21  Economy / Marketplace / Re: Merit "trading" - buying and selling Bitcointalk merit on: February 21, 2018, 06:31:48 PM
Buying and selling bitcoin merit is not a good idea the purpose of merit is to make quality and good constructive comments because some  of users are only posting because of the target post to be able to rankup and to receive payment from campaign. The merit shall be given to those who posted quality comments and topics.
22  Economy / Economics / Re: Banks admit they fear BTC on: February 21, 2018, 05:10:53 PM
Banks fear bicoin because they afraid to lose their depositors and clients. Also Bitcoin can do what banks offered such as lending, deposits, trading, and money exchange.BTC have advantages over bank and one of these is instant transfer of value at almost no cost between two parties without the need for a trusted third party.
23  Other / Meta / Re: Asking for Merit ? on: February 21, 2018, 10:34:22 AM
You can't do that, merit is like a reward for those who contributes good posts in this forum. Anyone who wants to earn merits must work for it. We have to go through continuous learning so we can have a quality post and share it to everyone in this forum.
24  Economy / Marketplace / Re: ALERT: Bitcoin Scam Modus Operandi on: February 21, 2018, 03:58:36 AM
If a deal is too good to be true then it probably is. Anyone here who have been using blockchain somehow understands when a transaction is legit or not. Don't get easily fooled with this kind of offers. Besides who would give a .5 btc that easily? Beware of scammers, they are the one who gives negative impression of btc.
25  Economy / Economics / Re: Will countries or central banks create their own cryptocurrency? on: February 20, 2018, 04:50:51 PM
According to the article I have read the countries that have issued their own cryptocurrencies include Ecuador, China, Senegal, Singapore, Tunisia. I Think the purpose of this is to regulate national cryptocurrencies per country and take the control to the government and the advantage of creating this is to hold the momentum of the value because this will effect the economy of the country.
26  Other / Meta / Re: A summon to all native or non native English speakers. on: February 20, 2018, 01:03:21 PM
For me as long as the statement clearly deliver the thought, I won't really mind the post's grammar usage. This forum requires an english proficient user and correcting all those grammar would consume a lot of time and might take the conversation out of point. Maybe the good thing to do if someone's not an english proficient, make your statement direct to the point and avoid getting out of context.
27  Economy / Gambling discussion / Re: Why kyc is even required? on: February 20, 2018, 10:49:36 AM
This KYC implementation benefits mostly the gambling sites or casinos. This is some sort of their protection to prove that theh are operating legitimately. However, this brings doubt to users and make them double think of sending their personal infos and exposing themselves.
28  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Businesses are now using Bitcoin as a marketing tactic on: February 19, 2018, 05:08:20 PM
Yes I agree that some businesses used bitcoin in their marketing strategy. One good example is what we our doing to this forum , the new company or product look for the campaign manager to hire bitcoin users. The users must carry the signature and avatar of the product or the company during posting constructive comments and topic through this the product are being introduce and being knowned. And for the price the users earning a profit coming from the campaign manager.
29  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: KYC requirement from ICOs will open up a whole news area of scam on: February 19, 2018, 02:21:20 PM
I am not also in favor of this KYC requirement when joining ICOs. Exposing and submitting your personal data might put a person in a serious security threat. Your personal data can be used for personal gain of other people who handles it. And besides the whole idea of cryptocurrency being decentralized will be set aside.
30  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is Bitcoin Dying as a Payment Option? on: February 19, 2018, 11:32:17 AM

32  Economy / Economics / Re: Economy in your country on: February 16, 2018, 02:56:18 PM
I think there is no great impact bitcoin have in my country, none as of the moment. But when it gets mainstream nd fully utilized, I think it will have an impact in the economy. It can help to lower the price of services and other products without having to suffer the income of the entrepreneur due to middle men and transaction fees will be less. As of now, the one who have been enjoying the benefit of btc is the user itself. As it aids with its financial stability and improve their life status.
33  Other / Meta / Re: Good posts not rewarded with merits on: February 16, 2018, 01:21:11 PM
Not because you think you're post is good enough other users would use their merit to credit your post. Everyone is entitled to give their merit to whom they want it to give. Just continue to contribute to the community with your knowledge on crypto and aim for the goodness and success of this forum, don't be to focused on gaining merit although it's important for you to rank up but it will come and someone for sure will find your post worthy of merit, just continue the good work.

35  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin can be taxed, How will that affect the investment? on: February 11, 2018, 06:44:27 AM
I think this what the government wants, to impose and implement taxes on cryptocurrecies, because its spreading all around the world and many countries had adopted the digital currency.I believed that thru taxation people who dont believe on the digital currency ,will makes to their mind that it is legal and i think many people will invest.

37  Other / Meta / Re: How to earn sMerit for newcomers on: February 07, 2018, 08:38:32 AM
Everyone must work hard in order to rank up with this new system, merit is something that we have to really work on. I think you should also consider posting on topics which have fewer replies so the idea that you contribute will be the first and it will be considered useful by the one whi were asking for an idea. Prevent from posting with threads that have multiple replies because the info that yiu might give have been said by others. So even if its constructive the chance of getting merit will be less.
38  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Can bitcoins be converted into cash? on: February 07, 2018, 06:45:43 AM
One way how to convert and cash out your bitcoins is using an exchange service allowing you to instantly convert your digital money into dollars, euros or other currencies. You will need to choose what currency you have, its amount and what currency you want to get for it. When the transaction is completed, you can withdraw cash at ATMs using a pre-paid debit card from one of the partner services offered by the site.
39  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Bitcoin only an advantage ? on: February 07, 2018, 04:49:30 AM
Bitcoin have many advantages like with thru bitcoin you able to send and get money anywhere in the world at any given time.We have control in our money because there is no central authority or middleman in the Bitcoin network like central bank. Also Bitcoin exchanges help merchant  or store process transactions by converting bitcoins into fiat currency. 40  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Message to all people who panic when crypto price goes down! on: February 06, 2018, 03:49:55 PM
Be calm and hold on we can never know and we cant predict its everyday value. Sometimes goes down and after that it goes up you can analize it in its previous value. So you dont have to panic its not helping you at all.Once you invest you must take the risk what ever happens.By the time its value goes low i think you can buy and sell it if value goes up.
