Just tried to setup XVG (Verge) coin as payout with lyra2v2 algorithm, what is available within this algorithm
Code:
ccminer -a lyra2v2 -o stratum+tcp://lyra2v2.mine.zpool.ca:4533 -u DN94wN2zXbj5z3B8ud25LbNuucVFv9SymD.evga -p lyra2v2,c=XVG,stats
After I connected, in my wallet is displayed Verge coin
Code:
Wallet: DN94wN2zXbj5z3B8ud25LbNuucVFv9SymD
Name Immature Confirmed Value*
Verge
(total pending) 0.00627634 0.00627634 XVG
Balance 0.00000000 XVG
Total Unpaid **** 0.00627634 XVG
Total Paid *** 0.00000000 XVG
Total Earned 0.00627634 XVG

but in last 50 earnings there are auxPoW coin displayed
Code:
Last 50 Earnings: DN94wN2zXbj5z3B8ud25LbNuucVFv9SymD
Name Amount Percent mBTC Time Status
MobileCash (lyra2v2)(auxPoW) 0.019750 MBL 0.098% 0.00000235 4m ago Immature (3/120)
MobileCash (lyra2v2)(auxPoW) 0.008533 MBL 0.042% 0.00000102 6m ago Immature (4/120)
What do I wrong?
Code:
Verge (lyra2v2)	1560.410948 XVG	7.368 k	1 577 830 (2%)	41 mins	-	0.00318
Unitus (lyra2v2) 31.80890638 UIS 7.496 k 1 157 806 (0%) 42 mins 12.6 GH/s 0.00020
MobileCash (lyra2v2) 20.2 MBL 930.327 1 042 248 (46%) 5 mins 12.6 GH/s 0.00005

I dont like to work for MobileCash, which is 60 times less profitable ATM

It is undisscussable that zpool with very fast autoexchange is most easy to start pool. But when you mine on 1 gpu and after ~2 weeks you are reaching payout limit and then earning from last day is gone, you could be not happy - and it should be obvious, that pool team knows a few savoir vivre words.
23  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: █▓▒░-< [ZPOOL.CA][HashTap™][FlexFee™] The miners multipool >-░▒▓█ on: October 16, 2017, 04:38:33 AM
@crackfoo you call us greedy whinners, BUT... it taked 10-12 hours when we mined and it gone to the hole. You should read something about proper customer service and about treating of customers to keep them at your side. When you use casual phrases (maybe well known to 'legendary') thinking that all your customers must be experts, you show how unimportant they are for you. I really dont need to know what 'the wallet forked' means to mine on your pool, but you need to care about your service and your customers, expecially for new ones. This is really sad, that as popular pool has as customer-ignorant team.

@crackfoo  myr-gr has a peak on last 2 hours, I saw that.
I didnt see x17 peaks and in last 50 earnings I didnt noticed any strange high values (typical as in last days).
So we are to understand that your answer means that our earnings just gone, without any explanation or apologies?
And you'll just get money made all day by 300-400 miners just because it is your pool?
25  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: █▓▒░-< [ZPOOL.CA][HashTap™][FlexFee™] The miners multipool >-░▒▓█ on: October 15, 2017, 08:00:53 PM
It was not stolen of course, but something was wrong with the pool today - first botnet atack for cpu algo, then 403 errors, now x17 pool gone with all earnings
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: █▓▒░-< [ZPOOL.CA][HashTap™][FlexFee™] The miners multipool >-░▒▓█ on: October 15, 2017, 07:46:40 PM
My today earning just was deleted, I had balance of ~0.00154 (happy to rich payout limit after a week of mining on 1 gpu), and it jumped to 0.0014. On the morning I had 0.00138. I'm feeling robbered.
Edit: it seems that x17 algo was deleted, I mined on that algorithm. Hope that it will come back (and my earnings too)
@CaHek83  I confirm that, that pool switched that way on all algorithms, from profitable to not profitable (like random). I asked for that when I started mining on that pool by their support, but it was ignored.

x86 version is faster (2350 vs 2240kh/s = ~5%), but with stats option on zpool it's crashing after 'pool asked for stats' line. x64 version didnt crash
29  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Trying to quiet down L3+ - changing fans? on: October 07, 2017, 08:52:23 AM
If it converts 800W into heat, it would be really hard to properly cool this machine with standard PC fans. So maybe my second idea with 20-30cm room air circulator with a tunel sending all flow into miner (+trick with small fan simulating work of factory fans) would create enough air flow and pressure to get the heat out from the miner with some less noise (bigger diameter always give less noise with similar air flow).
In my opinion producers of those miners should add to construction a pipe inlet/outlet to water cooling - with this level of heat users should have an option to connect their miners to water cooling system (car refrigerator or directly from plumbing system could definitely end noise and overheating problems).

