Well, I am living in Southeast Asia, and am currently searching for programmers. I'm a white American guy but I moved here a year ago. So because the living costs are cheaper here, I can probably pay a programmer 500 dollars a month. Of course I'll need to check them out first and make sure they know what they are doing.
