21  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: I Am So Done With Betting Until.... on: November 22, 2022, 03:48:58 PM
I think I am one of the unluckiest gambler/bettor out here, today is one of my worst days again and I think I should quit betting.

I went all in on Argentina thinking their match against Saudi Arabia would be an easy win for them, and the fact that the odds were so far away against Saudi Arabia winning while it was in huge favor of Argentina caused me to be so sure that Argentina was going to win the match, and then, I went all in, hoping to make some big wins just like yesterday, but now, everything is gone, in just a twinkle of an eye...
Argentina is a big disappointment, It's still hard to believe, I quit betting until I am able to forget this experience entirely.

I'm sorry for your loss, but in any situation when you go all in there is a possibility of losing. So if you have some kind of betting strategy then all in is not a valid choice as there are no guaranteed bets (unless it's Bayern's Bundesliga title hehe).
To some extent, you are lucky (it would be much worse to lose everything + all the winnings in the last World Cup game), and now you can watch the games of the national teams without distraction and have fun.
22  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: How Do You Rate The Casino's Support You're Playing on: November 22, 2022, 02:11:39 PM
I'm disappointed with one casino I'm supporting because their action is unreasonable and on how they address the accusation they hurdle against them.

Do you think support should not attack the personality of the player and concentrate on the issue?
Do you think casino management should get support with backgrounds in human relations and psychology to understand the action and behavior of the complainants and address it in a proper way?
Do you think support can make or break the casino's reputation?

Give me at least two or three casinos with outstanding support, that you wish other casinos should emulate.

I can't name a single casino with good support since I didn't need to contact them. But in general, I understand where problematic communication comes from - usually 90% of questions from users (this applies not only to casinos, but to all services) arise due to user errors and often these users are aggressive (and in the case of a casino, they are often scammers). This does not excuse the support team if they were unfair to you of course.
And of course, the answer to all your questions is Yes. This is obvious and does not require proof.
23  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is gambling unethical? on: November 22, 2022, 01:30:48 PM
Firstly, ethics is a subjective concept and it is pointless to discuss it. I am especially against when someone imposes their opinion on me - I believe that this is a personal matter and everyone should choose for himself (if it is important for you to know, gambling is not unethical for me).

Secondly, I think that you should not "sum up all your spending on gambling" and be upset by the result, as this is a destructive approach. If you think in this direction, then you can "cross out" from your life all unnecessary (but pleasant) expenses, rest, time spent on entertainment, communicating with friends, etc. and come to the conclusion that in this case you would be a multimillionaire. Perhaps this is the correct calculation, but it would be a terrible life.
24  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 22, 2022, 01:24:11 PM
I am so angry right now, I wouldn't have ever imagined that a team like Saudi Arabia would defeat a team as big as Argentina, this is why worst shock of my life, and to even think of the fact that the odds where against Saudi Arabia and in huge Favour of Argentina is another thing that angers me the more, really really a very disappointing match but I believe its a great one for the fans of Saudi Arabia, congratulations to the team and the fans, but then Argentina is a big disappointment.

This is a shocking result for most football fans - Saudi Arabia used to be not only a reliable supplier of points, but also a team on which one could seriously improve their statistics. Germany beat them 8-0, even Russia beat them 5-0. But Argentina failed to score a single field goal and lost sensationally. I don’t know if Saudi Arabia will be able to score further, since now they will be taken as seriously as possible, but the situation in the group is as confused as possible after this game.

26  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Can you still win with free spins? on: November 18, 2022, 01:10:43 PM
Is it possible to stick with free spins on online casinos and still be able to make some good reward?

I am looking into the free side of things, no risk at all with free spins but the question is has anyone ever make something out of free spins before? Something reasonable at?

The last time I earned something free from gambling websites was when BTC has very low value and many faucets still run, that's couple of years back.

Personally, my profit from free spins is something in the region of a few dollars - an insignificant amount. But since serious (honest) casinos have the same chance of hitting the jackpot for both free spins and regular money bets, I am sure that there are lucky ones who were able to win a large amount of money. But some casinos put a limit on the maximum amount you can win using free spins. It must be very disappointing to win a couple of thousand dollars, but because of the limitation, you will end up with $100.
27  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: UEFA Champions League 2022/23 Season on: November 18, 2022, 12:54:48 PM
They can be said to be a dark horse club now, even though Club Brugge is indeed a concern in the group phase because actually they are not very favored, but when I see Benfica's condition which is as good now, I personally feel Benfica will be superior.
But even so they also can't underestimate Club Brugge because they are also full of surprises this season in the Champions League and they might be able to surprise again if Benfica underestimates this club from Belgium.

