21  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Don't worry, Bitcoin will be fine. on: August 08, 2018, 05:42:02 AM
why does everyone start to panicking when they see the price of Bitcoin dropping so much, in my opinion it is natural that the price of Bitcoin falls because Bitcoin has experienced the same thing as now, so I suggest not to be afraid and panic.

we will see from this graphic :
1. On April 29, 2013 the price of Bitcoin was only $ 135.30

2. and on November 30, 2013 the price of Bitcoin increase high at the price of $ 1,149.14

3. then on January 2, 2014 the price of Bitcoin decreased at a price of $ 773.40 and on December 31, 2016 the price of Bitcoin began to increase again

4. and the price of Bitcoin began to rise high at the price of $ 19,783.30 on the 17th of December 2017

and as we know, now the price of Bitcoin at $ 6,948.46 and this is indeed down very far compared to prices on December 17, 2017, but it has already happened in 2014 where the price of Bitcoin dropped very far and it continues until 2016 and in 2017 finally Bitcoin prices start to increase again (it takes around 3 years to make Bitcoin prices rise). so from that, I'm sure the price of Bitcoin will increase again even though the time needed is not short.

We don’t worry about happening on the value of the bitcoin. Everything’s that is going around the crypto will be fine. We need to wait and don’t forget the first rule on the crypto. Sell on the high and the buy when value got lower. There is a reason behind your patience and hard work.

23  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Is it too late to invest in bitcoin? Is it a bubble? on: July 26, 2018, 02:48:52 AM
The answer is: NO

You’re not the only one who has this feeling. As someone who got into cryptocurrencies 2.5 years ago (It also seemed too late back then), I think you shouldn't spend your timing regretting on opportunities you missed.

Instead, you should make your first step ASAP and learn by getting involved.

What should you do?

Stay tuned - Read a lot about the different cryptocurrencies and try to catch up with the latest news.

Know where you are at - Try to understand how this market works and the main technology behind it Understand the Blockchain in Two Minutes

Trust yourself - 90% of what you read on the internet is bullshit, follow your instincts.

In investing on the bitcoin, there is no word late! Everyone has the opportunity to join whatever you want. I can only say this we don't know when the value of the bitcoin will be on the ending points or dip portion, and also we don't know the high proportion. Bubble or triple as long you can handle the risk on the investing on the bitcoin that will be good for you. As long be patience to aim your
24  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: Is technical analysis useful? on: July 10, 2018, 01:59:04 PM
Do you believe in the reliability of information obtained by technical analysis on crypto-currency market?
Trading is like a game there is a lot of probabilities to happen.  You should think the proper moves to be right every time you need a technical analysis to guide you to every step. Technical analysis is not only useful on the trading there is some other activities need to be analysed. When you use the technical analysis, you will be identified or predict what will be the next value of the coins that you have.
25  Economy / Speculation / Re: $11k - when do you sell on: July 10, 2018, 10:38:26 AM
Hey guys,

lets make it short:
1) yes bitcoin is the future and the price will increase on the long run, but:
2) we are currently obv. bubbling (what is not happening the first time).

So my question is - do you sell now in order to get a cheaper entry soon?

I think you guys agree that there has to be a price correction in the nearer future...

Thanks for your input!
It permanently depends on the desires of the person. If the person doesn’t need cash, there is no reason to convert it. But, if the individual is on the emergency no choice at all. Why you need to sell your bitcoin on enter on the low portion if you have an extra amount of cash, you don’t need to rebuy.  Re-buying is wasting of time. If you will sell your coins and then buy other coins that is good.
26  Alternate cryptocurrencies / Speculation (Altcoins) / Re: Best Time to Sell Altcoins on: July 10, 2018, 10:01:32 AM
Hy guys. Most of the time I use to trade with altcoins and I use to sell altcoins when they are above ICO price and giving some profit. I do not hold atlcoins for long time. What if you have some altcoins, what will be your strategy to use that coins? Is there any specific best time for every altcoin and when it is going well and we should sell ??
If you don’t need fiat don’t sell all your altcoin sell on the half, you have. We don’t know what will happen on the value of the altcoins it might increase or decrease. So, whatever what on the that altcoins at least you have some more on your wallets. But if you need to cash, you the only you can do is sell it on the value that you think is enough for your needs.
27  Economy / Economics / Re: Bitcoin's High Volatility on: July 10, 2018, 06:36:58 AM
As far as i know bitcoin has a high volatility given the fact that it is in demand in the market but i did not expect hat it is so high that it can really go from 1-100 and 100-0.
I want your insights about this volatility of bitcoin.
The Volatility of the bitcoin is normal. If the bitcoin is not volatility, we can get a profit on the different activities like trading, gambling, investment and other. We need the volatility to earn profits without it the bitcoin might be bored. People are not getting interested in adopting the bitcoin. We need to adapt it we should be careful on every moves to avoid loose.
28  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: how often do you check BTC price and how to cope with stress? on: July 10, 2018, 05:13:57 AM
how often do you check BTC price and how to cope with stress associated with this?  I am checking it every few hours and it drives me crazy and makes me anxious. Is there anybody in a similar situation and how do you cope with this?

