Do you know anything about business? Any startup that receives funding, for example venture capital, uses it to fund operations. Any company needs to pay its employees, where do you think that money should come from? Only mature companies are able to pay employee salaries from their revenues. Using ICO proceeds (or any type of seed capital) for salaries is literally extremely common. Get your business knowledge in check before spreading nonsense
You clearly know nothing about real estate. I could explain it to you, but I don't think you'd get the point and I don't want to waste my time.

Ok, now it's getting absurd. I asked simple questions. Melissa tends to answer all but mines. So I ask once again. Is it possible that approx 13% of ICO money goes to 5yeartime salaries of the team? So that at the very start investors are 13% short? plus some other simple questions. And another one since I got a bit frustrated... is your plan to @#$@ us ? Hello Melissa, could you please answer my questions from Sunday? ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) Hello Melissa,
I've just read all the posts and the Whitepaper and I've got a few questions that i believe haven't been asked yet.
1) Do i get it right that dividends will be paid in ETH based on ETH/EUR rates at the day of payment ?
2) I quite don't understand the concept of Core Operating Budget. If all goes well and hard cap is reached you'll get approx. 60M $. You wrote in Whitepaper that because of COB, 80-90% of that sum will go to push fund. COB is etimated to be 8M $ in the next five years, that is 13,3% of hard cap. a) does that mean that COB, which basicly is salaries of the team, will be funded in full for the next five years from the money gathered through ICO? b) salaries in the Whitepaper are shown in ETH. Is it for illustrative purposes, or do the team get paid in ETH? If so, what when ETH increases in value 300%?
3) Are the targeted 12-20% annual returns before or after operational/maintenance/management costs and interest rates?
Best wishes, BM
What's the problem Fahmp7? Aren't salaries for IT normally the biggest part of operational costs? So then 13.3% isn't that big a part or is it? Especially since they are planning on expanding the team immensely. The fact that their salaries are in ETH does concern me. There's no need for a developer to be earning 10x the salary of a normal developer if ETH decides to go x10. On the other hand, if ETH goes /10, it might be cause for developers to leave the company. Would love an explanation from the team for this part as well! Thing is, the salaries should be paid from the money they earn, that is from 10% of profits. If they take 13% of ICO money to pay the salaries, it means that investors loose 13% at the very start. I also asked whether 12-20% return is before or after costs. I got no answer, but 20% is insane. Here in Poland you get 6-7% after costs. So if they take 13% of ICO money, that means that it will take 2-3 years to brake even. That is absolutely ridiculous. And since Melissa doesnt answer my questions, I come to conclusion, that I'm right. They just don't want to admit it, but they know they're not playing fair.

Of course this are reasons to invest but since he asked why they chosen real estate for their project, you need to add the fact, that a big part of their team and advisors have a lot of experience in real estate business. The fact that its profitable is not enough if you dont have the knowledge to succeed.
Only two guys have experience in RE. And if you think experience means trust, you're surely of a young age. I was quite hyped bout the idea, but since Melissa refuses to give answers to basic investors' questions, I start to wonder whether investors will succeed, or suck Sid.

What is the advantage of this project comparing to Atlant (ico is comming)?
It's been answered so many times... you won't find comparisons to other ico's in here. At least not from REAL team.

Are u seriously not interested at all with how much ICO money will be invested? Whether targeted 12-20% is before or after costs? Whether ICO's funds will pay for the team for five years? How dividends will be measured? I mean.. cmon? Are all of you excited just because REAL value may rise? I'm asking these questions as RE professional. I find this REAL idea extremely interesting, but there are so many questions... I mean it seems like vast majority describes the Whitepage as professional... would it be in fiat, with that kind of whitepaper... there's no data at all... i mean at all... I imagine you guys are thrilled with perspective of investing in RE, but are you even a flat bit familiar with that market? I hope Melissa will respond to my previous questions. It's Sunday, so she deserves a rest ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif) But those questions I asked are IMHO crutial to make an decision whether it's worth to invest or not. To all of you who think you'll get a share in a real estate.. you won't. Not a chance. But it doesnt really matter as long as Founders are FAIR.

To be able to have a share of a building, house ect... and to be rewarded and to pay in Tokens is really great.
I'd be very cautious about that "share of a building" ![Smiley](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/smiley.gif)

Real estate is anchored by currency and the prices change frequently . I have a detail question : We use REAL to join Real estate , If the price changes during the co-ordination, how to deal with it?
I think it's quite obvious. Let's say you buy 220Real for 300$ and put it into property X. You get dividend (but i don't know how it's measured, still waiting for an answer) and some time later when you decide to back off, you get the same amount of Reals back, but value of those Reals may significantly differ from what you paid in the first place.

So the only way a real estate can be listed on your platform is for your company to own it? Will there be an option, where individual owners could list it on crowdfunding site?
What would be the point of that?

Oh.. its seems a little hard, but Ill trying to understand now. ![Roll Eyes](https://bitcointalk.org/Smileys/default/rolleyes.gif) Where I can exchange Real to RPP ? On their platform which is due November.