Benfica will be the favourite, but Brugge is a very dangerous opponent for them - firstly, Benfica may overestimate their advantage over Brugge, because before the draw they were probably afraid to get Manchester City, Bayern, etc. into rivals. and when they got Brugge 100% they were happy. Secondly, Brugge seem strong - in the group stage they conceded goals in just one game, and in the rest they either won with a clean sheet or played 0-0.
28  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: 2022 FIFA World Cup in Qatar - UEFA Qualifiers on: November 18, 2022, 12:46:47 PM
There are a few more players that maybe have the last chances to get the World Cup Title , or again !
Thomas Müller is one and also maybe Manuel Neuer from Germany but i guess every Nation has his old players.
By the way what i have seen yesterday on the review of the German friendly game was really disappointing in some way.

The World Cup is a rather rare event, so at every World Cup for a certain generation of football players this is the last World Cup. And not always the player knows about it in advance. For example, now he is 29-30 years old and he thinks that he will still have time to play in the next tournament, but the injury does not allow this to happen and it's all over - it is obvious that at 37-38 years old you will not be taken to the national team. That is why the history of the World Cups is to some extent a history of tragedies - everyone dreams of winning this title, but there are very few chances for a lifetime.
29  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Manny Pacquiao vs. DK Yoo on: November 18, 2022, 09:26:27 AM
I don't really see any reason why the fans would be against such fights. It's not a continuation of a career, it's just another activity. With their fame, they could go on a cooking show and make a lot of money too, but the best ex-pros can do is in the ring, so it's not surprising that they end up there again.
It is necessary to separate a professional career and everything else. Boxers, even if they ended their career at the age of 40, cannot go to a monastery for the sake of remembering themselves as just a pro and not doing anything else.

That's why they are fanatics, because that how they wanted their famous boxers to be, retired for good.

But times has change, although there are exhibition fights before, it was not that prominent as today, it was Floyd who really started this trend.

And I agree that even if this is scripted, but as we can see, fans are willing to pay huge amount just to see their favorite boxers in the ring. I'm not sure though you comparison about the monastery,  Grin. They are still human and need to do and still make some money for their family.

Comparison with a monastery means "to get away from the outside world and not to remind oneself." This is the dream of fanatics in relation to their idols, since in this case only a professional career remains, and the person himself, as it were, disappears. But it is clear that sports stars are not interested in this, since in modern conditions they can earn as much in one exhibition fight as athletes earned in their entire careers 20-30 years ago. And this is not due to inflation, but due to the fact that the media market is growing at a rapid pace and the earnings of all its participants, too.
30  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [CHESS] FIDE Candidates Chess Tournament 2022 on: November 18, 2022, 09:15:04 AM
There is still no 100% evidence that Niemann actually cheated. It may not be necessary to get caught in the red, but the accusation based on computer analysis alone is not watertight enough. People also have to wonder how it could be possible that he cheated? A video shows that an arbitrator scans metal detector Niemann with one hand, and that nothing was found. That means 100% that he had no electronics with him at the time this happened. How could he have cheated? Online cheating may have happened since you don't work with metal detectors there.

These metal detectors cannot detect the presence of an earpiece in the ear (or anywhere else hahaha). You are right that there is no direct evidence that Niemann cheated over the board, but how do you personally feel about a person who has already been caught cheating online? And it happened not once or twice, but more times. From the point of view of ordinary logic and reputation, he is a cheater and it is obvious that few people have the desire to play with him in the conditions that full protection against cheating cannot be provided.
31  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why Must it be the last game? on: November 17, 2022, 05:42:34 PM
Hello fams

just as the title says why must it be the last game to always cut off the winning?
Have been playing sport bet and especially pools, whenever i predicts some matches upto 5, 8, 10 and maximum is 15, while pools is focused on draws maybe i might just select 3 draws or 6 draws it will always happened the last 1 or 2 games to cut off the match, while a maximum of 15 matches the last number 15 is always terminating all my entries.
Is there any way to do away with the last match that always cut the prediction and some you would be given a chances of cashing out but the last always ends the game not to be able to cashout.

Could you explain this please if there's any way we can do away with it lets begin the adjustments.

