21  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Here we are! lovers' of bullish trend. on: April 05, 2019, 04:26:53 AM
From the look of things it seemed the bullish trend has commenced and most of the langing indicators are showing uptrend signal. I am a lover of bullish trend and I do wish the market keep going upwards with a little reset along the ways and I do believe that we all has the desire of seeing bitcoin and cryptocurrencies market be in good condition.
The bearish trend that commenced in December around 15, 2017 seem to be over and now we are awaiting another bull run that may create another pathways that we have never seeing before. My desired is that all the cryptocurrencies holders and enthusiast become millionaires, billionaires and the leaders of the world financial system.

I agree that we really entered the true bull market but it ain't as strong as 2017 and I hope that the rise that we saw is just enough to see many good altcoins to recover near 70%-80% from its all time high. But I disagree to your desire for all the holders to become millionaire or billionaire because it's very impossible to happen.
22  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: minimise possible losses in trading on: April 04, 2019, 06:20:32 AM
I guess we can do this by working with more reliable sources and not jumping into every opportunity. It is not possible to reduce the loss completely, for that we should not trade for it. But, with smarter risks, we can reduce the loss a little.
Thats right, that's what we can do, with reduce risk in trading. You can do that by enriching yourself about the science of trade, strategy, and honing your skills. if you want minimize losses, what you can do is cutlose or try to recover by trading on another coin

HODL. For at least a year. If you're that much afraid of losses, then just put your money in a well researched coin and leave it there for a long time. Day trading is not for people who are afraid of getting losses. Though the longer you're active in trading the more you'll be ablenti cut on these losses by accumulating skills to better read the market. Actively trading would be your long term solution if you're determined to excel in day trading.
It does not guarantee a profit, we can't determine how long do we have to hold, that depends on the situation actually.
Like last year, the whole year was bad for holders as we are witnessing how the price constantly going down, and therefore it explains holding at least a year gives profit. It has to be at the right timing,  even if you hold for 1 month but the price was already achieve, you have to sell without hesitation.

Indeed, and now I'm visualizing all those people who believed on those youtubers that says 'it's now the best time to buy bitcoin' or 'the last time you can buy cheap btc' and etc every month in 2018. And that situation taught me that if I'm going to invest when it occured, I will buy 10% of my capital and then observe then buy again after 3-4 months to be sure that I don't lose a lot when I'm in accumulating.
23  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What will you do when the market goes down? This is my advice on: April 04, 2019, 06:10:00 AM
I find that many people have a habit of holding ETH, BTC, altcoin for a long time and always hoping that it will rise again. If you are a trader, you will lose money for that. Set small target and sell them when you see profits. I only need 3-5% profit when trading.

If you see the market going down, stop loss before it's too late. You may lose 5-10% of the capital but when the market goes down you can buy more btc, eth when you hold btc, eth, altcoin.

Sell all ETH, BTC into Stable Coin when the market goes down

I think this perfectly works in a bear period. Everything is under uncertainty so you are much safer if you sold early after seeing it dropping between 3%-5% in a day. The price will always go down after gaining because the major sentiment of traders on that period will always be negative.
24  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is there any reason to day trade anything other than bitcoin? on: April 04, 2019, 05:59:22 AM
Yes, because there's  like Eth or eos that  has a lot of user that isi very actively traded in the market. Eth is always the go to when investors want to participate in ICo so if there's a huge oppotunity in an ICO, there's a lot of ETh that is going to be bought. And like Eos and tron, they are very popular in gambling.
25  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Mistakes when trade coin on: April 03, 2019, 01:59:55 AM
1. Too hasty, lack of knowledge

-This is a mistake that most investors when started. The hot growth of the market, the price of Bitcoin growth every day is the main motive for new investors to participate in this market. They are always afraid to miss the opportunity. So they hurried into the market and forgot to learn. So learn first. Be patient waiting for a price you think is good, or at least according to technical and market signals.

2. The goal is too big, greedy

-You should set goals when entering the market just to be profitable. Do not expect too soon to be rich or become a millionaire in a short time. When I join ico, it must reach x $ or x5, x10 for these ico, that actually kills me. When the price fell, I did not sell. That was a big mistake.
Most of the investors, trader has experience, they only want to increase their property by 30% in a month. They are too happy. Remember to a story put the grain on the chessboard with 64 boxes. Patience, not to lose, your property will quickly bulge
Remember to expect 30% of your assets, you are likely to lose 30%, expecting x5 x10 accounts quickly will help you to 1/5, 1/10 of investment capital.

3.Do not stoploss
-This is an extremely important lesson. Any experience or famous investors emphasize this. Stoploss help you have successfully trade up to 80%, do not know how to stoploss, you certainly never win, just fail sooner or later. You can not stop the market trend, stop loss is painless to want to do, but it protects your capital, help you get back to very quickly.