PS: I was trying to do this once a month, but I think, I missed the beginning of the bear market in January this year because of this.

Thanks,
Mike
Twice a day when I check the value of the bitcoin. Once on the morning and before I sleep. I don’t get stress when I saw the amount of the bitcoin dump. For this normal thing. When I saw the value drop 10% I do is I research the reason why the value falls and after that move on. I continue to believe that value of the bitcoin will increase more than last year value and I very excited.
29  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Are bitcoins valuable? on: July 09, 2018, 04:03:09 PM
In the past and recently, there are some who say bad about bitcoin, that bitcoin has no real value, there is no guarantee of value and assumes that the price will be zero. But everyone should know that the property other things like gold, silver or even money in your pocket are valued by the trust of the people with the central bank. Some countries do not manage the currency like venezuela or zimbabwe paper money fell dramatically. To me, the value of bitcoin is trust in algorithms and trust for network consensus. This belief is very certain because the network of bitcoin is extremely reliable. What is your thought like?
Bitcoin is nine years in the making. It means that bitcoin is a valuable asset. Allot of the people are already wealthy by investing on the bitcoin.  If the bitcoin can’t produce someone that has become a millionaire that means bitcoin is not a valuable asset. Don’t be easily trust some news and article Now we know that there is a lot of government hate the bitcoin. If the bitcoin is not valuable, why some store accepts the bitcoin as payment.
30  Economy / Economics / Re: Can human stupidity affect the movement of the market? on: July 09, 2018, 03:19:57 PM
Hello, community. Political, economic and social news in the media significantly affect the life and behavior of the crowd. How can crypto news affect the movement of the market?
As you notice some of the news or even an article is not accurate because of it the mind of the people doesn’t have enough knowledge about crypto are afraid to join on the world of crypto. If their no new person adopts or joins the crypto, there is some tendency that might affect the movement of the market. In short Human Stupidity can change it because the report and article are being created by the human.
31  Bitcoin / Legal / Re: Money laundering via BTC on: July 09, 2018, 02:08:08 PM
Is it possible to do money laundering via bitcoin? I mean as no one knows if you have bitcoin and how much bitcoin do you actually own, it could be used to convert black money to white right? Or at least store your black money without much hassle. But there is the risk of its value but I think for people who have lots of black money and don't want to be caught, this risk might be worth taking for them isn't it?
What are your thoughts?
Yes, 100% that might happen that using the bitcoin on the money laundering. This some of the reason why the government takes action about the crypto. If someone is doing the money laundering via bitcoin, it too hard to track it by the government officials. For now, some government taking a regulation to reduce the people using the bitcoin or cryptocurrency as a tool on the different crimes.
32  Economy / Speculation / Re: What/who make the price of bitcoin on: July 09, 2018, 12:05:14 PM
Hello everybody, I am new to the bitcoin and bitcointalk forum. I just wonder what/who make the price of bitcoin, and what does it depend on?
Trader, Investor, Client, Big Company, Gambler, Members of ICOs and even the small person or even you. Can make the value of the bitcoin or altcoin moves. If you are familiar with the demand and supply, you can get my points. Too hard to explain to person online communication it should be personal communication. News, Events, Articles, Report can also have essential factors on the movements of the value of the crypto.
33  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Best way to store Bitcoin safely ? on: July 09, 2018, 08:00:45 AM
Hi guys
I know this might sound like a newbie question, but Ive not had enough bitcoin to think about putting any in cold storage since Cryptsy ripped me off when they went down Sad
But just lately ive built myself back up a bit, and just need to check my understanding of a creating a cold wallet is correct ? This is what I think was the best way but im not sure Huh

1. Download latest BTC client
2. move to a pc not connected to the internet.
3. Create an address on that PC without internet.
4. Send fund to address created on PC with no internet access.
5. Save keys in safe place Smiley

Also I was wondering if there are any 100% safe third party wallets that enable quick access if needed ?

34  Economy / Economics / Re: How will crypto go long term? on: July 09, 2018, 07:32:44 AM
I am fairly new to the crypto world. During my short time, I have contemplated how crypto will go down over the next few years.

Slowly, over time more regulations will be adopted worldwide. This is not because regulators are scared that people are getting scammed, but because they will start limiting this world from us small fish so the banks and "qualified" investors can tke over. All the large banks will then push their own crypto, and we will be left with nothing.

In my opinion, it is in our best interest to gain enough profit so we will have the funds to become qualified investors, and be able to re-enter the markets through the banks exchanges.

