Its sad to see how KNC's customersupport has become, not that its much different from day1, but still.. this complete jerk-around all the time, and no answering valid questions.

http://forum.kncminer.com/forum/resellers-affilicates/general-questions/44232-3th-jupiters-delivering-up-to-our-own-accepted-standard

I still firmly believe refunds are stopped/halted because KNC needs the money for refunds or paying other things.. how else can it take over a month for a btc refund? not even the government has this slow finance department  Roll Eyes

One other thing is I'm using the beginner license which has limited functionality. I'm hoping once I upgrade to the simple license that with the dynamic drop-loss and roof safeties I won't ever have to adjust it. Just let it do its thing and watch the profits.

Ahh i see. So the "trade now" part is only really another frontend for trading directly on each exchange? I have only setup 2 bots sofar, with the percentage earning and avoid fee parameters (using advanced license), but sadly experience with cryptsy is what it is.. it wont cancel orders after the timeout is passed  Sad

The buy/sell now buttons are simply to put in an instant order on the exchange.

I have 2 bots setup as well (2 max on beginner). One trades on Bitstamp and then other on BTC-e. Both seem to work well for me so far.

Right right Smiley Have only tried on btc/altcoins sofar, but perhaps i should give btc/usd a try also.

Seems its not possible to use bitfinex currently, server says API is connected but balance still shows 0  Huh

I am seeing an issue when trying to use the Buy Now button. I have my trade amount set to percentage with bought side set to 75% and the sold side set to 100%. When I hit Buy Now I would expect the trade bot to spend whatever cash is available and buy all the coins it can based on percentage. However I am getting an order failed message.

I am seeing this problem with BTC-e but I imagine I would also see it with Bitstamp and others although I have not tested Bitstamp.

Nevermind I figured it out. Looks like BTC-e has a minimum limit of 0.01btc on buy/sell.

The approach you mention in your posts - can it be used as somewhat of a "manual" tradebot? if you want to initiate trades yourself and still be "in control"...?

do i need to change some configuration to be able to trade all coins on for example cryptsy? using the advanced server (latest version), and i only have 10 coins to choose from when configuring a tradebot for cryptsy

Go to "server settings" in the classic interface , or right click the icon that is near the clock in windows.
Then when in the server settings go to the tab "price trackers" tick the box "alt coins"
Then press save and the bot will restart with all of the coins on cryptsy.

Thanks, actually found it at the website and deleted my post Smiley

although, for some reason the VRC (vericoin) is missing from the cryptsy config..?

I have a little question regarding MNs - Is it possible to give a guesstimate on how much datatraffic a MN would end up using for a month?

Looking at using hosted solutions for one, and they are always limiting the traffic / month..

Last time I did the math I think it came out as about 5-8GB/month, but the code was shortly afterwards modified to (among other things) reduce bandwidth. Currently nobody knows what the figure will end up as, but I would go for some plan you can upgrade if you need to.

Thanks! so its in that ballpark, then it gives me some estimation of the plan needed, much appreciated Smiley

28  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Announcements (Altcoins) / Re: V3: Cryptsy - Mintpal - Bittrex: Trading spreadsheet on: May 29, 2014, 02:25:22 PM
Spreadsheet will no longer be for sale, since it's completely useless... due to some bugs.

Still trying to fix this.

I have already concluded the following things:

- Mintpal's api doesn't work for the spreadsheet, because it thinks the spreadsheet is DDOS'ing it  Angry.
- Poloniex's api is very inconsistent with the data connection.
- Arbitrage doesn't work because it's dependent on those two api's.
i suppose we wont get a refund.. i never use it

Wondering the same.. managed to buy the spreadsheet 1 day before it turned "unusable", havent been able to use it for anything thus far...

ok, here I go:

indeed, using parts that came along with h110 watercooler, it is not possible to fit it on card, there will be a small cap..
so I used kids construction parts that were laying around.. and fitted into coolermaster mini-itx 130 case, I must say H100i is easyer to install on the miner board and into that chassi, also H100i is same size as air-intake holes on the side of case, although I leave cover off..

