I only pick bounty that I would personally invest in.  Makes it so you get more involved with the ico you like.

I have used cryptopia for a long time too and they have been ok, no problems.

Best blockchain is the one that everyone is using, ethereum.  Yes ethereum does have its flaws but the team is working on those.

normal gamers can't even find video cards for themselves.  Its getting crazy out there with mining.

In a sense ICO is diversifying yourself within crypto.  Its good to hold some stable coins, some alt coins (more risky ones), and some ICO.  There will always be some that fail, but diversifying will save you.

I really hope so.  We've had so much downward and sideways action, some bull market would be nice about now.

If you plan on paying taxes on your crypto maybe its easiest to track how much goes in and how much comes out.  thats much easier than tracking every transaction.  
For example if you use coinbase as your method of deposit, you can go to coinbase and get a history report of everything you deposited for the year.  And the same will show for how much you withdrew for the year.  You can get a nice pdf report and then use these numbers on your taxes.  Otherwise it seems like a nightmare to track ico and other transactions because the price of crypto is constantly fluctuating and there is no good / easy way to calculate everything.  I am sure other exchanges also have these types of reports.

payment wise LTC is definitely better.  ETH network is already bogged down, so we don't need to complicate things with having it be a payment system as well.

Having a MVP (minimum viable product) and reputable and verifiable advisers help.

Having some advisers is good.  It helps give legitimacy to the project.
