I am not seeking to illegally avoid tax, just to be smart about it.
I plan to start using a proper accountant this coming financial year.
I am well aware each TRADE into FIAT money is a taxable event. But I am wondering if trades between CRYPTOS (such as btc to ltc, ltc to eth, eth to btc) are taxable events? I would assume not, but would like to hear the opinions of other Australians.

You're wrong, I think Airdrop is just an excuse to convince users to go through KYC. But this is not a scam, it is an attempt to encourage users to interact with the wallet as much as possible, to store cryptocurrency on it, to use internal exchange and as a result earn money on it.
Not a scam? My friend and I both gave our ID and have not received XLM... Is this normal? Are others waiting still? Maybe you didn't wait five business days, it was written in the mail.. when you get kyc? Myself and my friend both did the KYC and it was all done well over two weeks ago. |

Thanks  It is standard ERC20 token so you can use any compatible desktop who support this token but unfortunately none of them are supporting this airdrop so it's better keep them into your own wallet or let them on supported exchanges. Any ERC20 wallet will do. Thanks for your response. EXODUS is an ERC20 walllet. Do you have any idea why that doesn't seem to work? Oh, nervermind, I just worked it out! You send it to the ethereum address. Atomic wallet is best solution if you are looking for desktop I am using from long time without any issue. I hope you will like this after testing this wallet. THANKS I just installed it and will give it a go :-) |

This reminds me when I bought a certain shitcoin. Dev made promises that he was opening a casino and he had a license. So people started buying the shitcoin and the shitcoin prices increased more than 100% in 2 days, when Dev showed the casino, it was a big disappointment and the price fell a lot. I had a 5% profit only, that's because I went in late and thought the shitcoin was a good project, but I was wrong. Altcoin are very dangerous investments. I see things that shock me, like hell it can be possible an altcoin to have 300% increase just because the creator of altcoin made a twiter saying that the altcoin will have rebrandi of the logo or that the altcoin was added in binance?
