Hello as i know now most of the ICOs are frozen. Because bad market and low interest from investors. So there are only 1-2 good ICOs in month. Most of them are listed on popular websites Icodrops,icobench and here.

Hello now is very hard to say it is good time to buy coins or there will be better time. I think soon will be very big pump and all coins will go very very hard moon race. But i think still before it will be some little dump.

Yep ofcourse there will be a lot of scam in ICO and crypto because here are a huge tons of money. And scammers wish to get some piece of this sweet pie.
You should always be very carefull to not get scammed.

Hello if you wish to have stable and slow profit then you should invest in bitcoin. It will raise later or sooner. But if you wist to get good profit you beed to invest in some dark horses.

Hello here my opinion. So if you still sont have any coins/tokens then now is very good time to invest some money to cryptocoins. They will raise in price very soon. But you need to split your portfolio.