Windows x64 version, EVGA GTX 1060 + 80 / + 500 / 84% tdp (I didnt change intensity, worked on default = 20): 2240kh/s in benchmark mode.
It works, thank you
31  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Trying to quiet down L3+ - changing fans? on: October 06, 2017, 07:56:38 PM
I dont know if this miner has 3 or 4 pin connectors - but cable returning rpm from fan is present in both models (usually 3rd - 1. ground, 2. 12V, 3. rpm return, 4. pwm control). Some 4pin fans wont to run correctly if they are connected into 3pin socket (usually runs without any problem).
You wrote that in miner are mounted low quality fant, so ther are probably 3pin. Please tell me what socket in on miner's motherboard - 3pin or 4pin, and if it is 1 socket or more.
To connect more than 1 fan to socket, be careful to not overload socket - sometimes they could have to low current capability and could smash out. Best and safe method is to use a splitter with power connector (molex) like that:
http://www.ebay.com/itm/Evercool-EC-DF001-4-pin-Molex-to-5-x-4-pin-PWM-Fan-Splitter-Cable-Adapter-17-72-/400712293079
In this splitter usually only 1 output socket is returning rpm to motherboard - in that socket you then should connect this little tricky high speed fan to cheat the miner.
Of course after all you must control temperatures, if radiators on cpus are not overheated - fail could change ROI to 'never'
32  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: Trying to quiet down L3+ - changing fans? on: October 06, 2017, 07:42:11 PM
Get a small, high rpm fan (3-4cm in diameter, they are usually speedy ones), hide it in a small box, cover by foam if still noisy, plug in as factory fan. Noctua fans connect to 12V directly or by a regulator. Motherboard should detect hi speed of minifan and go.
You could use 20-30cm room air circulator too - they have huge effectivity and could be adapted to this job if you have tools and flair

34  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN] ccminer 2.2.1 - opensource - GPL (tpruvot) on: October 01, 2017, 08:07:28 AM
Mister Pruvot, I have a request for ccminer:please add a second benchmark mode -precise when I not use -a switch with benchmark and miner makes benchmarks for all algirithms in a bunch
Code:
ccminer-x64 --benchmark --no-color > ccminer-x64.txt

Code:
[2017-10-01 08:00:57] Benchmark results for GPU #0 - EVGA GTX 1060 6GB:
[2017-10-01 08:00:57]    blakecoin :    2980887.7 kH/s, -5955 MB, 67108864 thr.
[2017-10-01 08:00:57]        blake :    1704596.5 kH/s,     2 MB, 67108864 thr.
[2017-10-01 08:00:57]      blake2s :    2610601.3 kH/s,     2 MB, 33554432 thr.
[2017-10-01 08:00:57]          bmw :    1183760.6 kH/s,    66 MB,  2097152 thr.
[2017-10-01 08:00:57]      bastion :       8165.2 kH/s,   234 MB,  1048576 thr.
[2017-10-01 08:00:57]         deep :      26029.9 kH/s,    34 MB,   524288 thr.
[2017-10-01 08:00:57]       decred :    1773028.7 kH/s,     2 MB, 33554432 thr.
For now benchmark mode is making a few seconds measurements and some are inaccurate (for example tribus benchark shows 20Mh, but with switch -a tribus it shows 40Mh). With this mode miner could in addition make power measurement for each algorithm during the test - we know, that some of algorithms are less power hungry and that measurement could help to better calculate profit. Now with those 2-5 seconds measurements when I try to observe power on GPU-Z it is imposible because when GPU-Z shows power, miner is going to switch to another algo.
That change should not be hard to do, but it should make benchmarking a lot easier and accurate.
My vision:
Code:
[2017-10-01 08:00:57] Benchmark results for GPU #0 - EVGA GTX 1060 6GB:
[2017-10-01 08:00:57]    blakecoin :    2980887.7 kH/s, -5955 MB, 90W, 67108864 thr.