As I understand you are talking about multi bets? But in this case, it's lucky if your multibet is destroyed on the last game, because before this game takes place you can make a hedging bet and thus fix the plus that you have already earned. But in fact I think that losses in multibets happen randomly and sometimes it's the first event, sometimes the last, etc. There is no pattern here.
32  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Do you have Lucky Casino? on: November 17, 2022, 03:45:10 PM
I’m playing same set of games on different casino not just to get the bonuses of each casino but also to have a different mood of my mind set. It really helps me to calm down and focus whenever I’m losing big time on one casino. It also helps me to not chase my previous losses because I think about it as fresh start.

With this regular routine, I notice that I have a specific casino that I’m always winning despite I’m playing same game that I lose huge amount on the other casino. I do randomly change the sequence of my game on casino and keeps giving me same good result on my personal lucky casino. I highly believe that this luck of mine related on how I feel when playing on that casino. I’m expecting that I will be lucky so my mind is always optimistic whenever I’m playing on it.

Do you have this kind of casino?

If you have a place where "you always win" then why do you go to places where you lose? Hahahaha.
No offense, but I don't believe in those stories. Either you are fooling yourself about the statistics (as many gamblers or traders do when under various pretexts they do not take into account bad events) or your series of matches is too small for you to see that the result will be the same on average in every casino.
33  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Is the host draw in the ceremony match? on: November 17, 2022, 03:25:25 PM

In the last 2 event world cup (2014 and 2018), the host (Russia and Brazil) was the winner in the opening ceremony match,
but in the world cup 2010 South Africa as the host draw the match.

When comparing the country with not much achievement in football, I think Qatar and South Africa have the same condition and situation. this is just my side calculation, we have to wait for the results after kick off, but There is no harm to tried it draw.

So, what's your guess?.

For me, the victory of Ecuador is obvious in this game, which means that the odds that the bookmakers give now (2.41) are super profitable. I think that the bookies are so generous because they are hedging the mood of the fans who, for historical reasons, override the strength of the hosts. Plus, there is a risk that in this game the result will be the result of corruption and some secret agreements (like the very fact that this World Cup is held in Qatar).
34  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: [BOXING] Manny Pacquiao vs. DK Yoo on: November 16, 2022, 08:31:28 PM
It's good to see Pacquiao back in the ring even though it's a promotion fight. It's obvious who will win in this match. I've seen a few videos of DK Yoo on youtube and had no idea he is a martial artist. As long as the fight's proceeds go somewhere else and it will benefit those who are in need it will be worth promoting. I am really not a fan of exhibition match since most boxer who does this do it for the money, take Mayweather and Logan Paul for instance. If you retire from boxing keep it as it is, stop for good and stop going back just to make some money. Not to mention most of it are scripted.

There could be hard fans like you who doesn't want exhibition matches, but what can you do? this boxers will need to earn money again, and in this case, easy money as this is the only way they know how to make ends meet.

So Mayweather and Paul Brothers started this whole even, but as you know, Floyd is very smart, taking fight after fight and in just matter of minutes earning millions without having to sweat it out, like Jake Paul recently against Anderson Silva.

I don't really see any reason why the fans would be against such fights. It's not a continuation of a career, it's just another activity. With their fame, they could go on a cooking show and make a lot of money too, but the best ex-pros can do is in the ring, so it's not surprising that they end up there again.

35  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Bitcoin betting on the 2024 US Presidential Election | Biden+Harris Vs ?? ?? on: November 16, 2022, 08:19:17 PM
honestly if trump runs again against biden he will win this time, biden doesn't stand out much, not even in this war in ukraine he is very invisible, i'm not from the US, but i think binden would lose. Democrats will need to make a lot of effort if they put Biden to run, but if they put another candidate it could also go wrong, it could give the image that Biden is old and needs to be replaced, so people will ask why they put him there in the first term knowing he was old? trump would take advantage of that.

