Почему NH считает баланс в биткоинах? Да потому что  это позволяет избежать обмена с $ на биткоин (как у вас,  с утратой 3-4 %)
Вы же баланс ведете в $ -  так и надо выводить в $ или USDT.
 - вывод на PayPal  -  возможно нужная функция, но с большими % , это же PayPal.    Подарочные карты .... незнаю, не пользовался.  Ну а конвертация в биткоин или эфир.  Не выгодно для пользователей. Так как цель - вывод $ или других денег. Так что  эта двойная конверация только съедает доход.
