now sleeping for 24.4s = Finished tuning, miner stable AFAICS
Well, yes it finished once or twice after 40mins or so, but there still was zero HW's and way more to go with undervolting. Most of times tho it stops after one pass - about 10-15mins. I just took very old laptop not used in long time, installed ubuntu and pluged it to local network seemed best idea at the time since i got windows on pc First, the problem with negative sleep is fixed in the current github version, please update and see if it goes away for you. Regarding the problem of not getting undervolted enough, could you pm me the contents of one or two report files the tool generates when finished? I am aware the mechanism for finding the sweet spot voltage-wise is far from perfect yet, but in my tests I always got very accurate results, meaning it improved my manual tuning by a lot. Will test it more in couple hours after i get back home and will send You some logs

Scrypt starts to work, but it finishes randomly testing - sometimes after 10mins or bit more, even if there is room for undervolt for example with zero HW. And sometime it does this:

The whole point of an ASIC is that it is built to do a very specific set of functions/calculations. They are much simpler than other chips such as a GPU or a CPU, and you can't change how it works by using a modified program/tool.
Mining ASICs are basically just a very powerful and very specific calculators.
read with understanding, the guy above says "what if those are gpu based"

Hi, is it posible to set more than 3 default pools for antminer? If i put pool group it works untill unit resets, then only 3 default are left. And for profit switcher would be nice to have more. Cheers

I have mined on poolmin.com, that time 40Ths pool hs, many block found, now not enough hs to find block, let join the pool all miners
Thank you now the fee is only 0.5% with randomly 0% fee a dayill give it a go, just joined

Do You have those mounting brackets for 4k set fans aswell?

I also have at least 2 of those PCI-E to USB and Molex HDD as posted on the first page. Aaand cables...looots of cables (60-90cm) Price 90cm: 3,00 EUR (each)
Shipping with DHL from Germany is extra calculated on your country + total weight. Let me know if you are interested in anything or you have any questions. BR
Im interested in all those pci-e to molex adapters, and one cable for each of those - 90cm, PM me with price

Mine has been running solid since the .img file was uploaded. I truncated the largest unformatted space on it. I ended up with about 4.2gb of space taken up on a sd card. I burnt it to the sd card using win32 disk manager and started the controller with cubes i knew worked in it and it hasn't failed me yet. I can do all the things i used to on the original. ssh in and bring up the miner screen ect ect.
Maybe try reflashing it to the sd card or even truncating the largest unformated space on the lightfoots original .img file again.
Also try just using one cube at a time. I say that because i have a cube or two that i plug in and it basically wrecks the whole system. Nothing posts at all however, if i unplug it from the controller or from the cube directly (the controller cable not the power) everything works fine again. (did you find a solution or cause to that lightfoot)
I will play with those after my vacation i didnt have chance to play with it longer. All my cubes run perfectly fine. I bought 8 saturns/jupiters to tinker with controllers so im not in hurry, those will be my backups or to split sets or i will just sell them.

It kinda works, clock is set by default on 225mhz i think, but i cannot load advanced page to change those. So far i only tried on one cube and it did start but after couple restarts. Tested on Saturn controller dunno if theres any difference between that one and Neptune's or Jupiter's.

Well I compressed it with 7zip so it is about as small as it will be. Seriously, I can't find an SD card smaller than 32gb here, if someone wants to send me a 4gb one I'll transcode it.
There is nothing on that empty space. Linux puts pieces everywhere but only on its partitions. Just truncate the empty space using linux or cygwin on windows. A simple install of cygwin will suffice. Its a simple process that takes no time at all. Remember to put the .img file in the cygwin (what it thinks is) the user folder (home, root, pi) whatever you name it. @supersonic i'm not comfortable uploading someone else's spaghetti, sorry. Well thanks for help, this way i was motivated to install linux mint and learn something new. I was able to truncate img to 3gb. Will test it tomorrow. Cheers
