Shortly after he had joined as an adviser to this project, there was another ICO that was using his name as an adviser, without his permission, to try and pump the crowdsale. As for vaping being unhealthy, this is correct. But what almost all doctor's agree is that it IS SUBSTANTIALLY better for you over smoking cigarettes.

For a vape that is set up correctly.... the nicotine is the most hazardous ingredient added to these e-juices and you can have a e-juice made without nicotine.

For someone interested in possibly starting to vape there are some main components you want to get right:

Good coils for your pen/mod box
Organic cotton for your coils
Learn to use the correct heat/temp settings on your mod box/pen
Make sure the juices you are buying come from a reputable company that uses natural & safe flavor ingredients
The amount of nicotine that you want added to your juice/mix; 0 mg - 24 mg

I started vaping in replacement of cigarettes. It took a while but now I don't even find cigarettes enjoyable, unless you have gone out to the bars/clubs that night.

I currently have a stock of ~5-7 different mixes with 1-2 of them being go to mixes.

As another user mentioned Google Spreadsheet works really well. I enjoy it because it is basically a cloud based excel spreadsheet.

What I like about using Google is not only can you share the file with someone and choose permissions, but it keeps a log of changes. This is very useful when you're trying to remember where you left off on your accounting.