Temps seem to be about the same.. this card was 659GHz tested, 0.88v.. for me eligius about the same performance or maybe a 20G+ more.. time will tell..

Still I wonder how to rise voltage to the same step as "tested" label indicates...

I must say I lake the design of my miner.. If building it would not be so expensive and time consuming, I would add rPi and voila, you would get a nice miner Smiley for now I have some more to build for myself Wink

EDIT: ok,, system with H100i get hotter.. it sits infront of air ventilation hole and gets hotter than system that has H110 and is next to it but does not have fresh and cool air ventilation hole in front of it.. so for next systems for me it is H110 or H100i + better fans..

Thanks for the update Smiley did you manage to get it in contact with the cores? another stupid q - are you having the fans blow into the radiator or out from it? doesnt say in the corsair manual..  Huh

I installed fans to pull air inside the case through radiator and out. case has one 120mm and one smaller fan to push air in, also case is open in the back, so air can flow freely around the PCB also.

yes, it is in contact w cores

Did you remove some of the mounting plastics for the heatsink, or you used what was stated in the h110 manual? seems to me it should be possible to get it close enough by removing one of the small plastic clips, allowing it those extra mm's more closer to the cores..

i have put it together (to the best of my knowledge) according to the instructions..

there is your problem.. you need to be creative Smiley I get my h110 tomorrow, will keep you posted then.. at the moment my board is hashing 450-550G with h100i @800MHz

Great Smiley hope you have better luck with it  Grin

Got my first goldrush today, nicely packaged and everything.

Everything worked fine until i was gonna mount the h110 cooler, I cant for the life of me get it snug to the cores  Huh

It gets contact, because there is coolingpaste on the cooperplate.. but you can see there is a little space between.

Seems the screws i got with the h110 are wrong, i have put it together (to the best of my knowledge) according to the instructions..

Anyone have any tips?  Roll Eyes

34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: May 21, 2014, 11:07:02 AM
Emailed KNC for a refund for the remaining 2 neptunes i still had on order (initially had 5 in total), fed up with their useless support and total customer neglect.

Not gonna support a company who takes customer preorder money to build a datacenter which in turn skyrockets the difficulty, in total contradiction to their own statements regarding mining for their own interests.

Sincerely hope everyone with miners on preorder receives working units and on time!

has anyone gotten their shares transferred to crypto-trade the past few days? i have been informed via PM that my assets are transferred, but still it shows 0 in my portfolio Sad no response for over 4 days, and soon the timewindows for shares are closed.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Swedish ASIC miner company kncminer.com on: May 16, 2014, 01:00:22 PM
What is the reason actually for not refunding?

They don't have the funds?

They probably dont care, I probably wouldnt bother much either if i was getting +3mil SEK each day from btc mining, that was built up using customer preorder money.

I aim to order 2 goldrush asics, but sadly i have been waiting for 2 days now to get a btc adress for depositing the coins, sent PM and email through the webpage as requested..  Embarrassed  Huh

Sounds good regarding the hashrate, holding a few thousand shares myself.. Smiley

Recieved my 1/3 neptune refunds today also, seems they have mined enough btc to pay refund  Roll Eyes

was told earlier in this week it would be "several more weeks" (already been 19days) for my 2nd refund in fiat  Angry

Seeing more and more Asic companies popping up, which have miners in stock, and they are even rackeable... My faith in KNC has sunk to an all-time low sadly, even sadder since iam Swedish..

I placed an order yesterday for 2 goldrush cards, but was not sent any confirmation email.. Feeling somewhat uncertain wiring close to 1800usd on these lose terms..

What is your Order Ref number:

Orderref: ORRZWQESM

I also sent an email from the webpage earlier today, but this seems like a faster option Smiley

Is it possible to pay for the order in BTC ? saw no option on the site for it when checking out.

Order and select wire transfer and in the comment put that you want to pay with bitcoins.  We will then send you a bitcoin address and the amount of bitcoins to pay.

thanks for the info, added a message to my order, hoping that it can be shipped before the weekend when paying btc Smiley