4. Try to resist the trend
-Try to resist the trend
You will be dying right away, which is the answer to trying to resist the crowd trend. In a festival, the whole crowd is joyfully moving forward, you just go back, you are immediately stamped to death. For the market too. When the crowd rushes to buy the excitement, you think the market will fall, you will certainly lose money. In contrast, when the market has strong sell trend, you try to hold the more losses. Get out as soon as possible and go earlier than the crowd.. If you run after the crowd, of course you will be able to die with the crowd, know enough and stop even though the crowd is still running. In every investment, in the long run the crowd has never won. When you are swept away so fast, as the car is so fast, braking slowly no matter what trouble will help you stop safely, waiting for the incident, whether the car is good but you also hurt less a lot of.

I think that my rich experience in the trading world made me learn to overcome 1-3 but the number 4 is what I put at the top. Sometimes it's hard for me to do that like when everything drops off then I should buy but I sell, and then when everything is buying then I also buy. The trend often tricks me so I hope that I can master it finally before the real bullrun commence.
26  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Bull market is back? on: April 03, 2019, 01:49:41 AM
The correction is coming now. Some say it is because of BAKKT physical delivery bitcoin futures contracts and I also believe its because of this news. This is not a bull run this is just a sudden pump because of that event.

I don't know if that BAkKT news is really true but only because it's a sudden pump is also my guess. I never really expected this to happen and I was very curious on what news that drives the market to turn bullish. But I wish Bakkt will take this opportunity and ride the wave to extend the positive sentiment for more weeks or months.
27  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: How did you start trading? on: April 03, 2019, 01:40:06 AM
Hello traders!

I would like to know how you started trading? Any interesting articles,
videos or guides that you found helpful before you started?
Can you share your opinions and experiences please?

I started exploring trading btc and altcoins when I saw a lot of shared stories here in the forum on how they get a lot of money by trading in a short time. I watched first how to study candles and I was very serious about it but I realized that the hype and fomo is really what I needed to   and just wait for that right moment to succeed.
28  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: The reason people do not want to invest in crypto on: April 02, 2019, 07:14:44 AM
1. Blockchain has a long way to go to be a practical solution
Businesses will not miss the opportunity until the technology demonstrates its scalability. However, this can not be proven in the real world until the companies make the leap and produce a concrete result, not an experiment. Moreover, not all industries will benefit from blockchain, while other industries may face a costly and time-consuming conversion process so they choose blockchain over a network. now available.
2. Too easy to join
The real concern with a low barrier to participation is that there is no way to ensure that this technology will not become obsolete for several months. This is another reason why businesses have not implemented blockchain technology. Why invest in a blockchain while only a few months later will have a better blockchain next generation? Replacing and upgrading can be costly and time consuming.
3. Very few tangible means value of crypto.
One of the biggest misconceptions with digital currency is its mass acceptance of tokens, meaning that they are successful. Unfortunately, using a virtual currency does not necessarily generate revenue or profit for developers behind the token. Furthermore, blockchain technology tends to hold long-term potential values, not the token itself. Therefore, buying into a token that does not actually acquire ownership in the base blockchain does not make sense to the investor.
4. Tax situation is a nightmare
Investing in the crypto algorithm means that you need to track the increase and decrease in capital for each transaction. Even using your token to purchase goods and services will also serve as a taxable service, in line with the Tax Administration's tax guidelines.

I don't see all of these as a huge hindrance in crypto but only temporary problems. The tech is a global innovation so all of us should assume that it will not come to a full adoption in a very short time. Tangible isn't a thing now in this generation because music, movies, game items are accepted and bought without in its physical form.
29  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: trading ways on: April 02, 2019, 07:00:52 AM
Hey guys,

Some questions here I recently started trading crypto so now I wonder/ Any advice who is good to follow on twitter or whatever about altcoin information or tactic insights ?

Also what are some good ways to analyse charts for TA purpess ?

If you have any good tips for me please share here or PM me It is highly appreciated !

There are a lot of crypto twitter accounts in the space and perhaps you should do your own research on who to follow. You can check their past portfolio to know if they are doing better than the others. But be careful with those that has hundreds of followers that only want to sell their bag of shitcoins to you.
30  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you think should I buy for 1 year? on: April 02, 2019, 06:44:31 AM
Your post just clearly tells that you have no idea on what kind of investment you are venturing in. You are like a guy who jumps in an airplane with no parachute and you know what happen's next. I know you just need some recommendations but in this market, people tend to hype and shill their owns coins.
31  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: 3% loss 10% profit -> sell on: April 01, 2019, 02:06:16 AM
If I set a 3% loss on my initial investment as a stop loss and a 10% profit as a stop for selling, will that make me trade too often ?