[2017-10-01 08:00:57]      blake2s :    2610601.3 kH/s,     2 MB, 95W, 33554432 thr.
[2017-10-01 08:00:57]          bmw :    1183760.6 kH/s,    66 MB, 93W,  2097152 thr.
[2017-10-01 08:00:57]      bastion :       8165.2 kH/s,   234 MB, 90W,  1048576 thr.
[2017-10-01 08:00:57]         deep :      26029.9 kH/s,    34 MB, 93W,   524288 thr.
[2017-10-01 08:00:57]       decred :    1773028.7 kH/s,     2 MB, 69W,  33554432 thr.
35  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Mining (Altcoins) / Re: How do I force P0 state on my rig of 1080's? on: September 27, 2017, 05:17:30 PM
I have 1060, and it has blocked P0 state too (option exactly is named "CUDA - force P2 state" in nvidiaProfileInspector 2.1.3.6). Default it is on, after disabling my card's memories dont decrease by -200MHz on mining.
I am using nvidiaInspector too with command line similar to yours, and it works - I use nvidiaInspector 1.9.7.8
Code:
"nvidiaInspector - command line options\nvidiaInspector.exe" -setBaseClockOffset:0,0,80 -setMemoryClockOffset:0,0,500 -setPowerTarget:0,80 -setTempTarget:0,0,70
"nvidiaInspector - command line options\nvidiaInspector.exe" -setBaseClockOffset:0,0,80 -setMemoryClockOffset:0,0,-500 -setPowerTarget:0,50 -setTempTarget:0,0,66
Maybe other versions of those programs dont do that properly (I saw that thoughts somewhere during my google investigation of this problem)

Added option to choose daily online time when you use PC turned off for a night.
Added display of monthly, yearly profit, and RoI - all depending on choosed daily online time.
I moved site to another hosting (first had 'a feature' of shutdown for 4 hours a day).
37  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: September 27, 2017, 04:25:20 AM
@BigMcRat
Hashrates displayed on pools are always inacurate, sometimes have a big difference from reality. Probably templates of pool sites were built without thinking about accuracy, rather about efficiency with many requests. If you see results, good. You can write your coins number each 24h and calculate how much you earned, then calculate hashrate - it should be accurate

@miningpoolhub
It was a general idea, its obvious that there are proper methods inside classes (or we can create new ones)
38  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Re: [ANN][POOL] Mining Pool Hub - Multipool. Multialgo, Auto Exchange to any coin. on: September 26, 2017, 05:19:38 PM
It's not that easy to get all current hashrate of each worker when using auto switching because workers jump coins while api call is targetted to each coin.
on https://miningpoolhub.com/?page=account&action=balances I see balances of my each coins. So:
Code:
$uderID = 1234;
$userApiKey = 'asdasdasdasd';
foreach($coins_in_balances as $coin){
  $json = getApiData('https://'.$coin.'.miningpoolhub.com/index.php?page=api&action=getuserworkers&'.$userApiKey.'=&id='.$uderID);
  $dataArray = json_decode($json,true)['data'];
    foreach($dataArray as $worker){
      display_workers_data();
    }
}
39  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Pools (Altcoins) / Profitability monitor and pools comparator on: September 26, 2017, 09:07:58 AM
Hello!
I made a tool to monitor algorithms profitability and compare it over some pools:
http://bh7.heliohost.org/
It is based on ideas from whattomine.com site and nicehash.com calculator. It is combining those tools pros, and also adding pools compare possibility.
---
For now it gets api data from:
- whattomine.com (multi coin hashrates) and nicehash.com (currencies setup + default hardware list) [I hope that they will not be against]
And pools api data from:
- nicehash.com
- miningpoolhub.com
- zpool.ca
---
A tool has possibility to fully customize your hardware setup, and make as many setups as you need (they are saved to cookies). It also remember your settings as currency, energy cost, last chosed hardware etc. My goal was to make it as comfortable as I can do.
It also updates displayed data on each 2 minutes, there is no need to refresh site. You also have possibility to click on 'calculate profit' button, but data is cached no often than 2 minutes (as a preventing of api sources ddos atack).
---
It is a fresh design, it could have errors and bugs - if someone would test it and find something wrong, please notify me.
Calculations may be innacurate, because I have no documentation of apis, and I had to guess some variables  meanings.

How to setup ccminer to mine specific coin from choosen algorithm?
I wanted to mine DGB coin, with skein algo, my batch:
Code:
ccminer-x11gost -a skein -o stratum+tcp://skein.mine.zpool.ca:4933 -u 1BzqJmN9nFu8Bjkybkx6AXRzYZDVsfABcy.evga -p skein,c=DGB
On wallet page I see that my miner is mining skein, but 'last 50 earnings' shows that pool jumps to all coins from skein algo.
Please tell me how to setup it properly, because I dont want to waste my time for jumping on not profitable coins