What does everyone else think? Do you think the big fish will continue allowing us to do trading long term, or are our days numbered?
I Believe that bitcoin can give a massive amount of benefits if we use the long-term process of investing on the crypto and the best is the investing as long-term on the bitcoin. Regarding the fish that you mention. For if there is no fish on the trading is might lack of interest. I believe that all of us have an important role in this trading.  I think crypto will be forever more.
35  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What Does Day Trading Means? on: July 09, 2018, 04:24:15 AM
Getting a little bit confuse here. What Does it means by day trading and are any advantages and disadvantages in day trading. Thanks
I know you already hared buy and sell word. Crypto trading is almost the same on that you will purchase the coins on low cost and later you can sell it for the high price. So, you can profit on the trading that drop or under the advantages of the trading on the crypto. When comes on the disadvantages of the selling, you don’t know when the right time to sell and buy and there are situations that might lose your capital or funds on the trading.
36  Economy / Economics / Re: What profit has brought you to bitcoin? on: July 08, 2018, 04:22:59 PM
What is bitcoin? This is the first cryptocurrency that Satoshi Nakamoto opened to the world in 2009. And if even before 2011 it was used exclusively by programmers, then later it became available to ordinary users. Over time, more and more users of the Internet began to learn about it and investments in bitcoin only increase every year. There were times when the value of this cryptocurrency did not move from a dead point for a long time, as well as there were sharp UPS and downs.
It is interesting to know how many people have known about bitcoin since 2009 and how long have you been investing in bitcoin?
What percentage of the profits is brought to you by early investments in bitcoin?

Bitcoin is the most amazing things that can help the people to gain or earn profits. Since last year I started to joining on the different way of making profits from the crypto. For examples like joining the different campaign, investing, trading, gambling and others methods of winning earnings on it. I am very thankful to my friend that open my mind to this world of crypto. Now I am still holding all my crypto coins.
37  Economy / Trading Discussion / Re: What to do in this Dip on: July 08, 2018, 03:57:13 PM
At moment i have a large list of coins. most i had bought at prices low, while some i am taking a loss at moment.
with recent dips going on. some are below, as its now a buyers market
should i still eventually invest in more BTC? ETH and LTC

should i sell off some alt coins and re buy at a lower price, since everything is still falling?
thoughts?
thanks
We are all suffering on this situation now of the bitcoin on the dip. So what we will do today. As a user’s of the crypto, I am merely patience waiting for the value of my crypto increase so that I can earn a profit on it. We don’t know when the exact days, months that bitcoin will pump again. The only can advise to all the users is Just strongly hold all the crypto that on the dip portion.
38  Bitcoin / Bitcoin Discussion / Re: Who sells BTC now? on: July 08, 2018, 03:25:36 PM
I have seen many threads talking about should I sell now or wait till BTC moons. When I see these threads I marvel and move on to check on different topics or threads because I know the person doesn't know what he is talking about. Diving more into cryptocurrencies, when you sell now it means you are a coward and don't even know the kind of cryptocurrency you are dealing with. One thing is that, its really kinda pity to see those topics raised. I have set a goal and until that goal is not, I will never sell BTC and that's me.I want ask that is it because those selling the coin are newbies and are afraid of loosing some small $s or they haven't read much about bitcoin or the cryptocurrencies or they have low knowledge about the blockchain technology?
Every time you are free to sell and buy the bitcoin, but the problem is the value always moves that why some people are getting interested on the crypto. The chance to gain profits by doing the trading, gambling, and investment. AS you see the value of the bitcoin today is still on the low portion, so that means that this not an excellent opportunity to us to sell the bitcoin and wait the proper time to sell it.
39  Economy / Speculation / Re: Bitcoin expectation end of 2018 on: July 08, 2018, 12:00:02 PM
A trader just made a million dollar bet that Bitcoin would be over $50k by the end of 2018  A large trader (or traders) just plopped down a million dollars betting that Bitcoin would hit $50k sometime in 2018.
Simple things become complicated when we expect too much. People are always expecting and predicting what will happen at the end of this year. But the truth is the value of the bitcoin can predict, and there is nothing wrong with expecting on it. I am also the person assuming the what will happen it will be similar last year end or not. Some say that bitcoin can reach an amount of 20-30K, at the end of this year.
40  Economy / Speculation / Re: Did you buy bitcoin in December 2017? on: July 08, 2018, 10:30:49 AM
It is an undisputed fact that those are affected much by this sudden drop in bitcoin price are those who bought it in December last year when bitcoin was skyrocketing. I understand the emotional trauma you are going through. Nobody will be happy watching his investment losing value like that. I want to encourage you that the downfall of a man is not the end. In June 2017, nobody ever thought of bitcoin hitting $20k by December 2017 and that is the beauty of bitcoin. It takes only minutes for bitcoin price to either rise or fall. Never dump your coin out of fear. Let's keep our fingers  crossed and hope for the best. If you understand that Bitcoin is a long term investment, you wouldn't panic when the price falls within some short period of time. We will all laugh soon
A big No. I don’t buy bitcoin last December. I sell some of my bitcoin because the value of bitcoin is reached the moon. I use the fiat or my money to buy a for my family and friends. But today the best option is to purchase or add more and more bitcoin or altcoins. Maybe this coming December the price will pump again.