Good strategy but hard to execute. Just thinking of what coins you need to buy next in more than thousands of altcoins and still counting that for your next profit. Setting that minimum loss is a very easy part but in case you find coins that has good indication of rising, it could be more that a week before you reach that 10% target.
32  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Are you following your gut instinct in trading? on: April 01, 2019, 01:55:00 AM
I only do that when I profit too much. I put at least BTC.01-02 in a few random altcoins that I see huge potential of growing at least 2x and above. But it does not really work that much, research about the tokens first before buying is still more effective.
33  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What do you need in A Cryptocurrency Exchange ?! on: April 01, 2019, 01:41:00 AM
No need to look further, we have big exchanges with high liquidity so no need to look for more. I personally use binance, bittrex and hitbtc.

I list some though these are common things that we should look up to.

• Privacy
• Security
• Liquidity
• 24/7 support
• Instant deposit and withdrawal

I do want those too and I highly recommend others like kucoin and bitfinex as well. But I do really want to see an exchange to offer is they will pay the losses of users when there's a hack that stole our assets. That would be the perfect exchange but I'm willing to accept if they can only pay back at least 70%-80% of our losses.

35  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Patience is the main key of success on trading platform. on: March 29, 2019, 02:35:10 AM
A lot of inexperienced traders don't still know that the huge profits comes from holding your assets for a long time. And with high volatility of cryptocurrencies, a normal 10x-50x gains for 10 years can be 1000x or more in this market with the help of a bull market and huge FOMO in many countries.
36  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Trading as an entertainment thing on: March 29, 2019, 02:20:41 AM
There are a lot of companies calling me at least every 2 days to ask me if i am into trading and if not why not and why i don't and so on..
Is there any kind of entertainment if doing online investments or trading?
Enlighten me!

It was very entertaining in the previous years because there's always going on in the market. You allot more time checking what's hot or not on the altcoins you want to buy. But now it's very boring especially last year after the crackdowns for many countries.
37  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: I fail in trading on: March 29, 2019, 02:05:15 AM
I’m a newbie in trading. I want to improve my trading skills. I have heard some experienced trader said that I should learn and read more before start, and also get some experience. Trading requires a lot of patience and hard work, learn about the way to analyze the price chart, when they can be able to analyze price chart they will know the best time to buy and sell and know which one is the best coin to trade…
I tried one but I falied. There is something I don’t know? Please tell me more.

So you mean that if you fail, you will not at least try again? Why not use those mistakes to based on your future trades? I also fail some of my trades but I did not give up and just leave those things that don't work and applies those that do work. And technical analysis does not really help much to predict prices.
38  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Panic of traders on: March 28, 2019, 02:43:37 AM
Every day I see more and more people starting to feel hopeless with the current market situation because of uncertainty when prices will recover and end this fall. Even more and more traders are deciding to resign from trading and sell all of their assets but that makes the price even more falling.

Completely newbies in trade. It's just like in real life that if you give up easily then nothing will happen. People always look for that easy way to attain success but they never want to experience struggles. They should be reminded that most people that succeed in life has that motto of never giving up and even some of them had to fail on that specific path that they take a hundred times before their triumph.
39  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: WHY DO WE NEED A TRADING PLAN ? on: March 28, 2019, 02:35:11 AM
This is a risky venture and therefore it needs to be carefully plan.
When trading, you are predicting the price movement so you can buy and sell successfully, and that requires a plan and continues improvement
of your strategy. You cannot just trade directly, there's a timing for everything and that says it requires a plan.

Because everyone needs it. But I find it so funny when I remember not having my trading plan and just play along with all the hype on the forums, trolls in chatboxes and social media sites. It was working because there's a huge FOMO going on and all I do is win. But in this situation, trading plan is really a must.
40  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is trading stressful for you? on: March 28, 2019, 02:25:47 AM
I believe it is!

What do you do to relief trading stress? Do you have any alternatives?

As for me I stopped trading for 3 months and play blockchain games. Now I feel myself better!

UPD #1

Some people asked about blockchain games and how to find them. so I've made this list of games https://www.producthunt.com/@house_lama/collections/blockchain-games

UPD #2

There is a good blockchain shooter War Field. it’s 100% not scam so I can send it here. you can read details about this game here (I don’t send direct link to their website not to make them advertisement) https://gameunculus.io/blog/96

It is very stressful indeed. Playing video games is really a good alternative to forget them for a while but I would advise if you are able not to play games related to crypto. Because it's blockchain games then it would remind easily about the whole crypto and then leading to your trades.