Probably the Democrats also understand that Biden has no chance in a fair fight, so they are trying to remove Trump by legal means. By the way, there was some kind of case that Trump allegedly took secret documents from the White House to his home, as I understand it (like many accusations against him) ended in nothing? Given the fact that there were many questions in the sense of honesty for the previous elections, I cannot predict who will win - maybe the Democrats will again be able to move their candidate forward with the help of tricks.
36  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Service Discussion (Altcoins) / Re: Cristiano Ronaldo partners with Binance on: November 16, 2022, 07:36:18 PM
I have mixed feelings about this news. On the one hand, the release of the NFT does not oblige to anything, and in such cases it is nothing more than digital autographs. It is unlikely that if someone makes unsuccessful investments in the NFT, he will blame Ronaldo for this. On the other hand, the crypto now has a rather negative background, and such news from Ronaldo, who carefully monitors his reputation, surprised me.
37  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Black Friday Online Casino Bonuses 2022 on: November 16, 2022, 07:29:02 PM
It's that time of the year where business get ready to do the Black Friday deals with their product and services. Online casinos are not left out too. on Friday, Nov 26th, which is Black Friday, most casinos will offer he match bonuses, some signup bonuses, free chips, and of course free spins. So if you happen to be someone who wants to get the most value for your deposits and wagers, the 26th of November could be the day that you’ve been waiting for. Suppose your favorite online casinos don't offer any Black Friday bonuses, would you try other casinos that do or stay loyal to them?

It seems to me that most gamblers are registered and use more than one casino from time to time, which means they will choose between at least several bonus offers without having to register somewhere else. But assuming that your favorite casino does not provide any bonuses, it might make sense to sign up with another casino with good bonuses, especially if you have studied its reputation and know that it is reliable. At least some gamblers will do so.
38  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Copying Bets From Other Bettors OFFICIALLY... on: November 15, 2022, 03:09:03 PM
The commission thing is really interesting in a way, pushes the idea of people being willing to put their bets in public and let others copy it as well. But the idea of someone winning due to a copy and someone losing due to a copy kind of gives an irky feeling. I mean it's fair ngl, but if you look at it on paper, it kind of feels... bad...? (I don't have any better terms for it). But I guess that's part of the strategy of "copying" someone else's bet I guess.

On another note though, since copy bets CAN be public, wouldn't some users simply, well, bet on their own instead? Instead of pressing the "Copy" bet button from the profile of someone, they just set it up themselves on their own so that they don't have to pay the commission fee. It might be good if it was a minor feature, but if turned major by casinos then it might just simply become useless in the long run. (If commissions for bet copys was still implemented).

The commission for copying the bet kills the whole idea. The best bettors, when calculating the average of bets, have a meager win over the bookmaker (something like 0.5 percent). And this speaks volumes about their coolness, since in order to get this 0.5% they have to overcome the bookmaker's initial advantage of about 5%. But the commission for copying a bet will eat up the already small average profit (0.5%) - what will be left of the profit in the end?
39  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: FIFA 2022 world cup on: November 15, 2022, 03:01:38 PM
The prize fund is really a record (but it will always be so due to inflation) and is 440 million dollars. First place will receive 52.5 million, second 30, third 27, and fourth 25. Plus, separately, FIFA will distribute 209 million between clubs whose players take part in the Mundial.
I don't know about the players, but I'm sure the clubs would easily give up this money in favor of this competition not bothering them in general. The budgets of most top clubs are larger than all these payments, and there are a lot of problems from the fact that players spend time and energy on playing for the national team.
This numbers is a valid one right?

Every nation that qualified for the world cup has been guaranteed a great prize especially if they keep winning games , more prize will came to them accumulatively , it's not only the pride defend the nation but also an insane amount of money as a prize make them more interested to participated.

Yes, these are exact figures, if in doubt you can check on the FIFA website, I think this information is there. I would not say that these are large amounts of money, since part of the money goes to the national federation and the rest is divided among a large number of players. I think that the vast majority of players participating in the World Cup have salaries that are incomparably higher than the income from the World Cup, even if they win first place. Here they compete for prestige, for the opportunity to show themselves and to go down in history.
40  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: What is your opinion on casinos that don't have ANN threads in the forum? on: November 15, 2022, 02:42:48 PM
^

Yes, many people don't know about this forum, but from time to time I notice posts from this forum on various social networks. Mostly it happens when it comes to Satoshi Nakamoto and his words are quoted.

Personally I trust more a casino which has its own thread here and positive feedback from users with good reputation than a casino which is advertised by some blogger having no experience in gambling.

These are probably some specific topics on social networks, since I see that the average audience either does not know who Satoshi Nakamoto is or treats him as a mythical figure whose quotes are used rather in an ironic sense.
Gambling is always very risky, so it's really better to trust real people's reviews and reputation than advertising or "licenses" for example. Although recently I saw a crypto casino rating from some independent site and that rating correlated very strongly with what I see here on the forum - respected projects from here were in the top there.
