What is this coin solving that other new alt coins that are neoscrypt/mn aren't? Target market?

I've had issues with finding a stable pool, I like the project but it's a DDOS fest between Umine/Poolof32th/BSOD...

Is Poly still in limbo waiting for Yobit? I see a POLY ticker listed but I'm not sure if it's for Polytimos.

I've been mining this project, the team has done a fantastic job of getting on multiple exchanges in the first few days! Very excited for this coin.

I'm excited to see where this project goes, I've already mined a bit.  Is there any ETA on more exchanges?

I don't understand how this is both an ICO and a mineable coin.  Is the ICO the mineable coin before it's mineable or a different token?
