Since the end of the ICO, Authorship has been having alot of problem..they decide to take a break for a week.it now more than a week and we haven't heard anything from them..they provided that the starting price of ATS was supposed to be 0.15$.but ATS is presently trading at 0.0011$ @ etherdelta. I looked at the end thread and a lot of member are fuming mad for not receiving their tokens. But the problem is some says they did. Its so confusing. And its more than a week after the cooldown and still no sign of Peter or who ever that person it. This is a example why Chinese wants to banned ICO. There are no protection from those scammers. Sad to say, I think you should moved forward now. The guy won't surface anytime soon. This is right, there is no insurance with ICOs so basically all of them are a fraud until otherwise demonstrated. A bad program management also can lead to a break which can lead to something looking like a ponzi scheme, like you remarked, some people got their tokens but they were at the top of the pyramid, i'm on the side this is a scam Curious how some people call Authorship a scam and link to a website we are unrelated but forget to mention that they ALREADY built a successful company (DotWriter) and run another successful authors marketing company for several years (Serious Reading). They aren't born yesterday and are in the publishing industry for years. If some people cheated during the bounty campaign, and everyone knows this is an on-going story with ALL bounty campaigns for all ICO as everyone tries to cheat and Authorship refused to pay cheaters, this doesn't make Authorship a scam. This project delays in its implementation. Its been a long time since ICO ended and the team contacted the community. I this k there should be good communication between the team and the community. The lack of it has raised doubts over the genuineness of the project.

I was quite surprised after reading their ANN thread. A lot of people complained that they hadn't received their tokens! I have received twofold the amount I was supposed to. Project seems to have a bright future, beta version is almost there. Does anyone here know if the code for three free books will still work?
I am another victim that they are cheated. They have used a lot of people to market their coin and then didn't give anything for anybody. They are the real scam. I want to warn anybody who are interested in investing in them, don't do it! they are effort thief. I recognize that authorship started to distribute the ATS tokens with an inappropriate way, but it was not all their fault. The system that they used is also to blame. My friend and I are one of those who didn't receive Authorship tokens during the airdrop. I remember that it was 75 ATS for joining plus a few more when completing small tasks and referring friends. Until now, I don't see my ATS tokens in my portfolio. Good thing that I didn't invest a single dime with them. It could be worse for me if I did because the tokens weren't distributed to me and my best buddy. Therefore, I agree that ATS is nothing but a scam. I hope they don't move the Beta Launch set on January 8 so the FUD spreading will cease and people will see its legitimacy.
